- Proven experience of creating and delivering effective fundraising campaigns and achieving fundraising targets.
- Proven experience of securing significant/multi-year grants from Trusts & Foundations.
- Proven experience of stewarding and securing gifts from Individuals and Sponsors.
- Experience of Arts Council England grant funding and reporting.
- Experience of running digital fundraising campaigns.
- Experience of managing a donor database.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to draft a compelling case for support.
- Proven experience of managing evaluation and reporting processes for funders.
- Excellent relationship building skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of people from varied backgrounds.
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- An understanding and a passion for contemporary theatre.

We have 12 years’ experience delivering 1:1 tuition, working with schools and Local Authority partners across the country, reaching hundreds of pupils annually.
As a member of the Fair Education Alliance, we believe in providing meaningful educational provision to students whose needs may not be best met within a traditional classroom environment, those who aren’t currently accessing education, or who benefit from additional 1:1 support. We work with over 200 qualified teachers to provide academic, subject specialised and individual tutoring and mentoring for children of all ages. For a large, complex international organisation, we're recruiting an Interim Corporate Treasurer. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Corporate Treasurer is a leadership role managing all aspects of treasury policy, processes, controls, analysis, and investment strategy. This role will also lead on cash management, financing and investment activities, internal controls, risk management and loss prevention. This is the primary treasury specialist in the organisation and will provide expert advice to support strategic objectives, whilst leading and motivating the Treasury Team.
Main Duties:
- Lead and motivate the Treasury Team, building capacity in the wider finance team
- Develop strategic partnerships with banks and other financial organisations to deliver Treasury policy, investment strategies and business objectives
- Identify opportunities to deliver better business models to impact on global ability to deliver statutory reporting obligations, operating models in-country, banking and repatriation of funds including liquidity analysis and management, cash forecasting and debt facilities
- Partner with Regional Finance Directors to optimise cash-flows, manage cash investments / liquidity including e-commerce and mobile banking, bonds, guarantees and bank KYC management.

About the Role
The Connection at St. Martins is based in the heart of London, in the most concentrated area of rough sleeping in the UK. We have an ambitious strategy to tackle rough sleeping in central London with those people who are most persistently on the streets. Building relationships of trust with clients is at the heart of our work. To achieve this in practice, we have a fully trauma informed approach across the whole charity with psychologists embedded in our service delivery teams.
Alongside running our busy day centre at Adelaide Street by Trafalgar Square, we are developing our access to accommodation. This includes a project to extend our scheme in Clapham with a new building during 2025. The extension will provide 3 additional studio flats and activity spaces. This is the first in a longer term goal to introduce more accommodation into our service portfolio so that we can house an additional 300 of our Adelaide Street clients by 2028. We are also keen to develop our links into health, through partnerships with the NHS and other treatment services. Finally, we would like to further improve our offer for women and for people with No Recourse to Public Funds.
The Director of Services is a vital role for us and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for addressing rough sleeping. The successful candidate will be ambitious and tenacious in developing high quality services and growing our support. They must be able to build really strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders alongside bringing extensive experience from homelessness, mental health, addiction or the criminal justice sector.
Our Director of Services will:
- Ensure excellent service delivery which reflects our Theory of Change;
- Deliver the charity’s Service Quality and Development strategy;
- Take forward our emerging accommodation models and our links into health services;
- Provide financial management and secure resources for service delivery;
- Work with the Board and the Service Quality and Development Sub Committee, sharing progress against objectives and reporting results;

The role
We are seeking a Program Director who can complement the existing team by virtue of his or her experience in labour market economics, value chain transformation, and/or the prioritization of public-sector investment in critical economic sectors.
Program Directors work with their government counterparts to design and support implementation of transformative programs, and many of their government counterparts are prioritizing youth employment.
Program Directors are accountable to the CEO and are responsible for ensuring quality execution of programs; strengthening routine monitoring systems; leading evidence-based decision-making; and driving highly leveraged outcomes. Each Program Director will work on a variety of matters related to human capital development and contribute to programs in different African geographies.

Experience
To be successful you will need extensive experience with complex and large-scale program ideation and implementation, related to labour market interventions, value chain transformation, and public-sector investment, ideally in Sub-Saharan African countries.
You will have a good understanding of how governmental departments work (ideally with direct experience working within government) and have had significant interactions at high policy levels within governments, with proven experience in managing complex and politically sensitive relationships with different stakeholders. You will support the ambition of policy champions at national level.
Able to demonstrate methodical program oversight and management, you will need an exemplary work ethic with a drive for achieving concrete results from often complex environments.
Knowledge wise we are looking for strong understanding of labour markets and development economics; excellent data analysis skills; project finance/private sector experience could be advantageous.
This role will suit someone who is used to working at the most senior levels and brings excellent people skills and highly developed communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills. Fluency in French and/or widely spoken African languages is desirable

Job responsibilities:

· Design and implement OneSky’s foundation and corporate fundraising plan.
· Stay abreast of OneSky’s programs and priorities to identify opportunities to secure additional funding, to share updates with donors, and to engage donors in programmatic work.
· Maintain relations with OneSky’s current foundation and corporate funders via exceptional stewardship.
· Achieve opportunities for OneSky to submit proposals to foundation and corporate funders.
· Interact regularly with Programs, Finance, and MEAL staff across all countries to ensure accurate and consistent messaging and data in OneSky funding pitches, proposals and reports.
· Oversee the Director of Partnerships and collaborate to grow an extensive pipeline of prospective foundation and corporate funders.
