The role is in our Digital team, which reports to the Chief Operating Officer, but since the website encompasses all aspects of our work from service delivery and information provision to PR and fundraising, this role works collaboratively with all teams.
Initially the role will help the team to plan the content workstream, agreeing roles, responsibilities, timescales and success measures. This role would work then as part of a cross-team editorial effort with key stakeholders to create the new webpages, keeping colleagues informed and engaged throughout the project. Once the site goes live, you would help with aftercare and making sure the site gets off to a good start, making any additional edits or new content as needed based on performance and feedback. Towards the end of the contract, post-launch, this role would help to upskill and support selected colleagues in other teams to take more hands-on responsibilities with website content creation and governance as part of a new, decentralised approach.
The ideal candidate will have strong planning, organisational and workflow management skills. They will also have proven experience of creating and adapting user-centred, engaging and successful content for websites – primarily including text, images and graphics, but also video – ensuring output answers its brief, supports brand and strategic objectives, and is fit for purpose, channel and audience.

What you'll do:
Understand the concept of Recovery and apply those principles to develop an environment and service that enhances recovery
Put the service-user at the centre of their support and promote optimism and hope for their increased independence
Act as a positive influence on service-users encouraging responsible behaviour and self reliance to people residing in the Service
Support people in a way that maximises their self-sufficiency and enables them to live independently upon discharge from the service
Support customers to maintain their tenancy
Carry out holistic assessments and devise appropriate recovery focused support plans, and comprehensive risk assessments in full consultation with service-users, their families/carers and other agencies
Ensure recovery focused support plans are created, reviewed, evaluated and amended in accordance with changing needs, presenting risks and individual preferences in order to promote recovery
Undertake key working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/Service Manager
Be flexible and responsive to the needs of service-users as directed by their personal support plan
Provide recovery focused support to achieve personal goals/aspirations in partnership with service-users, family members and statutory agencies. To work with service-users on a one to one basis to achieve positive outcomes within the given service timeframe

Tameside Supported Housing Service is tailored for each person using the service with the ultimate goal to help people manage their accommodation and assist them with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community. Our aim is to help individuals on their recovery journey so they’re able to move on to more independent living within the community.
Manchester Road
This scheme is available to men and women and is made up of 12 individual rooms in the main building with shared communal facilities including living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. We also have four self-contained flats on site. The landlord for the properties is Regenda while Waythrough is the managing agent.

Here at Rainbows Children’s Hospice, we provide specialist palliative care and end-of-life support to over 750 Babies, Children, and Young People living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, as well as approximately 3,000 people, including families, siblings, and carers, across the East Midlands. We are currently seeking a Corporate Partnership Fundraiser to join our passionate and dedicated fundraising team. In this vital role, you will focus on securing new and managing existing corporate partnerships in the Derbyshire and North Leicestershire area to generate essential income for Rainbows Children's Hospice, enabling us to continue providing outstanding care and support to babies, children, young people, and their families.
Hours of work: This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the very occasional evening or weekend for Events.

Back Up’s mentoring service is there to help. We know that peer support can have a life changing impact and our Mentoring Team are the ones who can facilitate this through matching them with a suitable mentor who will be able to support them over a series of phone calls to reach their goals. The Mentoring Team Leader leads the team through providing excellent line management and driving the delivery of the team’s business plans to empower the team to ultimately support more people affected by spinal cord injury
In addition to leading the team, a Mentoring Team Lead will assist in creating mentoring relationships and support mentors and mentees as appropriate, assess mentee suitability and provide support in the process of identifying, recruiting and training new mentors.
A Mentoring Team Lead will be motivated to achieve the aims, targets and milestones that have been set in terms of making quality matches and will be comfortable and efficient with data management and GDPR compliance.

Child Bereavement UK helps families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies.
We support children and young people (up to the age of 25) when someone important to them has died or is not expected to live, and parents and the wider family when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying.
We provide training to professionals in health and social care, education, and the voluntary and corporate sectors, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.

Child Bereavement UK is delighted to have been awarded a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund and we are now starting the process of establishing a new Bereavement Support Service in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Child Bereavement UK as we look to recruit a full time Bereavement Support Practitioner to join the new service in Birmingham that will provide bereavement support to individuals, couples, families and in group settings. The post holder will support the Bereavement Support Service Lead in the provision and evaluation of a service that ensures families and professionals can access high quality bereavement support in situations where a baby or child of any age has died, or where children or young people up to the age of 25 are bereaved.
In this role you will:
• Work with the Bereavement Support Service Lead in providing and evaluating the service to support parents bereaved of a baby or child, of any age or children and young people up to the age of 25 bereaved of anybody important to them.
• To support the Bereavement Support Service Lead in developing and establishing Child Bereavement UK’s service as a source of advice and support for families and professionals across the region.
• To manage a caseload and provide a programme of individual and couple sessions and to develop and provide facilitated Groups for Parents bereaved of a baby or child.
• To contribute to the provision of a programme of individual and family support sessions, Groups for Families, Groups for Young People and school liaison.

