Emmaus Oxford is in the process of setting up a digital learning centre to deliver accredited digital literacy qualifications to our companions [what we call those ex-homeless men and women that form our community]. People experiencing socio-economic exclusion are further marginalised if they lack basic digital skills. A lack of digital proficiency can prevent companions at Emmaus from successfully engaging in essential life tasks, such as applying for jobs and housing, completing online forms (e.g. universal credit forms), paying bills, managing bank accounts, as well as day-to-day activities like booking / attending remote GP appointments.
We are conducting a 20-week pilot to deliver the Essential Digital Skills (EDS) Level 1 Qualification. The qualification will be offered onsite in our learning hub. Your role, as digital coach, will be to deliver the course to companions in a manner that supports their individual learning and well-being needs. The role includes recording lessons learned and making recommendations on the roll-out of further digital skills qualifications and courses
The Digital Coach will be responsible to deliver the Essential Digital Skills (EDS) Level 1 Qualification Pilot Project. You will support companions to develop digital and life skills so that they realise their full potential to find employment and move on from Emmaus when they are ready.

Overall Purpose of Role
The Corporate and Individual Donor Manager will play a leading role in driving our fundraising strategy, cultivating and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and individual donors to secure vital funding for our programmes. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in donor management and fundraising.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Corporate Donor Management
- Develop and implement a targeted corporate fundraising strategy to significantly grow corporate donations.
- Identify and research potential corporate partners, aligning their CSR objectives with the mission of The Baytree Centre.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to corporate donors, highlighting the mutual benefits of partnership.

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust was born out of the tragic story of Suzy Lamplugh, a 25-year-old estate agent who went missing whilst at work in 1986, was never found, and was eventually declared deceased in 1993. The Trust was set up in Suzy’s name to empower individuals and organisations to make a stand against all forms of abuse, aggression, and violence, across their personal and professional lives.

Purpose of Role:
· To provide expert advice and advocacy to victims of stalking.

You will work with the Senior Head of Individual Supporters and Events to design both the long-term strategy and short-term campaign plans for these fundraising streams, before taking ownership for implementing the plans on an ongoing basis so that we can inspire more people to support our work with young people.
You will lead a team of fundraisers to achieve the best possible results with existing and potential supporters – both in income and stewardship so we can start to realise the opportunity for growth in mass fundraising. Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental or physical health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
We are recruiting an employment worker, with lived experience of mental health, to join our employment service in the London Borough of Enfield.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to supporting people to help people progress towards their employment goals. You will receive training in pre-employment and signposting, and in supporting people with mental health issues. Ideally you will have experience of peer support and have a relevant qualification but we can arrange training if needed.
You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to have good organisational and research skills as you will be arranging training, accessing volunteering and work experience opportunities according to client action plans.
The role involves hybrid working and is for 35 hours per week.
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in progressing towards their employment goals. You will deliver pre-employment and employment support; providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local organisations to enable clients to access opportunities
You will work closely with clinical teams, the DWP and local agencies, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led. You will also be working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

• Referring members on to other services and ensuring that the offers of Sound Minds are joined up.

Crisis Skylight Oxford is in the Old Fire Station in the centre of the city. It offers one to one coaching support from a team of coaches who can work with people around their housing needs and anything else that will support them to end their homelessness such as mental health and well-being, finances or finding employment. Alongside the coaching we offer practical, creative, and vocational workshops and accredited learning opportunities. Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Branding, the Fundraising Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the fundraising function across Enable’s diverse services.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven Fundraising experience within a not for profit environment
- Networking skills, ideally with a pre-existing network of funder relationships

- Excellent research skills, which can be used to identify new funders, assess the external market, and understand our users’ needs
- Experience with writing and managing bids and grants
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative and prioritise effectively

WHO WE ARE
We are a leading mental health charity on a mission to support Londoners with mental health challenges find and remain in good employment as part of their mental health recovery journey. We have been changing lives for almost 30 years and we have just secured a large contract, submitted in partnership with Shaw Trust and Smart London, to provide Employment Advisors to support NHS Talking Therapy teams across West London. THE OPPORTUNITY
We are now inviting suitable candidates to apply for the role of Employment Advisor. We need to swiftly build a team of around 20, so there are multiple opportunities available to applicants. This new team will be guided and supported by Senior Employment Advisors and a Service Lead, as well as Twining’s established and experienced Senior Leadership Team and Trustees.

