The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Director and the Communications team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that amplify our mission, promote our core product offerings such as the Safar Discipleship app, and strengthen relationships with donors and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Director to create and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies, including annual plans, campaigns, creative direction, customer journeys and target audience insights.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support Elam’s core product offerings, with a particular focus on the Safar Discipleship app.
- Campaign Execution and Management:
- Oversee the production of a wide range of marketing assets, working closely with copywriters and designers to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including organic and paid media strategies, to achieve acquisition and retention goals.
- Content Development:
- Help shape Elam’s story, creating compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, inspire action, and build awareness.

About the team
This is an important role based in a busy Operations team which covers office management, information technology, finance and human resources. The team play a key role in supporting the organisation to achieve its mission of supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to succeed.
The Operations team comprises the Director of Finance and Operations, HR and Learning Manager, Head of Finance, HR Officer, Finance and Operations Assistant and a part time Administrator. Payroll and IT support are outsourced.
About this role
We are looking for a talented professional with a strong understanding of CRM and digital systems and a passion for maximising the value of data, who is looking to join an organisation where they can put their skills to use across all aspects of our operations. You will join at a key time to develop and embed our work in this area, providing critical support to all our teams as well as maintaining and developing our cross-organisation systems.
You will lead on the development, administration, and staff engagement with, and training on, our Salesforce CRM system. This will include data from, and working with, all departments of Impetus, including our donors and prospects, our collaboration with partner charities, and our communications with email audiences. You will also manage the relationship with our existing Salesforce partner agency, drawing on them for additional support resource and coordinating broader development projects. The successful candidate will have experience developing and drawing value from Salesforce, including both technical development and collaborating closely with teams to drive engagement and best practice.
You will be responsible for our other cross-organisational digital systems, including our office and file storage platforms, data warehouse, visualisation, and ETL tools, website analytics, and Digital Asset Management system, as well as providing support for our Finance and HR systems, including providing training to staff and answering any questions related to these systems. You will collaborate closely with our Communications team, for example around website and social media analytics and reviewing the progress of the social media strategy. From time to time you may also be asked to provide support or advice to our portfolio charities. The role will also be responsible for helping to drive adoption of GenAI across Impetus.
As the sole technical and digital specialist role at Impetus, this position requires a collaborative individual who can work across diverse teams while also operating independently with a high level of autonomy. Key responsibilities
CRM:
- Own the development and administration of our Salesforce system.
- Work with all teams at Impetus to maximise their engagement with Salesforce and provide relevant training.

Main purpose of the job
The role leads on the delivery of Bond’s corporate and CEO level events. This role is managed by the Head of Communications but also works with the corporate and marketing team, the Director of Membership and Communications and CEO.
The primary focus of this role is to manage and deliver high-quality events for Bond’s corporate partners to help them reach their target audiences, and to deliver high level events for CEOs and senior leaders across our network to help provide senior leaders with the support and skills needed to provide effective and supportive leadership.
Main responsibilities
Corporate events:
- Manage and deliver a range of events to fulfil contractual commitments with corporate partners and ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Oversee the successful execution and promotion of both hybrid and face-to-face events across various locations including potential European venues.
- Steward corporate partners in refining event ideas to align with Bond's audience and sector needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet partner expectations and contribute to revenue generation. Provide effective project management, overseeing all stages of event planning, execution, and evaluation.

CEO events:

Person Specification
The ideal candidate would:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience of events organisation and management in a similar or comparable setting
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with corporate event sponsors or delivering paid for events
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sponsors, event partners and participants.
- Be able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and manage relationships with Bond’s network of members.
- Have a good understanding of how events can generate income
- Be entrepreneurial and flexible, with the ability to identify potential opportunities and partners.

The main responsibilities of this role include:
Overall purpose of the role
The Programme Funding Team (PFT) secures programme funding from UK and international statutory/institutional donors and ensures quality grant management and compliance - as well as being the resource for programme information for colleagues and trustees. In addition, PFT supports other fundraising teams to achieve the organisational goal of raising £10 million per year as well as providing programme updates for trustees. Being a small team, everyone is expected to take personal responsibility and use their initiative to achieve objectives and provide support where necessary.
The Grants Manager is responsible for three key areas of work –
i) Leading the grant management/compliance of restricted/statutory grants and other Orbis UK funding commitments. To achieve this, the postholder works proactively with Orbis International country and HQ teams to champion consistently high standards of project management and delivery. This requires strong distance-working relationships and ongoing capacity-building of country teams in reporting/compliance. Regular travel to country programmes is anticipated.

Oversee donation processes, including sending thank you letters and monitoring bank accounts, ensuring funds are accurately recorded and allocated to specific programmes.
Fundraising & Donor Support

Assist fundraisers in planning donor and prospect visits.

Support in writing funding proposals (particularly at the £5K-30K level) and donor communications.

Help organise VIP donor events and engagement activities.
Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain and update our Raiser’s Edge CRM database, ensuring accurate and organised records.

Assist in managing invoices and the audit process, ensuring the Foundation operates smoothly.

Organise Board of Trustee meetings, including identifying dates, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Communications & Relationship Management

Draft and proofread donor communications, including thank you letters and impact reports.

Support fundraisers in building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Trustees, donor’s PAs and the schools’ founders.
General Support

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Provide additional support as needed to ensure the success of fundraising activities.
Person Specification
We are looking for someone who is bright, organised and resourceful, with a passion for fundraising and the creative industries. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and confidence to write compelling donor communications.

Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Project management skills and experience working collaboratively across teams.

Experience using a CRM system (such as Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or a similar CRM database).

A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and communications.

The ability to build relationships with Trustees, colleagues, and external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.

A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Experience using Canva or similar design software is an advantage.

Familiarity with fundraising principles, donor stewardship, and charity compliance is an advantage.

The Landscape Institute are looking to recruit a Branch & Membership Engagement Officer.
Reporting directly to the Membership Services Manager the key focus of this exciting new role will be to support and deliver the LI’s engagement with our members. The role’s main objective is to maintain our members’ positive experience they get form the LI and make sure they are getting all that they can out of the LI’s products and services, whichever their grade of membership.
You will support and develop our regional Branches and help maintain mutually supportive links between their engagement activities and the Institute. The postholder will be the key point of contact for our volunteers, as well as help with the membership operations delivery.
