A bit about the role
As Corporate Partnership Executive, you will help unlock the full potential of corporate partnerships at Action for Children. You'll support the team to deliver a diverse portfolio of multi-faceted corporate partnerships, delivering engaging fundraising and engagement activities and building strong relationships with supporters and stakeholders to maximise fundraising and support for the charity. This is a varied and exciting role with the opportunity to have an enormous impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families across the UK.
How you'll help to create brighter futures
- Develop and deliver fundraising activities for corporate partners, creating compelling resources to drive engagement and inspire support.
- Achieve ambitious partnership fundraising targets and manage income and expenditure budgets.
- Create engaging written and verbal communications, ensuring they're consistent with our brand and tone of voice.
- Provide effective administrative support across our partnerships portfolio.
- Coordinate volunteering and engagement opportunities for corporate partners, liaising with colleagues across Action for Children teams and services.
- Utilise fundraising platforms such as JustGiving and Benevity, ensuring they are used as effectively as possible.
- Organise and attend regular meetings and site visits with key contacts and supporters.

- Entry level experience of working in a charity or commercial setting.
- Experience in corporate fundraising, partnership management or account management is desirable.
- Experience of developing positive working relationships with stakeholders (ideally supporters and volunteers).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to individuals and audiences.
- Experience of working collaboratively within an organisation.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Numeracy skills with the ability to understand financial processes.

Role Overview:

Provide infrastructure support to local voluntary and community sector (VCS) groups and social enterprises.

Engage in one-on-one and outreach meetings to better support community needs.

Develop and manage VCSE networks focusing on key themes like Children, Families, and Young People, Health and Wellbeing, Digital Isolation, and Safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed work plans for the development and funding advice service.

Assist VCS organisations with monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating their impact.

Provide guidance on funding streams, review proposals, and offer feedback.

Advise on legal structures, policies, and charity registration processes.

About the role:
As a Team Leader you will lead a team of Independent Victim Advisors ( caseworkers) providing support to victims across the county. You will hold a small caseload but your main focus will be on the performance management of direct line reports including the allocation/ auditing of cases and the collation of service performance reports, measuring KPIs and quality compliance. Purpose of The role
Habitat GB is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Advocacy to lead our efforts in advocating for policy change within the UK government (in particular targeting the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) to prioritise housing in international development. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in supporting Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy agenda which aims to promote equitable access to adequate housing worldwide, focusing on informal settlements in the Global South. The Head of Advocacy will be instrumental in building Habitat GB's profile and influence, establishing strong relationships and coalitions with stakeholders in the UK, identifying lobbying opportunities, providing strategic political insight, and ensuring systematic monitoring and analysis of the international development political landscape. By collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive meaningful change and contribute to addressing housing challenges on a global scale.
· Develop Advocacy Strategy: Lead the development of a comprehensive advocacy strategy aligned with Habitat GB's mission and the "Home Equals" campaign objectives, engaging key people in Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy team. This strategy should focus on advocating for policy change within the UK government to prioritize housing in international development.
· Delivery of Advocacy Strategy: Deliver activities to implement the advocacy strategy, working closely with Habitat GB’s senior leadership team and Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy team. Activities may include stakeholder engagement and coalition building, policy research and positioning, profile building, lobbying and political insight, and advocacy campaign, initiatives and events.
· Evaluation, Reporting and Learning: Establish mechanisms for systematic monitoring, analysis, and dissemination of political intelligence related to housing and international development issues in alignment with Habitat for Humanity International’s global metric tracking on advocacy impacts. Prepare regular reports on advocacy outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future action.
· Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy team especially on G7 related advocacy and implementation of the Home Equals campaign, other affiliates, and external partners to align advocacy efforts, share best practices, and coordinate actions for maximum effectiveness.
· Leadership and Management: Manage, motivate and mentor UK Housing Advocacy Manager, with regular 1-2-1s, setting individual objectives, giving and receiving feedback, progressing people and plans. Role model our values in line with Habitat GB’s inclusive approach to people and culture.

Person Specification
· Bachelor's degree in international relations, public policy, political science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Experience in advocacy, policy analysis, or government relations in the UK, with a focus on international development, housing, or related issues.

