This is an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join The Prince’s Trust supporting three members of the Executive Leadership Team – Director of Fundraising & Marketing, Director of Communications and Director of People & Learning.
This is a busy, varied and important role working closely with the Directors to make sure their diaries support their strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include:
- complex diary management including all travel arrangements
- providing secretariat meeting support
- preparation of presentations & briefing papers ensuring Directors are well prepared
You will need to have the ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and sensitivity, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
The role will be ideal for a highly organised, flexible, experienced Executive Assistant used to working on their own initiative and comfortable with multi-tasking. We have a hybrid way of working, and you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week. The role is part of an Executive Assistant team reporting into the Head of the Chief Executive’s Office.

This is an exciting time to join the Charity as it embarks on a new chapter of our strategic objectives in grant giving. We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The Office Manager will be responsible for providing receptionist duties and be the Charity’s first point of contact by telephone and for in person visitors, they will respond to enquiries received by post, telephone, or email, provide office and facilities management support to the Charity staff team, and provide executive assistance and diary management to the Chief Executive. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
We want to hear from you if you’re a proactive problem-solver with a knack for keeping things organized and a flair for fostering a positive atmosphere. We are looking for an individual with experience of office management and administration including diary management; excellent organizational skills with experience of managing immediate and long-term deadlines, processing invoices, computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook), able to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative and work calmly under time pressure managing day-today operation.

Job Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the continuous development and delivery of a specialist service working in partnership with Central Northwest London NHS Foundation Trust, providing enhanced support to women with mental and physical health needs preparing to leave prison and resettle back in to the community. This project takes a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to support and works together with partner agencies to provide a bridge from prison to the community.
This post provides operational management of this project across the three women’s prisons in Surrey – HMP Bronzefield, HMP Send and HMP Downview and a community service delivery area of London and the South-East of England, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are maintained and contract KPI’s are delivered.

Our small, ambitious team works in a collaborative and supportive way. A big focus of the role is prioritisation and planning, so you’ll support the Director of Programmes, Head of Impact & Effectiveness and wider team to prioritise, forward plan, manage diaries and prepare for meetings. This is a great role for someone wanting to develop their administrative experience and exposure to board and executive level working. You will have responsibility for supporting a Trustee level grant making committee. You’ll get exposure to the strategic overview of the Charity and insight into managing teams, grant-making and charity operations. You’ll quickly see the impact you can make within the team to improve our effectiveness and ways of working; and what we’re working to achieve as a charity.
Maudsley Charity works primarily with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London, as well as a range of voluntary and community organisations to fund ideas, big and small, that drive service improvement and support people who experience mental illness.
