If so, we’d love you to join our team as a Community Fundraiser in Northern Ireland (NI). In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and supporting fundraising activities, working closely with supporters, volunteers, local trust and local businesses to maximise income through active community engagement.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, supporting individuals, businesses and groups to reach their fundraising goals, and ensuring they receive excellent stewardship throughout. Collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to regional fundraising strategies and innovative fundraising to grow support within your region to meet ambitious income targets.
We are looking for a confident and proactive person with experience in fundraising or sales, who enjoys working with people and is skilled at building strong, lasting relationships. You will have experience in fundraising or a similar income-generating role, along with the ability to identify opportunities, engage with supporters, and manage multiple fundraising pipelines effectively.

Job overview
The Digital and Content Manager is responsible for the development and execution of BeyondAutism’s digital strategy, ensuring all online content and campaigns support the organisation’s strategic goals. The role owns and manages all digital platforms, including the website, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring content is engaging, optimised, and aligned with BeyondAutism’s brand identity. About the role
Channel ownership and development
- Develop and execute a digital and content strategy that aligns with BeyondAutism’s overall marketing objectives.
- Actively manage and grow the website, social channels (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and email database, ensuring all content and contact lists are up to date.

Reporting and analytics
- Establish KPIs for each digital channel in agreement with the Head of Marketing & Communications.

- Provide monthly performance reports, assessing the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
Marketing and outreach campaigns
- In consultation with ORMM, lead on digital marketing campaigns to drive leads, registrations, and awareness.

About the Investment team
The investment team is responsible for selecting portfolio partners, managing our investments in these partners and supporting them to improve and scale their impact.
The investment team also leads the Impetus Leadership Academy, a leadership development programme to support talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles.
The team is made up of 18 people, including former teachers, charity chief executives, charity impact leads, management consultants, social investment portfolio managers and impact consultants.
The team is led by a Portfolio Director who sits on the Senior Management Team. The Portfolio Director has 5 direct reports: a Deputy Portfolio Director, three Sector Leads (who lead our work in School engagement, School attainment and Employment Sectors) and an Impact Lead. Sector Leads line manage 6 Investment Directors. Investment Directors line manage Investment Managers (currently 5). Investment Directors and Investment Managers tend to primarily focus on a sector but might have mixed portfolios, depending on need, experience and interest.
The investment team has a good track record of role progression. All four Sector Leads and a number of our Investment Directors were promoted from within the team.

About the Investment Manager role
The Investment Manager (IM) works as an integral part of the Investment Team to help deliver our mission – supporting portfolio partners to deepen their impact and scale their outcomes. This role works closely with Investment Directors and other Investment Managers, including both charity-facing support and internal support to the investment team.
The IM uses analytical rigour, project management and relationship skills to support a portfolio of amazing organisations that, together, will help shift the life chances and outcomes of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in the UK.
The IM role works across the portfolio, with the opportunity to work with various charities and Investment Directors, and may be involved in delivering the Impetus Leadership Academy.
Key responsibilities
Investment Management
- Working closely with Investment Directors to support portfolio partners across all areas of our work - leadership, impact and sustainability - leading specific work streams like impact and/or financial management.
- Building trust-based relationships with charity leaders including CEOs, delivery staff and Programme / Impact leads, to become a valued advisor on practice improvement.
- Working closely with staff at our partners charities, providing guidance, thought partnership and capacity building.
- Working with Impact teams at charity partners to develop and refine impact management practices; data collection, dashboard development, performance review meetings, programme design and evaluation.
- Coaching charities' heads of functions (e.g. Director of Impact) to develop as leaders and help drive an impact-led approach within their organisations
- Curating pro- bono projects leveraging our large network of corporate volunteers to provide targeted support in key areas for our charity partners (e.g. strategy, marketing advice, financial analysis).
- Supporting Investment Directors with design and delivery of theory of change workshops, analysing charity impact data, developing and analysing pre-workshop surveys, facilitating workshops.
- Supporting Impetus’ quarterly peer learning forums for our charity partners, in particular the Impact Forum.
- Supporting the governance of our investments, preparing reports for Investment and Steering Committees.
Investment team support
- Supporting/leading the annual cycle of identifying new investments - mapping the landscape of charities in thematic areas (e.g. Apprenticeships and Skills), identifying high potential charities though analysis of key impact and financial data and reviewing the current evidence base.
- Playing a key role in due diligence of new charities, reviewing charity information (quantitative and qualitative) and drawing insights about their suitability for investment; This includes considering impact and scale potential, financial stability and developing a business case for investment including identifying risks. Requires strong relationship management with potential charity partners.
- Developing knowledge and expertise in Education and Youth Employment, staying up to date on relevant sector developments.
- Working closely with the Public Affairs team and ensuring teams are integrated in their thinking and approach – both ensuring we are coordinated in our support to the sector and working on cross-team projects that support the wider Employment and Education sectors.
Support to the Impetus organisation
- Working collaboratively on Impetus’ public affairs and philanthropy objectives through input into case studies, research and policy campaigns, donor reports and events.

