About the Role
The Connection at St. Martins is based in the heart of London, in the most concentrated area of rough sleeping in the UK. We have an ambitious strategy to tackle rough sleeping in central London with those people who are most persistently on the streets. Building relationships of trust with clients is at the heart of our work. To achieve this in practice, we have a fully trauma informed approach across the whole charity with psychologists embedded in our service delivery teams.
Alongside running our busy day centre at Adelaide Street by Trafalgar Square, we are developing our access to accommodation. This includes a project to extend our scheme in Clapham with a new building during 2025. The extension will provide 3 additional studio flats and activity spaces. This is the first in a longer term goal to introduce more accommodation into our service portfolio so that we can house an additional 300 of our Adelaide Street clients by 2028. We are also keen to develop our links into health, through partnerships with the NHS and other treatment services. Finally, we would like to further improve our offer for women and for people with No Recourse to Public Funds.
The Director of Services is a vital role for us and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for addressing rough sleeping. The successful candidate will be ambitious and tenacious in developing high quality services and growing our support. They must be able to build really strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders alongside bringing extensive experience from homelessness, mental health, addiction or the criminal justice sector.
Our Director of Services will:
- Ensure excellent service delivery which reflects our Theory of Change;
- Deliver the charity’s Service Quality and Development strategy;
- Take forward our emerging accommodation models and our links into health services;
- Provide financial management and secure resources for service delivery;
- Work with the Board and the Service Quality and Development Sub Committee, sharing progress against objectives and reporting results;
- Provide leadership with the staff team, particularly in services, promoting our cultural traits and behaviours in everything we do.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

About the role
We are seeking a talented Database Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data to play a key role in supporting the charity's mission through data management and analysis.
As a Database Officer, you will help support the final stages of the implementation of Beacon, and then will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and maintenance of the CRM moving forward. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage data imports, ensure data accuracy, and provide valuable insights to improve our engagement with supporters and donors. Your work will contribute to the growth of the charity by enabling data-driven decision-making.
The Database officer will sit within the CoppaFeel! Operations Team and will work closely with the Data and Compliance Manager and the Director of Operations to support the organisation with the roll out of Beacon.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
You will report into The Data and Compliance Manager and sit within the Operations Team.
The Role
Duties & Responsibilities
Database Management:
- Maintain and update the charity's CRM database Beacon, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Manage records, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with GDPR regulations.
- Conduct regular data cleaning, deduplication, and quality checks.
- Support integrations between the database and other systems (e.g., email marketing, online donation platforms)
Data Imports and Exports:
- Process and import data from various sources, including fundraising platforms, events, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Extract and segment data for use in fundraising campaigns, communications, and reporting.
- Process and reconcile donations and assist with direct debit and gift aid claims
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports for teams across the charity, including fundraising, marketing, and senior management, using tools such as Excel or CRM reporting functions.

Data Compliance:
- Ensure all data processing activities are in line with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.

Head of Social Impact
This role will report to the strategy and partnerships director and will work closely with the research and policy director and political director, as well as other members of the senior management team, heads of teams and the wider staff.

- Maintain Green Alliance’s reputation as a respected thought leader on climate and nature issues by leading and supporting the development and delivery of high quality strategies to secure impact in the environmental / health policy intersection. This may include research and policy development, political advocacy strategies and communications work.
- Advise colleagues on the narratives, framings and relationships that we should build in order to further our goals and use skills and experience to help build these. Use your networks to help us land our work with impact involving the right partners.

Kent Community Foundation (KCF) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Finance and Governance to oversee the Foundation’s finance functions and ensure compliance with charity law and regulatory requirements. This role is key to ensuring that financial reporting is clear and accurate and that all policies and procedures are current and fit for purpose.
In this role, you will provide financial oversight, ensuring that processes are both efficient and compliant. You will act as the main contact for investment houses, banks and auditors, ensuring that financial reporting is clear and accurate. You will also support the Board of Trustees, preparing papers for board and committee meetings and assisting with trustee recruitment, training, and evaluations. You will also oversee other governance duties including the updating of the Foundation’s policies to ensure legal compliance and best practice, as well as submitting returns to the relevant regulatory bodies, such as the Charity Commission and Companies House.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or have equivalent experience, with a strong background in financial management and a working knowledge of Xero software. Knowledge of charity governance and reporting is essential. Experience in the voluntary sector, along with knowledge of systems such as Salesforce and Sage Payroll, would be highly beneficial.
Flexible working hours are available with 25 hours per week minimum.

- The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering a workforce development plan to grow and maintain a workforce to enable an all year-round multi-sport offer in our priority places.
- The post holder will be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of the StreetGames Workforce Development offer for the network of over 400 locally trusted organisations (LTOs) in London & the Southeast.
- The post holder will work with LTOs in the StreetGames network to enable them able to access workforce development opportunities that helps them to build capability and capacity, so they are better able to utilise the power of sport to transform young lives & underserved communities – which is core to the StreetGames mission and collective End Game.

Our Education Development and Outreach Coordinator will be developing our education and awareness strategy for schools and universities, spearheading outreach and ensuring that the impact of each programme on future outcomes is being tracked and measured. We have already built our Freshers Fair campaign up to visiting 20 universities this year, and have started outreach into London based schools.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Developing of our education and awareness strategy for universities and schools.

Evolving current and curating new programmes that fit within the overall strategy.

Leading the outreach and collaboration with various education partners including, Universities, Private and State Schools, Student Unions, Student Societies, Public Education Boards e.g. OFSTED, Government etc.

Building relationships with key individual stakeholders to drive forward the revolution in gynaecological health for young people. These stakeholders could include, Teachers, lecturers, wellbeing staff, leading researchers in behaviour change and education, MPs, students, parents etc.

Responsible for day-to-day internal financial tasks: e.g. looking after our Education Budget, allocating charitable spending for maximum impact

Preparing impact reports and presentations for potential sponsors and partners for the programmes.

Work closely with our Communications and Awareness Executive to ensure programme assets are relevant and suitable for target audience age.

Engage with the Foundation’s medical advisors to ensure the programmes are covering need to know areas, key messaging and are medically accurate.
