Mind is seeking an experienced, dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Corporate Partnership Manager (Team Lead). In this role, you will lead a team of five to manage and grow corporate partnerships to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
The Corporate Partnership Manager (Team Lead) is responsible for leading a team of give to manage and grow a portfolio of Mind's core corporate partners who predominantly deliver support to our core national services and unrestricted funding. You'll also work closely with the Head of Partnership Management to shape and deliver the team strategy and support the wider corporate partnerships team to raise £7 million in 2024-25.
Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
-Lead the Core sub-team within the Corporate Partnership Management team to manage and grow high quality, mutually-beneficial corporate partnerships to achieve an income target of £1.5 million in 2024-25.
-Work closely with other team leads to create an ambitious, thriving and learning team environment.

-Work to identify and secure growth opportunities within corporate partnerships, including financial and non-financial value e.g., pro-bono and GIK.
-Network and build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to support long term relationships.
-Support Mind's Federation First approach through identification and development of local Mind opportunities with corporate partners.
-To be an ambassador, spokesperson and representative of Mind as required at events and in the media.
-Work closely with other members of Mind's Fundraising, Comms and Media departments to deliver excellent corporate partnerships.
-Ensure accurate data management using Mind's CRM system.
-Ensure that all activity complies with charity legislation and that adequate systems are established to meet audit requirements.

The post holder will be responsible for creating timely, compelling and targeted content that aligns with the overarching external content strategy, seeking the optimal dissemination channels to position the organisation with key stakeholders. This will include working with project/programme teams to capture and communicate progress, results and learning, drafting blogs, press releases and newsletters, developing targeted messaging and playing a leading role in delivering communications campaigns.
The post holder will also seek to ensure that our external content speaks to philanthropic audiences, ensuring the impact of our work and perspectives from communities is articulated and shared in the most effective way and support with the formulation and delivery of stakeholder events.
The successful candidate will have:
- Degree in communications, journalism, international development or other relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including writing strategies, long form content, briefing papers, concept notes, use of social media, etc.
- Demonstrable ability to synthesise complex technical information and convey messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytic, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
- Ability to take initiative and manage assignments from concept to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively and thoughtfully with all levels of associates, including senior management, stakeholders and donors.

As a Delivery Team Intern, your key duties and responsibilities could include:

· Supporting the team to manage and improve processes for managing employer relationships and connecting young people with job, apprenticeship, and work experience opportunities. You'll be supporting centrally run initiatives to ensure we can consistently and effectively link young people to valuable employer and partner opportunities.
· Supporting the team to develop new systems and processes to enhance our centrally managed programmes, ensuring they meet the expectations of our funders, partners and the needs of our beneficiaries.
· Supporting the team to generate income by encouraging our industry partners to become financial supporters of the Trust’s important work.
About You
What we’re looking for in our new Intern(s) includes:
· Ideally educated to Level 3 (BTEC, A- Level, etc) or equivalent experience.

· IT literate and digitally savvy

Our Youth Project Leaders are individuals who are passionate about working with young people, supporting them to reach and be confident in their potential. You may be an experienced youth worker, or have experience facilitating sessions or working with young people and leading volunteers.

Your Job Description
As a Youth Project Leader, you will:
• Deliver ReachOut sessions at the same partner school on the same day and time weekly during term time.
• Prepare your ReachOut sessions, following ReachOut’s curriculum and adapting the activities to the needs and interests of your assigned group.
• Facilitate engaging ReachOut sessions for the young people attending by ensuring that the voice of young people is listened to and impacts the way the sessions are planned and facilitated.
• Manage and support a group of volunteer mentors; supporting them to build strong rapport with their mentees and helping them to understand how to best adapt their mentoring approach to the young people they are working with.
• Support theyoung people in your session to reach and be confident in their potential by facilitating the creation of good mentee/mentor relationships and by running activities to build the ReachOut Character Strengths.
• Complete monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure the sessions are as impactful as possible and set up strategies with the help of your line manager to help each young person in your group reach their mentoring goal.
• Keep in touch with the parents/carers of the young people in your group about attendance, successes and challenges.
• Manage your project’s weekly admin by planning your sessions, maintaining your attendance and providing detailed project updates to your line manager.
• Attend ReachOut events and socials with their mentors. • Follow ReachOut’s policies/procedures to safeguard young people.
• Act and communicate in a professional manner, in line with ReachOut character strengths and culture.
• Attend all compulsory training.
