ISEAL is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised individual to support the ISEAL Innovations Fund. The role will provide thoughtful administrative, logistics, and communications support, and will offer valuable exposure to ISEAL members’ work and ISEAL’s approach to catalysing global efforts to advance on critical social and economic sustainability issues.
The Coordinator will have a key role in the administration of grants provided through ISEAL´s Innovations Fund, supporting the grant making processes and the review of grantee project progress and learning. The Innovations Fund is ISEAL’s grant-making facility for collaborative projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sustainability systems.
To be considered for this role, you will be highly organised with great attention to detail and a committed approach to serving customers or stakeholders. With an ability to work efficiently and independently and the initiative to take things forward within an agreed scope, you are comfortable in your communications and interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders. You enjoy working on multiple tasks and activities at the same time, using or developing systems to prioritise tasks. You will have gained a good level of experience already in roles focused on project administration and communication with customers or stakeholders, ideally in a non-governmental or membership organisation.

The key responsibilities we entrust you with
Innovation Fund administration
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations of the Innovations Fund
- Implement project processes, including preparing and finalising contracts, coordinating payments, and maintaining project-related systems (e.g., tracking deliverables, activities, and invoices and expenditures)
- Coordinate project and grantee meeting logistics and agenda preparation; take notes and track and implement follow up actions
- Monitor grantee compliance with reporting requirements and communication guidelines, reporting issues and coordinating appropriate follow up action
- Support organisation and delivery of community events
Learning and Communication activities
- Carry out analysis of grant project data and progress
- Contribute to monitoring and learning activities, and keep records on appropriate systems
- Support production of communication products (e.g. project summaries, case-studies)
- Collect information on grant projects from existing project materials, and support with the implementation of specific activities to extract project learnings and insights in collaboration with other Fund staff
- Collect/extract data, statistics from Innovation Fund grants and unsuccessful applications to support in identification of key lessons and trends
- Upload and keep up to date grant, contact and event participant records on Mondaycom, Salesforce, and other relevant systems
- Support the analysis of these and other databases, preparing data summaries, graphs and diagrams with Excel and other tools, and drafting presentations for internal learning and reporting
Experience, Knowledge and Attributes
- Experience working in a support/administrative role, ideally in an international NGO, professional or membership organisation, or research/knowledge organisation
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, and experience with project administration, meeting/event organisation, logistics, etc.
- Skills and interest in information systems, data tracking and/or monitoring and evaluation, with some experience supporting on contact management and information/data tracking and analysis
- Understanding of what standards systems are and how they help deliver change on sustainability issues
- Confidence in communications with colleagues, customers and external partners, displaying professionalism & right level of tact and awareness of others

About the role
The Communication and Marketing Officer is key to delivering a range of marketing communications for Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter, ensuring our website, stories, print and digital content is clear, up-to-date and on-brand.
With a proven track record in strong copywriting, the person in this role creates and develops content (written, video and graphic) in-line with annual plans, bringing to life our charities’ impact, stories and support. This will include writing, evolving and maintaining interesting copy on our webpages and developing the storytelling in our digital content, long form and social copy to drive engagement.
Working collaboratively with teams across the organisation, the post holder is able to deliver on content goals and repurpose content to create a stream of engaging outputs for a breadth of audiences (e.g. donors and those seeking our support).
Through impactful copywriting and storytelling, they bring to life our brands and amplify the wider communications of the organisation.
About you
You will have excellent copy writing skills, understanding how to use language to connect with an audience. You will have a natural curiosity for human interest stories with some interviewing experience. A keen eye for detail is very important but the ideal candidate will also have a willingness to ask questions and continuously learn.
Soft skills are key to this role so being personable, emotionally intelligent and able to conduct discussions around sensitive issues with compassion and discretion are vital.

The role:
We believe Street Child has a huge opportunity to achieve even more growth in the Corporate Partnerships sector by diversifying our coverage and relationships into new industries and growth markets. The New Business Manager role will play a key role in leading our New Business activity outside of our existing portfolio. Reporting to our recently appointed Senior Manager for Partnership and New Business, your role will involve:
1. Core New Business activity: Researching and development of prospect lists for priority industries to implement New Business campaigns capable of securing multi-year high value partnerships. 2. Union Chapel has been running an important project to assist asylum seekers resident in Islington contingency hotels.
With funding made available by Islington Council, we provide wraparound support in the form of orientation workshops; health and wellbeing; information relating to the asylum process; ESOL classes; social activities and befriending.
Union Chapel is a church with a strong commitment to social, economic, racial and climate justice. Associate Director Commercial
Salary: £70 - £80k
Role Type: Fixed term contract 12 months minimum (part or full-time, flexible working)
Location: London/Hybrid (attending monthly sessions in London, client meetings nationwide)
Role purpose
We are looking for a Commercial Senior Manager / Associate Director to drive the next phase of the No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS). The NILS pilot has already lent over £10 million to more than 13,000 financially vulnerable people, demonstrating the positive impact of affordable credit. This is a unique opportunity to lead a multi-million-pound programme through its final stages and oversee its strategic scaling for long-term sustainability.
The scheme is currently funded by HM Treasury, JP Morgan, and Fair4All Finance. We are looking for an experienced senior lead with a background in both commercial delivery and business case development, fluent in working with the public sector, mainstream finance, and civil society to oversee the final stages of the pilot delivery and to take charge of scaling up NILS.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) Programme: Oversee the final delivery phase of the NILS pilot, with the Programme Delivery Manager
· Develop the Business Case: Build the long-term commercial model and business case for NILS, identifying sustainable funding solutions and influencing senior stakeholders
· Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key partners
· Scaling and Expansion: Work with financial services providers to expand NILS beyond the pilot
· Product Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to adapt and improve the NILS product
· Dissemination and Reporting: Share lessons learned from the pilot
· People Management: Lead the Programme Delivery Manager, providing strategic oversight
Beyond NILS
You will also work across other propositions to improve financial resilience for over 20 million people in the UK. This will include testing new products and services designed to meet the needs of financially vulnerable individuals.
About you
You will have a strong background in financial services, commercial delivery, and business case development, with proven experience leading large, multi-stakeholder programmes.
Essential Experience and Skills
· Extensive experience in stakeholder management
· Strong background in financial services, particularly consumer-facing products and their commercial delivery
· Expertise in business case development and commercial modelling for social impact initiatives
· Fluency in contractual management and supplier management
· Experience collaborating with investment professionals and structuring financial services that require lending capital
· People management experience
Desirable Experience
· Experience working with the public sector or civil service and an understanding of state aid / subsidy and procurement considerations
· Familiarity with economic and social impact cases for public interventions
