Since 2004 the MS Therapy Centre (NW) (MSTC) has been supporting those with Multiple Sclerosis to lead more positive, enriched lives by providing complimentary therapies, Oxygen treatment, support and wellbeing services. It remains MS centric but also extends its reach to those with other neurological conditions, cancers and other specific conditions.
This is an exciting time to join our charity as we develop our new Centre based in Eccles alongside working on a strategy of cautious and sustained growth. We are looking for a dynamic and enterprising fundraiser to develop our work with trusts and foundations. They must be as passionate as we are about helping our members attain all that they can and wish to achieve.
You will need to be a team player with excellent communication and people skills. We require someone to be pro-active, resilient and good-humoured with excellent organisational and time management ability. Whilst working remotely you must be able to commute to the Centre on a regular basis. If you have a suitable background from working or volunteering in this area of fundraising then this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

The RSPB’s successful and dynamic Philanthropy Team are looking for an experienced Philanthropy Manager who will be responsible for building relationships with mid-level donors and increasing the number and value of their donations. This role requires an enthusiastic and hardworking team player who will have a strong focus on developing donor relationships, maximizing their contributions while offering an engaging stewardship journey.
This role will lead on generating gifts from mid-level donors - those giving between £500 - £5,000. The position is tasked with increasing the number and value of these donations via a strategic mid-level donor stewardship programme that will inspire and engage both new and existing contacts.
Key Result Areas:
- Income – deliver innovative methods to manage and develop relationships with donors giving at the mid-level.
- Effective relationship building - through personalised and bespoke communications, requests, thanking, events and personal contact.
- Events - lead on and deliver an impactful and memorable events programme for the Philanthropy Team. Most events are likely to be Reserve based, often featuring work that has either been supported or will be featured in an appeal.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

Programme Manager Role
The Programme Manager will be responsible for growing the First Give network in the Midlands. Growth across the Midlands plays a part in our recently launched strategy, and the Programme Manager will use their understanding of the education sector to build relationships with key stakeholders and grow our number of partner schools.
Contract: Full time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week (typically 9am-5.30pm, but with occasional early starts and late finishes dependent on events and school visits)
Salary: £33,000 p.a.
Location: Working from home in the Midlands, with regular travel to schools across region. Occasional travel to First Give’s London office in West Hampstead and other locations in England and Wales for team meetings will also be required.

Person Specification
Essential:
· Passionate about young people and their potential to drive social change
· Experience developing strong relationships across a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
· Experience managing and supporting a large caseload of “client” relationships
· Strong understanding of the education sector, schools and the realities of teaching
· Superb organisation and prioritisation skills
· Confident, experienced and engaging public speaker, presenter and facilitator
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Excellent attention to detail and high standards
· Proactive, independent worker able to work well alone and as part of a team
· Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a scaling organisation
· Full, clean driving licence

An opportunity has arisen to join the Business Development team at AoC as the Senior Business Development Manager. This role has become available at an exciting time, as the team develop and execute plans for income generation across the organisation, in line with AoC’s strategic plan. The Business Development team contribute to the delivery of AoC’s strategic objectives and support our members to deliver excellent outcomes for students.
In this role, you will manage the delivery of business development across AoC, and would be responsible for delivering a coherent approach to income generation for funded projects, sponsorship, and commercial partnerships across a range of functions.
To be successful in this role you must have experience of managing key partners and stakeholders and leveraging these relationships to maximise funding opportunities. Candidates must have demonstratable experience of sourcing and securing funded project work, managing the complete tender process, from various funding bodies and charitable trusts. You should also value diversity at work, be prepared to work flexibly, manage multiple priorities and take responsibility for completing the job at hand to a high standard. About the role:
We’re looking for a thoughtful and proactive individual to join our small but passionate team to help support our vision of a world where no animal suffers for science. You could help us move forward by supporting our individual giving fundraising activities including managing our new London Marathon places for 2026-2029.
This role will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications, Digital Engagement Manager, and wider Team to support on fundraising activities in particular our regular giving programme, Facebook fundraising and our new London Marathon bond places.
The role will work to embed regular giving, challenge, and community fundraising, as well as communicate with our donors via our twice-yearly mailing. You’ll also be establishing our challenge fundraising starting with the recruitment and support of London Marathon runners. There’s an opportunity to support on Corporate, Trust, Legacy, and Major Giving fundraising if of interest to the successful candidate and their development goals.
We currently have a modest base of current donors who collectively donate around £15,000 annually across several channels including online, social media, and cheques. We were also successful in the recent London Marathon bond application and have guaranteed places for the coming 4 years.
We’re a small, dynamic team and all staff members are required to take on some core administrative tasks needed to keep our flat structure organisation running.
