The Role:
As our Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our portfolio of corporate partners and advertisers. Your efforts will help ACEVO generate about 45% of our income, ensuring we continue to support and inspire civil society leaders. You'll be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving engagement through partnerships, event sponsorships, and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Corporate Partnerships
- Maintain and nurture a portfolio of corporate relationships and advertisers.
- Build strong relationships with commercial organisations through extensive phone work and face-to-face meetings.
- Provide relevant engagement opportunities to partners in line with their level of investment.
- Increase engagement, activity, and financial contributions from existing partners.
- Regularly report to partners on ACEVO activities, including membership, policy, and corporate partner engagement.
- Convert in-bound job advertising enquiries into long-term advertisers.
- Produce member newsletters promoting corporate partner services and ACEVO's job services.
- Identify and support corporate partner venues, managing related admin with the events team.
- Represent ACEVO professionally at internal and external events.
- Manage and drive revenue to ACEVO Jobs, our recruitment advertising platform.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in corporate partnerships, account management, or new business development.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence.
- Proficiency in CRM systems; Salesforce experience is desirable.
- Excellent customer service, administrative, and organisational skills.

The client is a large UK charity with an Enterprise arm that generates £16 million for the organisation.
- Work collaboratively with other Financial Accountants and Finance Business partners to ensure timely and accurate production the monthly trial balance including journal postings, accruals and prepayments to enable the accurate generation of reports. Lead on manufacturing costs, inventory, sales & margin analysis and balance sheet of main trading subsidiary.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partner and other colleagues to prepare cost of sales budgets and forecasts with a focus of profitability, cost of sales and ensuring raw materials and labour rates are up to date.
- Create and maintain a performance dashboard, optimising data processes. To scope and create new reporting tools, managing roll out and staff training.
- Maintenance of standard costing system and monitoring of unit of measure, bill of materials, labour and overhead recovery rates.
- Monitor controls associated with manufacturing costs, including labour, stock usage, material variances and waste.
- Produce, manage and review corporate balance sheet reconciliations and provisions across the Group, ensuring timely resolution of issues identified during monthly accounting reviews, including the tracking of potential issues and exposures. Oversee inventory reconciliations, stocktakes and calculation of slow moving and obsolete stock provisions.

Reporting into the Head of Financial Accounts, your responsibilities will be:
- Assist in the preparation of the annual accounts of the Group and all subsidiaries to the required format.
- Preparation of schedules and journals of Financial Accounting Team in more complex and technical areas, such as investments, property sales, legacies, endowments, restricted funds.

Main duties and responsibilities
1. Bgen Board and legal services:
a. Organise 4 Board meetings a year, prepare and circulate agendas and documents, take notes and share minutes.
b. Produce a quarterly activity report to the Bgen Board.

d. Maintain up to date records of Trustees, and ensure they have access to Governing Documents, including notification of legal obligations.

Purpose of the role
As a member of the Business Support Team, the post holder will work closely with our leads and their teams to understand and support organisational and programme requirements across our diverse and exciting areas of interest.

Key Activities
- Liaise and work with leads with confidence, replying to external and internal queries where possible and escalating others as needed. Keep in regular contract with team members ensuring that they, alongside external stakeholders, understand the support the post holder can provide.
- Gather the necessary information to complete key contractual paperwork throughout the project lifecycle, including contract set up and the prompt receipt and processing of client contracts. Work with the Finance Manager and relevant lead to ensure that invoicing schedules and billing particulars are up to date, that client specific activity reporting is completed accurately, and NDTi’s schedule for delivery is maintained.
- Maintain a schedule of project outputs and work to ensure reports, events and other deliverables are planned and delivered on time, liaising with colleagues across other work areas where needed.
- Plan, organise and effectively project manage regular events of both online and residential including at scale.
- Use existing and emerging technologies and established practices to set up and plan events, ensuring prompt co-ordination and confirmation of arrangements with venues, participants and presenters.
- Lead the process for delegate and stakeholder sign up, liaising with leads to ensure good representation and attendance levels are achieved. Work with the lead to ensure any specific requirements, for example, allocation of places and accessibility needs are managed and met.
- With the project coordinator, work to deliver the event on time and within budget. Keep leads updated, alerting them to potential overspend or other issues, such as take up/attendance levels that could impact the success of the event, as they arise.
- Actively update website and other source information about our team, our work, our events and our resources, ensuing they are up-to-date, and are in keeping with in house and project specific branding guidelines.
- Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager and wider team to connect with partners, stakeholders and groups with an interest in NDTi’s work via online platforms.
- Organise and lead on the booking process and internal organisation of CLS Network workshops and other Network-wide meetings.
- To manage all CLS invoicing ensuring data from contracts is transferred to an invoice and ensuring invoices are logged within the database.
- Collect data in relation to attendance across the CLS sites at Network wide events and workshops and provide regular reports to Network members and CLS team members as required.

Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis (APF) is the UK’s leading health and research charity for pulmonary fibrosis. The role
Global Greengrants Fund UK is looking to hire an energetic and passionate individual who will play a key role in establishing and developing Global Greengrants Fund UK’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) work. The new role of MEAL Officer will undertake high-quality data management and analysis to produce key learnings on the outcomes of GGF’s grantmaking and other programmatic activity, as well as leading system improvements to our evolving monitoring, evaluation and learning framework in collaboration with global colleagues. They will be providing support to the emerging global learning function, and the role will support the delivery of learning activities across our network to develop clear briefs, learnings and findings that can be used by other functions, including the Communications and Philanthropic Partnerships teams, to strengthen the organisation’s external and internal engagement and knowledge sharing activities. This will include developing appropriate methodologies and tools to collate, validate, summarise, analyse and report on key trends within our grantmaking using and improving on a range of data sources including grantee application forms and reports. The candidate profile
The successful applicant will have significant relevant experience in a similar role in a charitable, environmental, development, and/or grant-making organisation. They will be an experienced, senior-level specialist with a strong track record in data collection, monitoring and analysis, with good working knowledge of a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, tools and systems, and in using this information to evaluate and recommend adaptations, and in reporting. Higher-level qualifications/certification in a relevant field, post-graduate qualification would be a distinct advantage, particularly in the social sciences and/or use of mixed method approaches. They will have demonstrated experience authoring MEAL related reports, either organisational reports or academic publications; demonstrated ability to coordinate and improve the process of data collection, analysis and reporting and demonstrated experience in managing datasets, databases, programming, and other analysis software. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be confident in engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including at senior levels. They have exceptional organisational and research abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy, including analysing large amounts of information from disparate sources.
