We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The Office Manager will be responsible for providing receptionist duties and be the Charity’s first point of contact by telephone and for in person visitors, they will respond to enquiries received by post, telephone, or email, provide office and facilities management support to the Charity staff team, and provide executive assistance and diary management to the Chief Executive. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
We want to hear from you if you’re a proactive problem-solver with a knack for keeping things organized and a flair for fostering a positive atmosphere. We are looking for an individual with experience of office management and administration including diary management; excellent organizational skills with experience of managing immediate and long-term deadlines, processing invoices, computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook), able to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative and work calmly under time pressure managing day-today operation.

Role Overview
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and versatile Data and Impact Officer to join our supportive and talented team.
