The role
We have recently set a new 3-year strategy, leading to a major transformation of the organisation. To support this, we are building a new Project Delivery function and investing in key capabilities, including project management and business analysis. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead large, complex projects from inception through to delivery, and mentor colleagues managing smaller projects. A key part of your role will be to introduce and champion new project management methodologies and governance frameworks, supporting colleagues to adopt these practices in a supportive, non-bureaucratic manner.
This role is a hybrid role, based in London or Sheffield but will require regular travel across the UK to visit different FareShare sites.
About you
You are an experienced senior project manager with a strong background in delivering large, complex projects, particularly those involving technology. You have a track record of delivering project benefits and influencing stakeholders at all levels. As a self-starter, you can quickly build relationships and drive projects forward. About Citadel
Citadel is a volunteer-led project preventing homelessness by helping people find or sustain their tenancies and establish a home. Volunteers, once recruited, trained and DBS checked are matched with those referred for support. Co-ordinators and volunteers work closely with those referred to establish what matters to them and how best they can support them.

The role
We are seeking a fundraiser or an experienced account manager who relishes the excitement of exceeding income targets and developing strong relationships. You will identify opportunities to increase the value of your partnership portfolio and work closely with the Corporate Development Team to ensure the transition between new business and account management is seamless for both FareShare and our partners.
You will manage a portfolio of partners: designing and delivering tailored partnership plans and an innovative and personalised suite of partnership activity. You will work with colleagues across fundraising to ensure we maximise the value of our partnerships. We currently have partnerships with a large variety of exciting brands from Tesco to Oliver Bonas, McDonalds to Subway, Kellogg’s to Pink Lady apples and Bloomberg to Burberry – our partners support us in a variety of ways including cause related marketing campaigns, staff and customer fundraising, corporate donations and wider sponsorships and partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of excellent partnership/relationship management and ideally have experience of delivering a variety of fundraising partnerships including commercial brand licensing. You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable negotiating bespoke deals and benefits packages and will lead renewal plans to secure and grow the support of current partners.
Cross team collaboration is crucial to the role and you will be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and influencing skills.
Main areas of responsibility
1. Deliver first rate account management of corporate partnerships and promotions with existing corporate partners to achieve objectives and build excellent relationships that facilitate future growth.
- Provide a high standard of professional relationship and account management to a portfolio of partners, delivering a mix of partnership types including; Charity of the Year, commercial brand partnerships/campaigns and retail partnerships

We are looking for a new member to join the Enterprise Directorate in this fixed term role for up to 12 months.
The role
We are recruiting for a Programme Manager to support with the management and coordination of the Enterprise Hub’s investment activities. You’ll be joining the Enterprise Hub team at an exciting time as we expand our active engagement with investors, via two brand new workstreams: our inaugural Investor Fellowships and our Investor Club. This role will be focussed predominantly on the Investor Club and the management and expansion of our investor community, and will provide some logistics and coordination support for the Investor Fellowships.

As part of the team, you will help us access the right funding to deliver impactful peacebuilding programmes around the world. Hygiene poverty is not being able to afford many of the everyday hygiene and personal grooming products most of us take for granted. The reality of low income is that it restricts people’s options, leaving us caught between being able to heat our homes, pay the rent, eat, or be clean. It is washing hair, bodies, faces and clothes in the same cheap washing-up liquid used for the dishes. It is not being able to replace a toothbrush when needed or sharing a toothbrush because one each just isn't an option. It is having to choose between shaving foam and razors or the transport fare to a job interview.
Hygiene Poverty is the hidden crisis facing the UK. Earlier this year, The Hygiene Bank published a research report into the incidence and impact of hygiene poverty. It found that over 4.2m adults in the UK are affected by hygiene poverty, that is an additional 1.1m people into hygiene poverty since 2022 - the equivalent of the population of Birmingham.
With hygiene poverty on the rise, it is also undermining the nation’s health: 50% of those affected by hygiene poverty say that it is causing them anxiety or depression. 92% of people affected report that it limits their social interactions with friends and family. 54% of those affected have not gone to the dentist in the last 12 months. But most importantly, it’s putting people in impossible situations. A staggering 69% of adults experiencing hygiene poverty are having to make the difficult decision between paying for essential needs like food and bills or purchasing basic toiletries. 65% of parents affected by hygiene poverty have had to choose between buying hygiene products for themselves or their children.

About the role
This role will be part of a multi-disciplinary Communications Team working together to raise awareness of the work of The Hygiene Bank. Join ActionAid UK as a Production Specialist and be at the heart of our mission to champion women's rights and social justice.
As a Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning, prioritising, and scheduling our creative services. Your work will ensure all our communications reflect ActionAid’s brand, embracing our feminist, anti-racist, and decolonial principles. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the organisation, understanding their priorities and adding the unique value of the Brand and Creative team to their initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating the production of high-quality creative services, maintaining effective systems for tracking projects, and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
You’ll be the operational bridge between our internal teams and external suppliers, managing relationships to deliver outstanding creative outputs. You will also support the application of ActionAid UK’s visual identity and anti-racist storytelling approach in all communications, working alongside the Senior Visual Content Specialist and Head of Brand and Creative. Building strong working relationships within our diverse brand team, you'll ensure clear communication and efficient workflows.
Success in this role requires a commitment to ActionAid’s mission and values, including feminist principles and anti-racist practices. Your demonstrable experience in production across print and digital projects, combined with a proactive, collaborative approach and excellent attention to detail, will be essential.
We are looking for someone with experience in managing brand awareness projects, ideally within a creative agency or a women’s rights, development, or humanitarian organisation. If you have a knack for solving complex problems and delivering solutions aligned with organisational objectives, this is the role for you.

ActionAid UK has a hybrid working policy for many of our roles. The requirement will vary from team to team and the responsibilities of individual roles. As a minimum, all colleagues are expected to attend the office 12 days per year, plus additional time for induction, training, and “Company Connection days.” Some roles may require in-office attendance on all days and if so, these will clearly be marked as in-office roles.
