The Office Manager role is crucial to our very busy and friendly office of 14 people and is incredibly varied and interesting. ROLE OVERVIEW
The Fundraising Coordinator (Individual Giving) will be responsible for stewarding our supporters and donors, helping coordinate the Fundraising department activities and associated administrative duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Individual Giving Manager, Fundraiser (Individual Giving) and wider fundraising team to administer our donor support communication.
- Administering the individual giving fundraising programme with support from the wider team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key RABI stakeholders, partners and associated organisation as agreed by your line manager.
- Plan, execute and assistant in delivering national and large-scale fundraising activities.
- Thank all donors in a timely manner via e-mail and letters and keep accurate records.

About the role:
This role is based at our Gloucester office. This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. As a caseworker, you will:
- Effectively manage a caseload of self-referrals or referred service users, delivering excellent services which support the commissioners and their service goals to victims.

The Role
The Speech and Language Therapist at the Education Hub will provide specialist assessment, intervention and support for children and young people affected by the Grenfell Tragedy. The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments using evidence-based tools, including formal standardised assessments, observational analysis and dynamic assessment approaches to evaluate speech, language and communication needs.
You will:
• To work on a 1:1 and group basis with children and young people and provide a high level of expertise to develop students’ speech, language and communication skills.

About the organisation:
The Grenfell 'Education Hub' will open later this year to serve those most affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy. The hub will provide educational support to children and young people, their families, and local schools.
A consultation process in 2023 and 2024 about the needs of the community and the bereaved and survivors led to proposals for an educational ‘hub’. This will comprise a wide range of professionals including four specialist teachers, an Educational Psychologist, a Speech and Language Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Careers Coordinator, and a Family Support Worker. Their time will be divided between direct work with children and families in the ‘Hub’, and support for local schools. The activity of the hub aims to;

Our Nightlight Service (Cafés, Helpline, 24/7 Crisis House and Daylight provision) is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways.
We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our helpline, crisis centres, crisis cafes and a weekend Crisis House. We aim to provide a safe space for people in crisis to talk and feel supported, be listened to without judgement, access relevant support with problem solving and facilitate access to external services when necessary. As a member of our team you will work closely with service users in crisis by using a person-centred approach as to ensure that each individual is supported with dignity and respect. By honouring the individual experience of each service user, we are able to respect their autonomy as well as encourage and facilitate positive steps towards management of crisis and recovery.
The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s (HMN) Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Services are:

• Carry out assessments to identify young people’s strengths, needs, and aspirations, creating tailored support plans.
• Provide practical support around housing, budgeting, life skills, and maintaining a tenancy.
• Work in a trauma-informed way, understanding the impact of adverse childhood experiences.
• Help young people access education, employment, and training, supporting their career aspirations.
• Support young people’s well-being, signposting to mental health, drug and alcohol, and counselling services where needed.
• Advocate for young people, ensuring they receive the right support from statutory services and local agencies.
• Develop relationships with housing providers and social care teams to ensure young people have access to safe, suitable accommodation.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of young people.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Can work independently while knowing when to seek support and guidance.
• Understands risk management, safeguarding, and data security.
• Is committed to equality and diversity, treating all young people fairly and with respect.
• Has strong IT skills, including experience with data capture and reporting systems.
• Has experience supporting young people with benefits, independent living skills, and tenancy maintenance.
• Understands the challenges young people face, such as mental health issues, substance misuse, domestic abuse, and offending behaviour.
• Works well in a multi-agency environment, collaborating with social care teams and other professionals.
• Is passionate about empowering young people, helping them build independence and a brighter future.
