We are looking for a Project Lead (peer support) who will manage all aspects of a new project, from developing detailed plans and timelines to collaborating with our steering committee to define objectives and success criteria. You’ll take charge of volunteer management, ensuring adherence to policies, leading recruitment and training sessions, and providing ongoing support to our dedicated volunteers. By building strong links with the community and engaging with existing support groups and healthcare professionals, you’ll help to create a robust network for those affected by ovarian cancer. Additionally, you’ll oversee communication strategies, produce high-calibre progress reports, and continuously evaluate the project’s impact. This project is supported by the National Lottery Community Fund
The role is a full time, 35 hours per week, 3 year fixed-term contract position.
We currently offer a hybrid-working model. This means you may usually work from your home or remote location, but are expected to attend meetings and pay for your own travel to the office in Angel, London when required. We have an exciting opportunity for a Live Music Coordinator in the North of England to support the delivery of live music experiences improving the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music.

The Role
The Live Music Coordinator will facilitate the delivery of live music experiences across the North of England, improving the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music.
You will work with professional musicians to share live music with people who may not otherwise get to experience it, organising programmes with partner organisations, in line with the organisation’s strategy and operational plan.
You will also support the delivery of the annual programme of live music experiences communicating with hospitals, hospices, care homes and the community. This includes those living with dementia, who have mental health problems, or who are seriously ill.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Coordination of the live music programme
- Prepare reports and appropriate feedback to the Live Music Manager and support to the Fundraising and Communications team as per the reporting timeframes required

We are looking for a full-time Shelter Coordinator to join our small and friendly team to lead the successful delivery of our shelter operations for the 2024-25 winter season.
C4WS Homeless Project provides support to those experiencing homelessness throughout the year via a well-established winter night shelter in Camden, a lunchtime club, Jobs Club, hosting scheme, mentoring scheme and various other activities. We are passionate about helping people rebuild their lives after homelessness and working towards living independently.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the practical and day-to-day running of our shelters, which will involve:
- Ensuring each shelter has enough trained volunteers to safely operate
- Ensuring each shelter has all the practical equipment and resources needed
- Liaising with and supporting church volunteer teams
- Being the main staff presence at shelter shifts
- Responsible for managing our weekly Friday Club drop in
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with people who are experiencing homelessness or other similarly disadvantaged groups, an efficient and practical approach, warm and friendly nature, and a can-do attitude.
The successful applicant will be required to work flexibly whilst the shelter is operating. This includes some evenings (9:30pm finish), and some weekend shifts and bank holidays, as per a weekly-changing rota, and therefore is required to display considerable flexibility. Careers and Employability Adviser
We are looking for an experienced Careers and Employability Adviser with extensive knowledge of working with care experienced young people (16-26) to guide and support young people in their professional development to help them reach their full potential.
Position: Careers and Employability Adviser
Location: London
Salary: £32,960 - £33,949 per annum depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Start date: Immediate Start
Benefits: 27 days holiday per year PLUS the 1st Friday of every month is a half day. Pension and contributions are payable 3% after 3 months of service, employee assistance programme.

As a Careers and Employability Adviser, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for making a difference in your client’s lives. You will possess the ability to build trusting relationships quickly, broaden horizons, and encourage young people to be aspirational.

Main duties and responsibilities
- To provide individual Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) support to young people on the programme.
- To identify opportunities for work that match participants’ interests and abilities.
- Support the delivery of various Programmes.
- To assist young people in their search for employment in outreach locations.
- To maintain a client-centred approach and be sensitive to the needs of a diverse client group.
- To compile and maintain accurate records and collect monitoring data for the project.
- To support the delivery of milestones and outcomes relating to those agreed upon with our partners.
- To provide progress information to line management as required.
- To attend and participate effectively in internal and external meetings.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years’ experience working with disadvantaged youth groups to transition them into employment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience working with vulnerable young people.
- Resilient, positive, and comfortable working effectively with complexity.
- Experience in delivering training sessions to young people.
- A good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and risk assessment.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaboratively with the rest of the team
- Empathetic, engaging, and innovative – the ability to present and to be motivational.
- Flexible approach yet able to maintain clear boundaries with clients once contracted.
- Strong organisational, timekeeping and record-keeping skills.
- Good IT skills required including recording of database entries.
- Ability to effectively communicate and relate to young people with varying levels of educational attainment, attention spans and motivation.

We are looking for someone on a 2 year fixed term contract to support CCT, as we engage in a programme of significant digital change, with our core information management systems under active review and development. The complaint processing of personal data is fundamental to delivering our business objectives and will be a crucial deliverable for our Digital Transformation Programme.
The Compliance officer will be instrumental in ensuring CCT complies with best practice in relation to the storage and use of people’s personal information, ensuring compliance with the relevant GDPR regulations and will also be responsible for ensuring that the CCT’s policies and procedures are compliant with the relevant Government Functional Standards as well as following good practice in relation to its governance policies and procedures.
The post holder will work with every team, at all levels across CCT, to help embed a risk-based approach to data protection and decision-making, championing both the intent of data protection law and effective operational outcomes; adopting best recommended practice where there is ambiguity about minimal compliance requirements.