The Role
The Drive Partnership works across the domestic abuse specialist sector, public sector partners and beyond to develop sustainable, national systems in England and Wales that respond effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse. In this key role, the Senior Project Management Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the effective project management of a number of our projects and providing administrative support for the wider Drive Partnership Teams.
As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) a key element of this will be supporting the Drive team and Drive Partnership organisations – SafeLives and Respect, with development and delivery of training products to support workforce development in the perpetrator services sector.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed term for 2 years (with possibility of extension).
Location: SafeLives Bristol or London office, with flexible home working (with travel to London and Bristol offices, and Drive sites, as required).

About you
To succeed, you’ll need to be experienced in data quality and implementing operational procedures to maintain high standards of data quality and have worked as a help desk technician or a similar customer support role. You should be analytical, solution orientated and able to communicate technical information to a non-technical client team audience, you have a good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations relating to supporter data too (e.g., GDPR, PECR and the Fundraising Code of Practice). The team work holistically with Carers to understand their individual circumstances and level of need. You’ll carry out home visits and community-based meetings, co-produce support plans, and develop effective relationships with Carers, families, and professionals. The Service Manager at Carlisle's Melbourne View CQC Registered supported living scheme is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the on-site recovery team. This will include ensuring outcomes are achieved, supervising and managing the team, maintaining quality standards, liaising with external care teams and at times covering shifts. The service consists of 11 self-contained flats, a community service and dispersed housing.

They will have accountability for delivering the services in-line with contract and commissioners’ requirements.

Rising Sun Domestic Violence and Abuse Service (Rising Sun) is an independent charity in Kent working to prevent domestic abuse and improve the lives of survivors and their children suffering from its effects. We have an ambitious vision for a world in which women and children live free from actual or threatened domestic abuse and all forms of violence.
Our team provide a range of services to adults and children who’ve experienced domestic abuse. We understand the impact of domestic abuse on survivors and so we listen to individual needs and respond in a trauma informed way. We provide one-to-one support and also deliver therapeutically informed group programmes to help survivors to recognise healthy/unhealthy behaviours in relationships and to understand the impact of domestic abuse. Bringing survivors together validates experiences and enables them to draw strength from one another.

JOB PURPOSE
Liberty House provides housing and support for up to 5 homeless young women aged 16-24 who are single, pregnant or have a young child and have experienced domestic abuse.
The support worker will be required to take on key-working responsibilities for the residents at Liberty House, as well as delivering other support work within the house and within the wider Liberty team. This could be related to pregnancy and parenting, life skills, psychoeducational support, understanding healthy relationships and building supportive peer relationships within the home, and supporting them to live independently.
The post holder will work to provide a secure, stable and homely environment and to act as a positive role model to residents. They will build professional and supportive relationships with residents and colleagues.
The project works to empower residents, providing them with information relating to their rights and enabling them to make decisions based on their options using a trauma informed approach.
As a member of the Liberty Team (16 – 24 year olds), the successful applicant will work collaboratively with the rest of the Children and Young People’s team, as well as the wider Rising Sun team to support other programmes delivered within the organisation.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery
- Provide holistic, trauma informed, practical and emotional support to residents of Liberty House through regular 1-2-1 sessions. Develop individual support plans, which address any practical and emotional needs the resident may have, such as accessing benefits, life skills and perform risk assessments where needed.
- Organise and deliver group sessions that focus on life skills and strengthening relationships.
- Encourage the residents in positive parenting.
- Manage relationships within the house, act as a conciliator, arbitrator and reconciler in disputes between residents.
- Ensure residents adhere to house rules.
- Assist with the day to day general running of the house and office, to ensure they are fit for purpose and safe for team members and residents.
- Conduct safety checks around the house. Ensure all faults/repairs are reported and that the Health and Safety Policy is adhered to at all times.
- Comply with organisational policies and procedures and adhere to confidentiality.
- Work effectively in partnership with other agencies.

Oasis is looking for someone who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to become the next Community Hub Leader supporting the established Hub at Warndon.
The post holder will lead the development of the Hub, situated on the periphery of Worcester City, serving the community of Warndon and the surrounding area, supporting the Oasis Academy and wider local community.
