You’ll be joining Brigstowe at an exciting time as we aim to build on the fundraising growth and development from recent years. Can you help us to deliver compelling communications while moving our income generation to the next level?
Your role
You’ll be securing financial support for Brigstowe from individuals while simultaneously raising its profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing efforts. This work includes:
1. Building relationships with community groups and corporate organisations, managing individual giving through the ‘Friends of Brigstowe’ programme, organising fundraising events and providing supporter care.
2. Developing and implementing marketing/comms strategies to promote Brigstowe’s work, producing branded materials (newsletters, reports, blogs, videos), overseeing our website and social media presence, and handling media relations.

You’ll have a proven track record in community fundraising, with a good understanding of stewardship that converts supporters into champions.
Creative and proactive, your previous marketing and PR expertise will bring compelling stories to life across various platforms, enabling us to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders. You’ll be resilient, self-motivated, and be meticulous with a strong eye for detail and fantastic planning skills.

About the Role:
As the Educational Partnerships Manager, you will play a vital role in connecting with schools, colleges, and youth clubs across North East London, with a particular focus on those based in the most disadvantaged communities. About This Role
Over the next three years, Smart Works Leeds want to expand and embed the service we offer within the Bradford district. Reaching unemployed women in Bradford is integral to our mission of increasing the number of women we support in 2025 and beyond.
Thanks to a successful grant application from Yorkshire Building Society Foundation, we now have the funding to expand the team and enhance our strategy. We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join us and support this exciting growth.
The Client Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring our clients have the very best experience when accessing the services Smart Works have available. Working closely with our service delivery and outreach teams, you will be responsible for talking clients through the service; scheduling appointments; answering queries; and providing check-in calls.This person will attend events with an Outreach Lead to convert client referrals into appointments swiftly.
Along with the communication with clients, the Client Services Coordinator will also liaise with our volunteer team, providing them with the necessary information about each client to ensure that their appointment is tailored to their needs, and they feel comfortable at each stage of their journey with Smart Works.

Interagency work
· Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.
· Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
· Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.

Case management

· Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide an assertive, medium to long term service, based on thorough assessment and individual support planning that adopts the principles of both ‘Support (change) or/and Disrupt (continued offending) concept.
· Contribute to regular service reviews which include monitoring data, evaluations, intake and output policy, and practice and work load reviews for the whole service.
· Attend monthly case management meeting with the Service Manager .
· Attend clinical supervision.
· Take appropriate steps to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person.
Recording and administration
· Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete, and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.
· To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management.
· Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.
· Comply with the data protection and information sharing protocols that Drive has agreed to.
Direct work with service users
· Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project

Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Comms, the post-holder will be responsible for fundraising from individuals across the East Midlands to increase annual income and awareness of Nottingham Hospitals Charity. Working with a diverse range of prospects and donors, the post-holder will raise funds from individuals at all giving levels as well as cultivating and growing our legacy market. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve or exceed agreed income and productivity targets through successful development and management of IG fundraising
- Cultivate and grow income through engaging a portfolio of individual donors (from regular givers to higher value donors), legacy prospects and in-memory donors
- Develop and implement a creative and innovative IG fundraising action plan to grow income, generate new leads and manage ongoing relationships
- Work with the Head of Marketing to build and execute a plan to grow awareness and acquisition of regular and legacy sign-ups for all IG income streams