· Proven track record of successfully influencing policy change and mobilizing support for advocacy campaigns.

This role supports the service across Bedfordshire. As a Team Leader for the Specialist Services team you will:

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to refugees in the UK.
We are delivering employment support in the South West of England as part of the Refugee Employability Programme (REP). Support, which will follow our STEP model, is offered to refugees to develop their skills and identify the opportunities they need to secure sustainable employment. We now have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Advisor to join the team providing support to clients across the South West of England.
The Role
You will provide employment support to refugee clients enrolled in the Refugee Employability Programme (REP) and help them to achieve their employability goals. You will be the main point of contact for clients enrolled in the project, delivering one on one support across a variety of employability activities including updating CVs, writing cover letters, searching for jobs, applying for jobs, finding volunteering, work experience and training opportunities and preparing for interviews.
You will work to a variety of performance targets based on the progression outcomes of clients such as voluntary and work placements and achieving and sustaining paid employment.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience in successfully supporting refugees into sustainable employment
- Understanding of the issues and challenges faced by unemployed people to finding work, including those who first language is not English
- Experience of providing advice and guidance and supervising a caseload of clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability to work remotely with confidence
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with clients with varying levels of English
- Knowledge of using salesforce or other similar CRM system desirable

Coeliac UK currently has an exciting opportunity for a Food Policy Officer, to join our team in High Wycombe, with the possibility to regularly work from home by prior agreement with your line manager. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £31,902 to £35,447 based on experience.
Coeliac UK represents over 60,000 members providing information and support to those affected by coeliac disease or following a gluten free diet. We also campaign on behalf of all those living with coeliac disease and undertake research into the causes of the disease.
The Food Policy Officer role:
As our Food Policy Officer, you will support the charity’s activities in relation to food policy and information with a focus on maintaining Coeliac UK’s food standards and food information
Key responsibilities of the Food Policy Officer:
- Monitoring Coeliac UK’s gluten free catering accreditation scheme including reviewing audit reports, feedback and corrective actions. To ensure menus and documentation are in line with Coeliac UK guidance.
- Working alongside the commercial team to assist caterers in their preparation for Coeliac UK’s gluten free accreditation scheme
- Attending meetings with caterers and manufacturers working with Coeliac UK.
- Managing the creation of quarterly reports for the gluten-free catering accreditation scheme
- Working with the Head of Food Policy in the development and review of food policy to draft policy positions and to contribute to the necessary intelligence gathering, horizon scanning and consultations to represent the charity.
- Being able to critically analyse the evidence and ensure that information on food and the gluten free diet is up-to-date.
- Providing administration for Coeliac UK’s Food Standards Committee.
- Contributing to the evidence base relating to food policy, standards, legislation and technology.
- Contributing to food research in order to develop the evidence base in the area of
food and the gluten free diet, to inform charity policy and meet the charity’s
business and strategic aims. - Contributing to articles for Coeliac UK publications and consumer/trade press, as
required. - Representing and promoting the work of the charity amongst stakeholders from the
food sector. - Representing the charity by speaking at food events.
Essential experience, skills and knowledge required for the Food Policy Officer role:

The fundraising team generates more than £10m every year, around half of which comes through gifts left to the charity as legacies. This is delivered by a strong employed fundraising team, supported by a number of wonderful volunteers.
Your new role
We need a dynamic, innovative and driven lottery administrator curious about data, and passionate about using data to solve problems. You will have an excellent knowledge of relational databases and be experienced in importing, selecting, analysing and validating large data sets.
Responsible for all administration of the St Christopher’s monthly lottery, you will help grow our lottery donors with accurate and efficient data entry and timely report production. Working with the Individual Giving Manager you will ensure full compliance with all Gambling Commission and other regulatory regulations.

You will be a member of the Individual Giving team focusing on lottery, direct mail, committed giving and in memory donations. You’ll work closely with the wider fundraising, communications and retail teams to ensure supporter engagement is first class at all levels

- To help us grow our lottery income from £.5m to £1m, using multiple channels: face to face, telemarketing, direct mail, email and paid social.
