The Triangle of Care UK Programme Lead has responsibility for managing the implementation of the Triangle of Care. This dynamic quality improvement framework, pioneered by carers within secondary mental health settings and now recognised within wider national policy, is based on six principles which health and care providers can use to include and support unpaid carers, staff and those receiving care.
This role is the key point of communication for Triangle of Care members, leading on delivery of the Triangle of Care peer review and accreditation process and working closely with the Director of UK Network & Innovation and Executive Director of Programmes & Impact to grow and diversify the programme, in line with Carers Trust 2022-25 Strategy.

This position plays a pivotal role in the development and delivery of our unique, beloved 1:1 sessions for children with additional needs. Every week during term time, children aged 5-11 attend our 90-minute KEEN London sports and games sessions, where they receive personalised support from our dedicated team of volunteer coaches. Our Brent site is the newest addition to the KEEN London community and you'll play a crucial role in its continual development. We have just completed our two year pilot and are looking for a candidate to build on this foundation. As the Brent Service Coordinator, you'll be solely responsible for the front line delivery of the Brent service: planning, safety, and creating a fun and inclusive environment for all. This will involve working closely with our athletes and their families, supervising our team of volunteer coaches and engaging with the local community. The Arboretum is the UK’s year-round centre of Remembrance and part of the Royal British Legion. The Role
This exciting new role will be part of a multidisciplinary team that brings together a range of knowledge and skills to support adult survivors of sexual violence with trauma related mental health needs.
Summary of Position:
This role will be required to develop and deliver sexual violence practitioner training and support the delivery of groups for survivors of sexual violence with trauma related mental health needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- To research, develop and deliver a programme of sexual violence practitioner training for delivery in single and multiagency settings through a range of blended learning formats.
- To support the development and delivery of a programme of psychosocial education groups for survivors of sexual violence.
- To support the team is completing assessments for clients accessing the service.
- Collaborate with a range of multiagency partners to ensure the most appropriate pathway of support for the individual survivor.
- Advocate on behalf of survivors of sexual violence to ensure they can have access to a range of services based on need.
- Ensure all risk and safeguarding processes and procedures are followed.
- To promote awareness of training and group offerings for survivors with a range of multiagency partners
- To undertake evaluation and outcome meetings and data reporting to ensure continuous development of training products delivered.
- To manage booking process and associated administration for training delivery
- Represent and promote WMRSASC in meetings and events
This role is based in Worcester. The role holder will be expected to travel across West Mercia as and when there is a need.
Hybrid and flexible working is available and encouraged as part of the Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours/negotiable
Salary: £29,439 - £32,020 per annum pro rata

About the role:
The purpose of the role is to provide key administrative support to the Business Development Team. This administrative support will help the team to plan for opportunities, assess opportunities, and communicate about business development activity internally. The role will also provide some support in relation to tender production and proposal development.
To succeed in this role you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised, and be able to gather and interpret information from various sources. You will have a proactive, diligent approach and will be able to work flexibly in response to business need.
Alongside your fulfilment of the role, you will work towards a Bid & Proposal Coordinator Apprenticeship Level 3. This is a 15 month apprenticeship that will support you to understand how to work across various business teams to bring together compelling, customer focused proposals and tender submissions to win business. It will help the successful candidate to understand the context of bidding, the bid and proposal process, proposal development, knowledge management, and roles and responsibilities within a bid team.
The starting salary is £20,000. This will rise to £22,308 after completing 12 months of the apprenticeship programme following a further rise to £25,500 after full completion of the apprenticeship qualification (all subject to satisfactory performance)
