NHS Providers' development programmes team delivered a range of training and development activities for NHS boards and foundation trust governors. The team delivers over 200 events annually. We are looking for an additional programme administrator to take responsibility for the efficient event and logistics administration of this work to deliver high quality training and support for our members. This activity is delivered virtually, in-person or hybrid.

• Proven ability in managing and reporting the impact of charitable programmes to senior stakeholders and boards / committees.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare context, including political context, research and innovation environments, partnered with an understanding of the charity landscape.
• Strong strategic thinking with excellent leadership skills and experience in managing and developing others.
• Educated to at least degree level in a relevant field (such as biomedical science) or equivalent relevant work experience.

The Group Finance Director holds a key role in the executive team in the Foundation Office of the Charity. They are accountable for all matters relating to the UWGCF Charity finance, including the oversight of school income, endowment investments, loans, subsidiary companies, VAT, and the leadership of the Foundation finance team. The Head of Programmes is a critical role for the organisation, responsible for ensuring DEC funded programmes meet programmatic standards, are fully traceable, routinely monitored and comply with organisational procedures and institutional donors’ requirements. International Programmes Manager: Local First

The role
As Senior Programmes Officer you will closely with our peacebuilding partners to help deliver an ambitious new programme of work. 'Local First: Transforming the Peacebuilding System' will support local peacebuilders in Mali, Afghanistan, Sudan and eastern DRC to increase prospects for sustainable peace.
Through Local First, Peace Direct will work with policymakers and power holders, supporting them to understand the dysfunctions of the peacebuilding system, and find ways to better support locally-led peacebuilding.
This role is responsible for developing and managing partnerships within the four countries, with initial emphasis on Mali. You will work closely with our other SPOs who manage partnerships in the four countries, and create and manage opportunities to bring partners together to learn from one another. You will also support the development, coordination and delivery of Local First, working closely with the International Programmes Manager and Peace Direct’s Netherlands Office Representative.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate person who can:
- Coordinate and support partnerships with local peacebuilding actors based on mutual accountability and trust. This will require working proficiency in French as well as English.

Art Explora is looking for an experienced Community Programme Manager with a passion for arts engagement and cultural outreach to manage and build our innovative Community Programme for Art Explora in the UK.
The Community Programme Manager will lead on and develop Art Explora’s key community programme streams – Arts at Home, Theatre at Home, Music at Home, Mini Art Explorers and Art Explorers at..., and manage Art Explora UK’s growing volunteer community. The Community Programme Manager will manage Art Explora’s growing pool of 140+ volunteers. They will ensure that Art Explora has a comprehensive and supportive volunteer offer. They will review our current volunteer recruitment processes and policies, safeguarding and training procedures, and ensure we meet the highest standards for working with volunteers.
The volunteer community is key to Art Explora’s strategy for scaling up arts engagement in the UK. You'll be:
- Meeting regularly with colleagues to ensure email marketing programme is planned, delivered and optimised based on results and supporter insight

- Collaborate across the newly created Engagement & Loyalty funnel (including Emergency Appeals, Legacy Marketing, Events, E-commerce & Regular Giving) to drive optimisation – both in our email/lead generation programmes and ways of working
- Planning and leading workshops to strategically plan multi-channel, multi-proposition supporter journeys (digital and offline – including but not limited to email, mailings, telephone, paid social)

What will you need to be a successful Senior Engagement & Loyalty Manager?
- Understanding of the different marketing acquisition and retention channels and methodologies – primarily this role will lead on email marketing and lead generation via paid social adverts
- Specific knowledge and skills in email marketing and ESPs - ideally Salesforce
- Ability to plan campaigns and communications that engage, motivate and inspire mobilisation from a range of supporters/customers.
- Skilled at critically appraising creative and copy from concept to completion.
