About You
You will have proven experience of corporate fundraising, successfully securing corporate income and maintaining excellent relationships with donors, as well as, experience in the corporate partnerships landscape having successfully secured funds from identification, to application and pitching stage. You will have a team focused outlook with the ability to positively contribute to the work of the wider fundraising team and the organisation as a whole to achieve goals.

About the role
This role supports the Global Talent and Learning team by delivering global talent development initiatives, maintaining learning management and performance management technologies, and creatively leading team branding, intranet, and social media communication campaigns. The position involves administrative support, the development of training materials, managing the global training calendar, and assisting with events and projects.
About you
The ideal candidate will have graduate qualifications or equivalent experience, strong personal presence and credibility, and the ability to improve business processes and systems. Proficiency in MS Office, understanding of databases and learning management systems, basic project management skills, excellent oral communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid working environment are also important. Knowledge of digital content design for social media, web, and other platforms is required.

We are seeking (two) Suicide Bereavement Liaisons to join our Grief in Pieces: Support for Suicide Loss team. The incumbents will be experienced mental health practitioners with the understanding, therapeutic skills, personal qualities and compassion for working effectively with those affected by suicide bereavement.
The suitable candidate(s) will work with individuals, groups and communities, offering practical and emotional 1-2-1 (therapeutic) support as well as group-based interventions.
The postholder will also support with facilitating events and workshops, as needed, across the boroughs of North-East London as well as in local school and community venues.
The postholder(s) will enjoy working independently but will also work well as part of a team, ideally with experience of inter-professional working across health, education and social care.
The individual(s) will have experience of or be willing to develop the necessary skills to work in a trauma-informed, compassion-focused and CBT-informed approach, offering a balance of bearing witness to the emotional devastation of traumatic loss and gently facilitating posttraumatic coping and growth.

About the Role:
You will be part of our administrative team providing support across a range of functions within the HS; managing Excel spreadsheets, inputting and raising invoices; managing calls to and from a range of people including those bereaved by homicide and generally supporting the Homicide Service to run smoothly. We know kinship carers are strong, capable and fiercely determined to ensure they get what they need to support their kinship family. And we want to support them to feel confident and empowered to do that. Kinship has been awarded funding to develop the first ever training programme for kinship carers. The programme will support all kinship carers across England in the caring role.
Are you or have you been a kinship carer? Could you use your skills and experience to co-deliver engaging training workshops for other kinship carers?
This role is core member of our Training team responsible for the delivery and facilitation of our in person and online workshops for kinship carers alongside colleagues some of whom have lived experience of kinship care. There will be a lot of delivery in person and online to reach kinship carers across England and individual and team targets to be met as part of this high-profile contract.
You’ll need to be a confident, experienced facilitator with exceptional communication skills. You’ll have a creative, energetic and determined approach to providing engaging and interactive experiences for participants and you’ll understand how people take on information and be able to differentiate your style to respond to a wide variety of needs.
On a practical level you’ll be confident and organised in your approach, be calm under pressure, and be equally comfortable facilitating sessions in person and online to large and small audiences. You’ll be confident using technology including Zoom and be familiar and at ease using a wide range of tools and techniques relevant to both online and in person learning.

The Royal Air Force Museum is a Carbon Literate organisation and as such promotes Carbon Literacy.
Purpose of the Assistant Designer role:
The Assistant Designer will support the Exhibitions and Interpretation department to develop and deliver graphic design across the Museum, working closely with the Designer. They will design both permanent and temporary exhibition graphics, as well as designing wayfinding signage for the Museum sites and supporting wider Museum departments with design requests, such as events marketing materials.

- Ensuring all projects are delivered within agreed budgets to defined deadlines to the highest quality standards of display and interpretation
- Testing new ideas and ways of engaging wider audiences with Museum stories and collections through innovative graphic design
What we are looking for in our Assistant Designer:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in graphic design
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and other 3D and 2D design software
- Displays enthusiasm around activities, adopting a positive approach when interacting with others, and motivating team members
- Uses experience and knowledge of standard practices, procedures or customs to evaluate problems and make appropriate decisions/provide appropriate advice

Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK), the UK’s leading dementia research charity, is seeking a mass fundraising specialist to head up its Individual Giving and Legacies Directorate.
ARUK has a vision of a world free from the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia. The charity is working to revolutionise the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia and exists for a cure. For the first time, new treatments are on the horizon that can slow the course of Alzheimer’s disease – the leading cause of dementia – and there have encouraging signs that blood tests could revolutionise its diagnosis. While these are promising steps forward, there is still a long way to transform the lives of people affected by all forms of dementia. That’s why the charity launched a new 10 year strategy in 2023 and a powerful new brand, to catalyse this progress and change lives.
This role will be the strategic lead for a directorate of approximately 40 people with a diverse portfolio covering direct marketing, legacy and in memoriam, data and CRM, and supporter care functions – teams that are responsible for generating around 50% of the charity’s fundraised income.
The Director will be responsible for developing and driving ARUK’s engagement and income growth ambitions, working alongside the Deputy Chief Executive & Executive Director of Fundraising and Marketing and fellow directors, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning. They will also work across the charity to maximise opportunities to engage new supporters, inspiring long-term relationships and ensuring that supporters are at the heart of everything ARUK does.
ARUK are looking for a fundraiser with extensive mass fundraising experience across direct marketing and legacies, and a track record in driving significant income growth by developing and executing acquisition and retention strategies. Candidates will also have a demonstrable aptitude and passion for data and CRM development, alongside experience of leading excellence in supporter care. - Managing and leading a portfolio of large multi-year Trusts and Foundation approaches working with senior colleagues including the Senior Leadership Team.
- Creating high-quality, compelling, accurate written proposals and reports with clear robust budgets.

Other travel may be required, including some international travel. The working week is Monday to Friday, 35 hours with occasional weekend and evening work will be required. What's the role about?
