We now seek a Director of Global Programmes to build on the excellent work to date to ensure there is consistency in approach, and that the local teams have the necessary capability and capacity in place to deliver to time, quality and budget. Our desire is to do this without losing the relational and member-led approach we have always taken, and to extend the work into more countries.

.About the role – what you will be doing Develop and maintain a thorough ‘local knowledge’ across London boroughs and their services and youth sector, particularly in respect of young people experiencing crime. Design, deliver and evaluate workshops to trusted adults, including parents, teachers, caregivers, community/religious leaders, community members and youth professionals, with a focus on building their knowledge and skills in providing tools to refer young people who are experiencing being victim of crime to anonymous support services. Job purpose:

The Website Content Manager will lead on the content strategy for our new and improved website - delivering engaging content which inspires our audiences to take action from praying to donating in order for Muslim Hands to continue it’s lifesaving work. The Website Manager will have oversight of all pages, from blogs to appeals, responsible for optimising our each for SEO and CRO.

Main responsibilities:

• Produce and publish new pages from appeals to blogs in line with the organisation’s needs – this includes copywriting and liaising with designers for creative.
• Create and deliver the website content strategy inline with our key fundraising touchpoints – delivering an approach which puts the audience at the centre of our plans.
• Lead on our SEO strategy in partnership with our agency to deliver SEO audits, SEO driven blogs and to improve our overall website ranking.
• Lead on creating and delivering our conversion rate optimisation strategy.
• Deliver a test plan of website content which optimises the user experience.
• Create, update and audit website pages in line with the orgs needs. Including copy, creative, landing pages, functions, journeys in line with our brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the external developers to suggest new features we’d like to test in terms of the site’s functionality.
• Communicate website updates to the wider organisation.
• Lead on reporting for organic search, SEO and CRO metrics on a weekly and monthly basis – sharing with SLT.

Purpose 

The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Data and Insights Manager. The role will strengthen network-facing resources and support in a data-driven way, devising and implementing measures to drive membership growth and enhance membership satisfaction. Additional Information

We are recruiting a Policy and Campaigns Manager to take forward our work on household debt. This role plays a key part in our campaign to end the UK’s household debt crisis.

Over ten million people in the UK are now ‘overindebted’, meaning they are behind on bills or are finding their debt repayments a heavy financial burden. The crisis has been growing over the last decade but has increased dramatically because of the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis. More and more people are now borrowing to cover bills and essentials.

Our campaign combines community organising with national level campaigning and advocacy work to bring the voices of those most affected by the debt crisis to the fore in debates on policy solutions. You will use your policy and campaigning expertise to help ensure the people most impacted by problem household debt have a say in influencing the policies that affect them. You will work on issues such as the growth in council tax debt and bailiff use, the huge build up in energy debt as a result of the cost of living crisis and making insolvency policy and practice fairer and more accessible so more people can get out of debt.

You will be a key member of our household debt project team, working alongside the Head of Campaigns, Head of Policy and Advocacy, Digital Campaigner and Lead  Organiser.

We are looking for someone with great policy analysis and advocacy skills, a strong campaigning mindset, and a passion for social justice. We are not expecting you to already be an expert in all aspects of the role or in household debt policy but are looking for someone with the potential to develop quickly. Crucially, you will also need to appreciate why taking a community organising approach and building the power of people affected by debt is important, though you do not need to have experience in community organising.

This role will require some evening and weekend working, though this will be infrequent.

The Governance team are seeking a brilliantly organised and enthusiastic self-starter to make a significant contribution to the College’s involvement in global activities. Alongside a focus on supporting planning activities, the Global and Devolved Nations Coordinator will help coordinate staff and doctors attending national and global events, liaise with our overseas partners and arrange member gatherings. A high level of cooperation and teamwork between staff members is necessary to fulfil this role’s functions effectively and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with external customers across time zones, colleagues and senior members.

They will also have first rate administrative and organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload. Amna is seeking a Social Media and Design Consultant on a monthly retainer contract to support our digital content strategy and enhance our online presence.
