Job Purpose:
To project manage a range of Individual Giving campaigns mainly within the Acquisition team, supporting in other areas as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Individual Giving
- To coordinate the day to day running of individual giving campaigns; including campaign planning, overseeing creative development, liaising with key stakeholders, co-ordinating print and production, monitoring and analysing results and feeding back to agencies.
- To assist with the analysis, evaluation and reporting of campaigns, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for future activity.
- To oversee the invoicing process and campaign income and expenditure.
- To undertake research about Barnardo's work with children for marketing projects and campaigns.
- To assist in the selection and sign off of data for all direct marketing campaigns managed.
- To assist with planning of yearly marketing plans & strategy.
Managing internal and external relationships:
- To ensure that activities carried out by third party agencies support our overall fundraising objectives, complement and support Barnardo's key messages and brand requirements.
- To develop and maintain relationships with key Individual Giving stakeholders both internally and externally.
General Responsibilities:
- To contribute to team meetings and organisational priorities.
- To be proactive in keeping up to date with industry trends and changes.

Key Activities:
The post holder will be responsible for working on a range of individual giving campaigns from start to finish, including developing briefs, contacting and coordinating with suppliers, analysing results and making recommendations. This will include campaigns across a range of products and channels, including Dialogue (Face to Face), Telephone, Direct Mail, Direct Response TV and Digital activity. Allocation of campaigns across the team is reviewed regularly to ensure that campaign executives have the opportunity to manage a variety of campaigns and develop their skillset.
Location- This is a hybrid role, the hub location will depend on where the candidate lives. Will be required to travel to London.

We are looking for a full-time Shelter Coordinator to join our small and friendly team to lead the successful delivery of our shelter operations for the 2024-25 winter season.
C4WS Homeless Project provides support to those experiencing homelessness throughout the year via a well-established winter night shelter in Camden, a lunchtime club, Jobs Club, hosting scheme, mentoring scheme and various other activities. We are passionate about helping people rebuild their lives after homelessness and working towards living independently.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the practical and day-to-day running of our shelters, which will involve:
- Ensuring each shelter has enough trained volunteers to safely operate
- Ensuring each shelter has all the practical equipment and resources needed
- Liaising with and supporting church volunteer teams
- Being the main staff presence at shelter shifts
- Responsible for managing our weekly Friday Club drop in
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with people who are experiencing homelessness or other similarly disadvantaged groups, an efficient and practical approach, warm and friendly nature, and a can-do attitude.
The successful applicant will be required to work flexibly whilst the shelter is operating. This includes some evenings (9:30pm finish), and some weekend shifts and bank holidays, as per a weekly-changing rota, and therefore is required to display considerable flexibility. About the Role

Are you our new Digital Communications Officer?
We are looking for a creative social media native who is comfortable not only with presenting UWC to different audiences but also collaborating and supporting our different stakeholders in doing so. You will join the Communications and Engagement Team at the UWC International Office (UWCIO) which consists of six people and report to the Digital Communications Manager.
As a Digital Communications Officer, you will create, develop and deliver content across all UWC International’s social media channels in line with our social media strategy and lead on sourcing or creating the relevant, required reporting to demonstrate engagement and impact. You will also support UWC’s truly global network of volunteers through digital resources, templates and training. Social media delivery and community management