THE ROLE – EMPLOYMENT ADVISORS
The new Employment Advisors (EAs) will work within the West London NHS Talking Therapies provision. They will work one-to-one with a caseload of clients referred by NHS Talking Therapies therapists to find employment, remain in existing work if they are struggling, improve their working environment, return to work following sickness or positively leave or retire from work.
You will primarily fulfil these duties by providing information, as well as advice and guidance to clients who choose to receive employment support. The work should empower clients to make better decisions about their working lives, as well as communicate better with colleagues and managers in existing roles. You will also signpost clients to other relevant support agencies, as appropriate.
This role would suit someone with a background in employment support, psychology, counselling, human resources or recruitment.
EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Engage a mixed caseload of clients at any given time serving 100-125 per year, with common mental health problems, to establish trusting, collaborative relationships to support them to find new employment or support them in, or to leave, existing employment. Support will be provided face-to-face in Talking Therapies settings, via secure online meeting platforms or over the telephone.
2. Along with their NHS clinician, assess clients’ support needs with a view to creating, implementing, and adjusting a personalised action plan to help improve clients’ mental health and achieve their stated employment goals.
3. Develop and deliver a range of practical services to support clients to find work, including career guidance, job searching skills, CV preparation, application form completion, interview skills, advice on local labour market opportunities and advice on education and training to further their career.
4. Provide guidance to support clients to stay in existing work, including advice on mental health disclosure, negotiating reasonable adjustments to existing workplaces, creating wellness action plans, and improving productivity, support to return to work after sickness absence or to leave an existing role with dignity, and signpost clients to organisations that can represent them (EAs should only look to represent clients in exceptional circumstances).
5. Facilitate access to other advice in areas such as financial benefits, debt management, food banks and community food outlets and social housing providers, as necessary.
6. Work directly with partners like Jobcentre Plus, other employment providers, employers, trade unions and employment agencies to support clients to stay in employment and secure employment opportunities.
7. Build a constant flow of referrals from the clinical team to ensure a dynamic and mixed caseload.
8. Meet referral and performance targets in line with the specific KPI / SLA requirements of the service.
9. Regularly attend team and other meetings as reasonably expected.
10. Maintain accurate and up to date records of activity and outcomes in line with service requirements, ensuring the IT database is up to date and paperwork compliant.
11. Update and maintain NHS database (IAPTUS).
12. Receive regular supervision and training to meet individual, team and organization’s needs.
13. Contribute to the development of a service that is locally responsive and supports minority/disadvantaged communities.
14. Comply with and actively promote all Twining policies and procedures including Equality and Diversity, safeguarding and data protection.
15. Perform other tasks as required by your manager.

1. Pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an Enhanced level.
2. Possess excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software, as well as experience updating and maintaining databases.

Job Title: Patient Support & Advocacy Officer (2 vacancies)
Location: Home based with travel to renal units around Greater London
Hours: Full time opportunity 35 hours pw Monday to Friday | Part time opportunity 25 hours pw Monday to Friday

Role purpose
To engage with kidney patients, their families, and carers as a source of information, support, and advocacy, in order to improve care and wellbeing outcomes for patients. This may be in the hospital or other care setting, on the phone, online or face-to-face in a mutually acceptable public place. The role will cover the main renal unit and satellite dialysis units across your designated area, and regular travel and attendance is expected across all sites.
You will be expected to deliver Kidney Care UK’s Patient Support & Advocacy Service across the region, raise awareness of the service and the charity and build strong relationships with kidney patients, professionals and other kidney stakeholder groups in the region.
Responsibilities
- With support, establish the Kidney Care UK Patient Support & Advocacy Service in the region so patients, their families, carers and professionals to access independent support on social, financial, health advocacy and wellbeing
- Be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Patient Support & Advocacy Service across the region and the effective management of a caseload. This involves regular attendance at renal clinics in the region, building relationships with health and care professionals and being available for patients in the renal unit, on the phone or online, or to meet at a mutually convenient public location
- To support patients to build the skills and confidence needed to positively navigate the challenges presented by health, social care, benefits, and financial support pathways, and to overcome barriers and promote independence
- To support patients to connect with services to ensure that they are engaged in shared decision making and that their voice is central to shaping the care and support they receive
- To raise awareness of Kidney Care UK and the benefits of the Patient Support & Advocacy Service amongst kidney patients, their families, carers, and professionals across the region
- To be a primary source of, or gateway to, local information and access to other services
- To provide insight on patients’ concerns and unmet needs to inform Kidney Care UK research, campaigns, and new service development activity
- To maintain patient records to allow effective reporting on key performance indicators about patient activity and service outputs

Our General Advice Team covers a range of different projects, giving advice over the phone, virtually, face-to-face or in outreach locations. The post holder will need to be self-motivated, organised and flexible, delivering generalist level advice and information.
The role involves advising on all areas of general advice, assisting with the completion of paper and digital forms and making referrals to internal or external services.
