The Associate Director for Examinations and Training is a crucial and influential role at the College, as you will be responsible for providing leadership on the division’s work in relation to examinations, assessment and training standards, digital development and the College’s international relationships.
As Associate Director for Examinations and Training, you will actively contribute to the leadership of the division by providing guidance and assisting with directing the development and implementation of strategies in support of the division’s operational plan and the College’s overall strategy.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Education & Training, you will provide senior strategic direction and operational leadership for three reporting Departments, inspiring, motivating and empowering members of the division to build a high-performance culture, achieving transformational change in both divisional business and culture.
Providing senior leadership in managing and collaborating with external stakeholders and regulators both in the UK and internationally, you will sponsor and lead on strategic projects, including international, that cover multiple areas of divisional work. You will also provide recommendations and advice on business development to the Divisional Director and other committees through regular high-quality reports and data analysis.
Suitably qualified at graduate level or with relevant professional experience, you should have a background of working in a leadership role with a demonstratable ability to combine both strategic and operational leadership.
With proven knowledge and understanding of professional training, competency-based education and assessment and regulatory standards, you should also have demonstratable experience of competency-based education design and delivery.
You should have significant experience of initiating and leading programmes of change, generating new ideas and innovative ways of working and have experience in developing quality assurance procedures and systems.
Proven experience of managing multi-disciplinary personnel and of budgetary management, including budget preparation and forecasting, along with demonstrable strategic thinking and analytical skills, are essential.

Here for You is Breast Cancer Now’s personalised referral route to all of our services.
There are 2 roles, both of which are responsible for making initial and follow up calls to primary and secondary breast cancer patients.
We’re expanding our team due to demand and to continue to ensure patients get calls within service level agreements. And to provide timely and trusted information and support to people diagnosed with breast cancer. This involves responding to safeguarding issues, collecting data, and deliver excellent information on the phone.
The role also involves collaborating with colleagues focusing on the Here for You expansion and integration, as well as working with colleagues across the primary services, secondary services and personalised support services. The role also liaises with our Helpline team.
About you
For both of these roles, we’re looking for enthusiasm and people with strong communication skills (especially on the phone) and who have experience of working in a fast-paced and people-facing environment. The right candidates will provide quality phone calls and be willing to adapt and innovate. We’re looking for team players, who understand the importance of co-production and who are motivated by providing information to breast cancer patients. ABOUT THE ROLE
Data analysis plays a key part in supporting City Harvest growth and success. We are investing in our technology and data and are now in the process of consolidating several business applications onto the Dynamics 365 platform and standardising Power BI as a reporting tool.
We are recruiting for a Data & Impact Analyst to join the Finance and Data team. This is a new role to our charity which will act as an interface to other departments, to provide meaningful data and insights into the impactful work that we do.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a trained and technically skilled data analyst, experienced with Power BI as a reporting tool and familiar with Dynamics 365 as a CRM platform. This role requires confidence in working across different areas including data management and reporting, systems administration and maintenance. You will be able to effectively demonstrate and present your findings into meaningful data insights, actions and conclusions.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be rolled out in the first few months of 2025, and you will be involved in its roll-out and implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Database Maintenance and Development
• Database development, administration and maintenance, using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Support improving and developing data quality processes, carry out regular audits to identify and correct gaps and issues.
• Provide 1st level assistance and hands-on support to users and departments on how to access and use the system e.g. creating guidance documents/videos.
Database Analytics, Reporting and Impact
• Develop comprehensive impact reporting and KPI frameworks using Power BI and Excel, tracking the effectiveness of our charitable activity.
• Support Fundraising, Food, Community Impact and other departments by creating reports that provide meaningful insights from data, contributing to informed decision-making and strategy formulation. Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with actionable insights to drive improvements.
• Communicate effectively the results of the analysis and follow up on requests with teams and stakeholders from across different areas of the charity. Adapt communication to the different type of stakeholders.
Supporting launch and roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics, while using existing legacy systems
• Support the build, launch, and roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics across the organisation during the first half of 2025.
• Use the existing legacy database systems to perform financial analysis and produce reports to support other departments with their data needs.
IT, data management and security
• Working with the IT support provider to help with IT infrastructure and systems.
• Ensure all activities are compliant with legal and regulatory standards including GDPR and data protection procedures.

The Head of Finance will lead the finance team, ensuring robust financial management and sustainability to support our charitable objectives. With responsibility for a team of five you will lead and provide statutory, financial and management accounting, including all financial planning and analysis, for the Football Foundation (Foundation) and the Premier League Stadium Fund.
The role:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organisation’s visions e.g. treasury management, developing long term cashflow strategies to maximise returns to the organisation.
- Lead and work with the SMT, Management Group, PMO Lead, and Data & Insight team to create and maintain financial and cost models to support the development and finalisation of strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, focusing on the relationship between services, resources, and productivity.
- Work with the CFO in preparing and presenting the consolidated budget and plan to the SMT and ARG Committee.

Essential criteria:
- Professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualified financial and operational management experience.

- Knowledge of the legislative, tax and regulatory framework of companies, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.

An Outreach Caseworker is required to work on an initial 3 month contract for one of the largest charities in the UK. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days working from home per week. Highly collaborative, you are used to working with a range of internal and external colleagues to efficiently deliver projects and campaigns which maximise income.
You use insight and your strong analysis skills to test and optimise your campaigns and take learnings along the way. You are innovative and use creative thinking to see different ways to elevate your campaigns and look for new ways to raise income to support vulnerable children and young people.
You will have:
- Relevant fundraising & substantial direct marketing experience and can demonstrate has been applied to drive revenues in a complex organisation/charity.
- Specific experience of acquisition & loyalty funnel management to a public audience (mass).
- Experience of setting up and ongoing managing relationshipswith external suppliers.
- Extensive experience of project management, including delivering to timescales and budgets.
- Excellent IT skills particularly including using CRM system and excel.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as content management systems, email marketing systems, social media tools and web analytics would be an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, to prioritise work and meet deadlines with well-developed time management skills.
- An understanding of other channels (such as digital channels) and the wider marketing mixes impact on fundraising & marketing.

The London Programme Coordinator will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to seven partner schools, attending and coordinating weekly tutoring sessions, developing relationships with pupils, school staff and volunteer tutors and collecting data for monitoring and evaluation purposes. This role plays a crucial part in overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring sessions to ensure effective and impactful programme delivery.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage and effectively communicate with all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; leading weekly face to face and online tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.
- Responsible for overseeing the quality of both face to face and online tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including members of the Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers.
