The role
Our key priorities at FareShare UK are to grow the food volumes accessible to the charities and community groups we support across the UK. Food partners (manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, importers, packers, catering providers, producers and others) are pivotal in helping us to meet these priorities, providing access to food and many other strategic resources. This crucial role will focus on working with our top food partners to maximise the mutual value in the relationship through strategic and structured account management. Our ability to meet growing demand and retain our leading position in the food redistribution landscape will be heavily influenced by the success you have in this role.
You will be the direct account lead for some of the biggest food accounts in the UK and you will lead part of the Food Partnership Team for managing and engaging new business relationships to drive and grow food and funding from top food partners.
As part of this role, you will lead the transition to a tiered and structured strategic account management approach of all top partners. Coordinating colleagues in the food team and other FareShare teams: FareShare Go, Marketing, Fundraising, Network Operations and Volunteering teams to ensure that top partners get an excellent service. You will work with the top food partners and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate identification of activities, and monitoring of progress, benefits and evaluation.
You will help identify and overcome the barriers to food redistribution and increase the volumes of foods available to FareShare from food partners and their wider supply chains.
Working with marketing and relevant teams you will develop sales materials to open opportunities for more food and other resources from top partners.
You will lead new business development for FareShare Go and work closely with the FareShare Go operations team to mutually agreed objectives. You will support the team to develop new opportunities to deliver the FareShare Go service to food partners including meeting tenders and developing compelling propositions for partners.
Main areas of responsibility
Business Development and Relationship Management
- Support the senior Leadership team by implementing and driving FareShare’s strategy to deliver the services that our top food partners want now and in the future.
- Develop sales and tender materials to win new and grow current business for increased food, funds and other strategic resource.
- Keep up to date on trends and key areas of opportunity for top accounts.
- Directly account manage the largest opportunity accounts that we want to engage or grow.
- Develop strategic relationships and account strategies with top food partners to maximise the volumes of surplus food and funding to FareShare through structured joint business planning process.
- Embed a strategic approach to account management and joint business planning processes for top partners to make sure that they have a structured first in class service from FareShare.
- Ensure oversight of all account activities and provides regular updates to, and feedback opportunities for relevant FareShare stakeholder teams including FareShare Go operations, Food Co-ordination, marketing and fundraising.

Business Process Improvement to deliver growth
- Understand the barriers to redistribution of food and lead initiatives to overcome them

- Liaise with colleagues in the FareShare Go and Food Co-ordination Operations teams to highlight and resolve any operational issues and support related initiatives as appropriate
- Work with the food partner to develop appropriate systems and business processes which will ensure they are managed in the most environmentally, socially and financially efficient way.
Project and Initiative Management
- Be responsible for managing and communicating key projects and initiatives and securing support from a range of internal stakeholders within the food partners and among the FareShare network.
- Prepare and proactively present the benefits of new initiatives to existing and potential partners despite the challenges to existing embedded processes.
People and Culture
- Lead, manage and motivate the part of the Food Partner Team focused on engagement and growth, creating a culture of high performance and a positive and supportive working environment.

BEO is a civil rights charity that was set up to challenge and dismantle systemic racism. We work with Black communities by using campaigning, policy and research in conjunction with the law to effect meaningful change.
Legal services are central to BEO. We are therefore looking for someone of 4yrs PQE who has experience in social welfare, human rights, public and administration law and who seeks an opportunity to use those skills specifically in the area of challenging systemic racism.
In the last year we have been developing our relationships with partner organisations, ranging from community groups, our stakeholder law firms, NGOs and law firms experienced in equality and discrimination law, to deliver legal services. The role holder will be required to build on and expand these relationships so that BEO can offer quality legal advice to Back communities in the nations and regions across the United Kingdom.
We are building our internal legal team so that we can provide targeted legal support to Black communities. We are looking for someone to work with the Director of Legal Services and Policy to ensure that high quality legal advice, support and representation are the hallmark of BEO.
Apart from delivering targeted legal advice and representation and identifying and running strategic litigation cases, the role holder will be required to think creatively to assist in fundraising and campaigning to develop a sustainable legal service. BEO does not have a Legal Aid Agency contract so self funds all legal work. Part 1: Role Purpose:
The Global Press & PR Manager will play a vital role in growing awareness and exposure of Street Child, working with journalists, editors and media houses to build a consistent and pro-active media presence. Street Child’s Global MMC team is fully integrated into the whole organisation and our primary aim is to raise awareness of Street Child and act as a force-multiplier for fundraising efforts.
The role will explore new media relationships and re-ignite existing contacts, turbo-charging the value press and media generates for Street Child.
This is a role for a high-class media professional with a passion for our mission, great energy, imaginations and fantastic relationship building skills. This role requires an individual who will be based in our London office for a minimum of three days a week.
Tasks include delivering media coverage across global outlets, supporting the delivery of media training and briefings and the management/development of Street Child’s podcast.
Part 2: Key Responsibilities:
Delivering global media coverage (80%):
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with journalists across a range of broadcast, print and digital media outlets, looking beyond mainstream media to deliver global reach.
- Writing and publishing compelling, engaging press releases
- Manage and deliver media coverage on key campaigns and initiatives
- Support on the delivery of media briefings, including for the CEO, where required