The role will develop and coordinate national communications programmes and campaigns and will lead on press and media work for EUK. This role will also take lead responsibility for internal communication at EUK and across the federation in the UK, linking to Emmaus Internationally.

THE ROLE
The Fundraising Manager (Partnerships) role is a fantastic opportunity to lead on developing partnerships with The Girls’ Network's corporate and public sector supporters. The programme is well established with £170,000 worth of partners already on board. There is an opportunity to put your own stamp on the work, developing new collateral and ideas for excellent partnerships. The role is within our Fundraising & Communications team of four staff and works in collaboration with regional Senior Network Managers. There is an opportunity for the post holder to collaborate with the Fundraising Manager (Trusts and Foundations) on the development of grant applications.
Key roles and responsibilities
Income generation
- Primary focus of the role is to manage a portfolio of £170,000 worth of corporate partners and public sector organisations, to meet annual income targets and provide an excellent supporter experience.
- Develop compelling funding propositions and case for support to meet priorities, working closely with colleagues in Fundraising & Communications, Programmes and Monitoring, Research, Evaluation & Learning (MERL).
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects through research and excellent record keeping (using SalesForce), ensuring that applications are made to meet known deadlines.
- Collaborate with Network Managers on regional corporate partnerships, ensuring a consistent and good supporter experience and identifying opportunities for development.

Stewardship

- Keep all relevant donor and financial information up-to-date on Salesforce, ensuring adherence to GDPR and other relevant good practice, as defined by the Fundraising Regulator and other sector bodies.

HOURS:
The contracted hours for this role are 36.25 hours per week, typically worked Monday to Friday. However, both the specific working days and the daily hours within this timeframe can be discussed and agreed upon, based on operational needs
Out-of-office hours activities may be an aspect of this role.
CONTRACT:
All new staff are subject to a six-month probationary period. 4 weeks’ notice is required to terminate employment by either side i.e. the employee or Age UK Cheshire. During the probationary period, one week’s notice is required by either side.
HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT:
From the 1st January to 31st December the basic annual entitlement for full time employees is 25 days, plus an entitlement to Public Bank Holidays and a discretionary entitlement to 1 extra day awarded by the Trustees. Part time staff will have their entitlement pro-rated according to the number of hours they are contracted to work.
CRIMINAL DISCLOSURE:
The post holder will be subject to police checking by the Disclosure and Barring Service (was CRB) Enhanced Disclosure.

Are you ready to make a lasting impact while developing your skills in delivering marketing campaigns and engaging supporters?
As a Single Gifts Marketing Campaign Executive, known to Guide Dogs as a Single Gifts Campaign Executive, you’ll help deliver Single Gifts campaigns (Cash Appeals, Raffles, and Mid-Value), working across acquisition and supporter development to maximise response rates and campaign value. You’ll ensure campaigns stay on budget, managing artwork and content approvals, providing feedback, and tracking performance to inform future strategies. Additionally, you’ll conduct post-campaign analysis, produce reports, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery. You’ll work closely with the Online team and External Lottery Manager to keep the Cash and Raffle sites updated and collaborate with other teams for smooth campaign execution. You’ll also handle internal queries and supporter inquiries about the Cash and Raffle schemes.

For this role you'll be working 35 hours per week, worked 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for you to attend the office at least 2 days per week including each Thursday for a team day.
