We are looking for Careers Strategy Lead to join the Harris Federation central team.

In this pivotal role, you will provides essential leadership and strategic direction for careers education across all Secondary and Sixth Form academies. Your responsibilities will encompass the development and implementation of a proactive careers strategy that yields measurable outcomes, with a consistent emphasis on placing students at the forefront of all initiatives.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and organised administrator to join our Retail Transport team for a 9-month fixed term contract.

Providing excellent customer service, you will be first point of contact for our Retail colleagues and van drivers.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• administering DBS compliance for all logistics service providers, ensuring adherence to BHF policy
• supporting all administration and queries around the rollout of MyVan project and being a reference point for all users
• managing our database system to ensure legal and BHF compliance of van driver data and identifying trends
• supporting processes related to payments to Van Drivers and administration of the BHF Leased Fleet

About you

The successful candidate will be IT literate and have demonstrated experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You’ll have experience of effectively dealing with conflicting priorities and deadlines and of providing high quality office and communication facilitation.

With excellent communication skills you'll be able to work as part of a team to ensure the BHF fleet runs in a safe and effective manner. You’ll be able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll have previous experience of DBS administration and compliance databases. A basic knowledge of transport legislation, with regards to van compliance, would be beneficial.

The Senior Brand Manager will play a crucial role in the strategy, planning, development and implementation of brand activity across the charity, leading a Brand team of two Brand Managers and a Brand Officer. Working closely with the Head of Brand and the wider Brand department, this role will put the Alzheimer’s Research UK brand at the heart of everything we do. The role will work closely with teams across the organisation to amplify the brand in all content and communications, develop the brand strategically, and lead on the tracking and reporting of brand health to ensure we are having impact.

The Senior Brand Manager will liaise across the whole organisation, working particularly closely with key contacts across Marketing and Fundraising, Communications and Policy.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

· Support the Head of Brand with overarching brand strategy and brand campaign strategy.

· Lead the brand consultancy provision across the organisation, ensuring that brand is integrated with all our content and communications to amplify the brand personality and messaging and achieve brand consistency.

· Oversee the delivery of brand campaign activity to ensure that campaigns are delivered efficiently and have maximum impact.

· Inspire and engage colleagues internally, delivering internal communications to ensure that the brand is alive, understood and actively developed.

· Alongside the Insight team, lead on the reporting of brand health measures to the organisation, and work with the Head of Brand to identify areas for development and improvement.

· Work with the media agency and key creative agencies, developing briefs, overseeing campaign delivery and analysing performance.

· Manage the Brand team, providing clear goals and direction for the two Brand Managers and Brand Officer.

What we are looking for:

· Excellent experience in a brand or marketing management role.

· Experience of managing and developing a team.

· Experience of developing brand and marketing strategies.

· Excellent experience of leading multi-channel brand or marketing communications campaigns with a good knowledge of the full marketing mix.

· Proven experience in project planning, management and delivery.

· Excellent experience of working with external agencies, such as brand, creative and media.

· Experience of developing communications content, including messaging and look and feel.

· Experience of measuring and reporting on brand health and campaign performance.

· Outstanding leadership and coordination skills.

· Ability to influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders at all levels and get buy-in to new ideas.

· Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to take a long-term view.

· Clear and concise communications skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to cut through complexity.

· Excellent understanding of the range of media channels and platforms used for brand marketing.

Ways of working:  As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

About the Role

We are now recruiting for a Housing Advice and Case Worker to provide expert and specialist housing advice and support to our policy and case work teams, especially as it relates to Black and minoritised migrant women with housing needs affected by the criminal justice and/or immigration systems.

The post holder will divide their time equally between our Policy and Public Affairs team and frontline services work. As housing lead, they will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, producing and delivering training and other resources, and will work alongside the Policy and Public Affairs team to ensure the smooth running of our Safe Housing for Migrant Women project. The successful candidate will act as a source of specialist advice to our frontline staff regarding the housing rights and needs of our service users, and will provide urgent community casework support to women with housing needs referred internally from other Hibiscus Projects. The post holder will also support a caseload of a least five service users, providing holistic support and advocacy to empower women to rebuild their lives.

This will include supporting women to participate in education, training, providing outreach support, ensuring the women they work with have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations and how their immigration status may affect their rights to housing and work.

The Housing Advice and Case Worker will play a key role in facilitating communication between the Policy and Public Affairs and frontline teams, maintaining accurate records to support with monitoring, reporting and evaluation of Hibiscus’ Projects. In particular, they will support the collection of data, case studies and qualitative feedback to inform the Safe Homes for Migrant Women project and evaluation.

They will demonstrate a commitment to Hibiscus's ethos aims and objectives, including having an intersectional and anti-racist approach to the work and a comprehensive understanding of one of more of Hibiscus’ key work areas.

About you

We are particularly keen to attract talent from Black and minoritised communities and those with lived experience of immigration, the criminal justice systems, and/or violence against women and girls. We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about the housing rights of Black and minoritised migrant women. You will need knowledge and significant understanding of the challenging reality of the housing and how Black and minoritised women can best gain access to relevant housing offerings.

The successful candidate will have experience working in the housing sector or providing housing advice/advocacy to groups subjected to marginalisation and an in-depth knowledge of relevant housing legislation, policy and practice, especially as it relates to Black and minoritised migrant women. The candidate will have experience of working in partnership with statutory and non-statutory organisations, and proven ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders, while working collaboratively and positively with service users and colleagues.

The candidate will have direct frontline experience working with women with complex needs such as insecure immigration status, criminal justice system involvement, or violence against women and girls, and be confident in facilitating workshops, developing training and collating case studies using trauma-informed, feminist practice.

They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to working. They will have a clear and demonstrable understanding of one of more of Hibiscus’ key work areas – criminal justice, immigration and migrants’ rights, racial justice, and/or violence against women and girls.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Power Apps Studio, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power BI to automate processes and improve data insights
• Working closely with teachers, school leaders, head office staff, consultants and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solutions meet their needs
• Integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems used by the Harris Federation, ensuring security, seamless data flow and functionality.

Leuchie is the national respite charity giving families a break from the physical and emotional responsibilities of caring for a loved one. The charity is dedicated to supporting individuals and families living with a neurological condition such as MS, MND, Parkinson’s and stroke through short respite breaks and outreach services. The expert team work to transform lives by improving health, enabling independence, and tackling loneliness.

Leuchie provides a range of settings that suit the health needs and circumstances of the individual and their family. These include short breaks with 24-hour nursing and care, therapies, social activities and outings at Leuchie House, accessible self-catering accommodation for all the family or regular at-home support.

Through innovative partnership working and research, Leuchie is reimagining the delivery of respite as a way of meeting wider health and social care outcomes for the families it supports.

There is a growing need to support those living with a neurological condition and their families that Leuchie is determined to respond to. Director of Development Role

The charity is looking for a new Director of Development to join its senior leadership team and take ownership of its fundraising and communications functions. Leuchie is looking for someone with deep knowledge of both these areas through a senior fundraising or business development career. You will be expert at writing growth strategies and have led a team to deliver success. • Extensive experience in mass fundraising – including events, community fundraising, challenge events, and individual giving.
• Proven success in developing and executing fundraising strategies to achieve ambitious income targets.
• Strong leadership skills – with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities – effectively engaging donors, supporters, and stakeholders.
• A data-driven and innovative mindset, with experience using CRM systems to optimise fundraising strategies.

Location: Home-based within England with regular travel to London and elsewhere in the UK as required