The role
Global Greengrants Fund UK is looking to hire an energetic and passionate individual who will play a key role in establishing and developing Global Greengrants Fund UK’s offering to individual donors to be able to make gifts of £100,000 annually, in order to secure significant unrestricted income for the organisation.
GGF UK has a small portfolio of existing high net worth individual (HNWI) supporters but is currently primarily reliant on income from trusts and foundations. The post holder will join the organisation at a time of very significant growth and will be expected to be able to work autonomously to build out a new income stream with significant potential to diversify our revenue and strengthen the organisation’s support to grassroots environmental justice movements.
Working as part of the Philanthropic Partnerships team and reporting to the Director of Philanthropic Partnerships, the postholder will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the global organisation Global Greengrants Fund, particularly within the Programmes, Communications, and Development teams towards realising organisational aims.
The candidate profile
The successful applicant will have significant relevant experience in a similar role in a charitable, environmental, development, and/or grant-making organisation. They will be an experienced, senior-level fundraiser with a track record of securing and developing successful relationships with HNWIs to achieve ambitious income goals. They will have extensive experience in developing pitches, proposals, and fundraising products; and a strong interest in environmental justice, international development or human rights issues. They will have an extensive knowledge of the funding and philanthropy sectors in the UK and Europe; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be confident in engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including at senior levels. They should also have excellent interpersonal understanding, relationship-building, stewardship, and conceptual skills to build strong alliances with diverse constituencies and manage complex politics, positioning, and relationships. Role and Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit a law graduate (1-3 years post-graduation) with experience in environmental law, economic justice and/or international development to join our small but dynamic team. Depending on experience, the role will support our programmes challenging economic injustice caused by environmental damage, biodiversity loss, deforestation, illegal resource trafficking, climate change and conflicts over natural resources; promoting transparency and accountability in public and private institutions to encourage responsibility and minimise the impacts of corruption; and promoting fairer and more effective economic and fiscal policy tools to help states meet development goals and enhance the rule of law. Working as part of a small, busy team, you will have the opportunity to learn at very close hand what it means to work for an international NGO focusing on achieving environmental and economic justice. Key Competencies:

What does the Global Grant Manager, Finance & Operations role involve?
The Global Grants Manager is a critical role at CPI, primarily focused on enhancing the operational efficiency and financial compliance of our grant funded programmes. Reporting directly to the Acting Global Director of People, Finance, and Operations, this position requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in finance and grants management, who will work closely with programmatic teams and partner with stakeholders across the organisation.
The role will involve working directly with large global funders, as well as directly with sub grantees and suppliers on CPI programmes. This role will also provide overall finance support to our Europe team in collaboration with our Global Senior Associate, Finance and Operations. Our managers have overall responsibilities, obligations and duties around finance, budget performance, and strategic development. ● Operational Management and Governance: Ensure AH services meet quality standards and regulations via Senior Management oversight; identify and manage risks, and stay updated on UN ECOSOC developments.
● Strategic development and external relations: Lead strategic vision and planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives; cultivate networks and relationships to stay informed and advocate for AH services; represent AH locally and internationally, serving as spokesperson and promoting mental health initiatives for women affected by domestic violence.
● Financial Management: Collaborate with the Finance Director to meet financial goals and regulatory standards; oversee budget preparation, financial reporting, and auditing processes; maintain cost control within delegated authority levels.
● Fundraising and business development: Collaborate with trustees to align fundraising strategy with budget and priorities; oversee fundraising activities for optimal returns and sustainable income streams; lead strategic responses to tender opportunities and partnerships, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders.
● Human Resource Management and Leadership: Inspire and lead staff and volunteers; foster a high-performance learning culture through effective management and communication; establish reporting systems for operational accountability; oversee salary and HR policies in consultation with trustees.
● Project Management: Define project briefs and outcomes for each funded project according to governance standards; approve or seek approval for business cases, receive progress reports, and address risks or issues; make decisions regarding changes in line with established governance protocols.
● Board of Trustees, Advisory Committees and Sub-Committees: Assist the Chair and Secretary in recruiting and onboarding new Trustees; ensure effective support for AH’s Board and Advisory and Sub-Committees; attend Board meetings and facilitate sound advice to the Management Committee, foster communication between Board and operational staff, and ensure the effective implementation of Board decisions.
Required Qualifications:
● Experience: Demonstrated leadership track record, ideally within the VAWG services sector with the ability to strategize, motivate, and guide a team towards achieving organisational goals.
● Skills: Proficient in strategic planning, financial management, and project oversight. Excellent communication skills for fostering positive connections.
● Qualifications: Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.

Introduction to the role
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Co-Directors and senior management team on a part-time basis.
This is a key role in the team and is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation and our activities.
This is an in-office role; working from our beautiful building in Liverpool Street.
Salary and working hours: Part-time 2.5 - 3 days per week, £30,000 pro rata.

Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Co-Directors.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
2. Meeting Coordination:
• Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Arrange logistics for board meetings, staff meetings, and other key events
3. HR and Governance Support:
• Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Assist with employee communications, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures.
4. Research and Reporting:
• Conduct research on various topics relevant to the Centre's mission and activities.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and briefing materials for the Co-Directors and senior management team.
5. Funding Applications:
Assist in the research, preparation and submission of funding applications and grant proposals.
• Support fundraising campaigns and events, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and liaising with donors and sponsors.
6. Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the Co-Directors.
• Track progress on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones achieved.

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Able to work fast and to deadlines.
