We are looking for a Finance Manager with experience in contract negotiation to join our Senior Management Team (SMT) for two days a week. We have a track record in successful grant applications and are looking to generate income from the delivery of services.

About the role
Working at a strategic level, you will have overall responsibility for identifying and securing the income streams to support the activity of this newly formed organisation (merger of 3 local Citizens Advice offices), working the Chief Executive and other members of the management team. The Fundraising and Communications Executive is a new role and will play a pivotal part in advancing our communications and fundraising strategies. JOB PURPOSE
The Fundraising and Communications Executive will play a key role in implementing OTR’s fundraising and communications strategies. The role involves planning, creating, curating and managing high-quality digital content across our website, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Furthermore, you will support key areas of our fundraising strategy, including trust and grant applications, horizon scanning and ensuring excellent fundraising administration across all areas of activity.
This position is instrumental in supporting the Head of Fundraising in developing and strengthening OTR’s income streams and increasing awareness of OTR’s services through effective communications.
Specific role duties
Supporting the fundraising strategy
• Lead on OTR’s donor and community fundraiser stewardship through excellent communication and effective relationship management.
• Lead on the implementation of fundraising communications across channels.
• Responsible for small to medium size trust and grant applications, including horizon scanning
• Support the stewardship of small and medium-sized trusts and foundations including scoping, applications, reporting and funder management.

Social media

• Monitor social media platforms to ensure timely and appropriate responses to comments and messages.

Email marketing

Content creation

How Will you Make a Difference?
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to Amna’s CEO, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board of Trustees. This includes administrative help such as managing calendars, drafting communications and briefings, planning, and organising meetings, inbox support, travel, office administration and personal assistance. It also includes working on and managing special projects including research, data analysis, preparation for public speaking, writing and research.

The Role
As a Partnerships & Philanthropy Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of high-value supporters across corporate, philanthropic, and charitable trust income streams. You will support the cultivation and recruitment of supporters to the high-value giving club, while collaborating closely with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Team to develop and deliver impactful, multi-year partnerships that help to provide essential healthcare support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with a diverse portfolio of philanthropic and corporate supporters, creating bespoke solicitation and stewardship plans.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Team to cultivate and steward key relationships, including working with membership teams and arranging visits to funded projects.
• Oversee the cultivation and stewardship of Payroll Giving Partnerships, creating impactful communications and reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with philanthropy teams across member charities.
• Maintain up-to-date donor records on the fundraising database (Raiser’s Edge) and support reporting requirements.
• Ensure due diligence is completed and gift agreements are in place with the support of the Partnerships & Philanthropy Operations Team.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and reporting on portfolio progress.
• Work proactively within the wider fundraising team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Collaborate across the directorate to maximize supporter lifetime value and achieve fundraising goals.
You will be expected to uphold best practices in supporter engagement, ensuring all activities comply with charity law, GDPR, and industry standards, while contributing to the overall success of the team and the charity’s mission.

About the Role
As our Executive Assistant to the Global Director of Fundraising and the COO, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global leadership team. You will manage complex diaries, handle correspondence, assist with financial processes, coordinate travel, and arrange events and meetings, both at HQ and internationally. This is a multifaceted role where you’ll be ensuring seamless operations and effective communication, helping the Directors meet their strategic objectives.

About the role
