The RCR is undergoing a big system change and the CRM Team Administrator will help support the project by providing excellent administrative, engagement and testing support to the Digital Products Owner for the new CRM system as it develops.

The successful candidate will be joining our high performing CRM team and have responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of administrative processes. You will also provide an enthusiastic customer service. As a confident and coherent communicator, you will act as an internal liaison and support to staff as the CRM develops, coordinate enquiries and feedback in an efficient and timely way.

As the CRM Team Administrator you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us maintain and enhance our customer relationships and ensure that the team operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Coordinate enquiries from users/staff for the CRM product throughout development and delivery.
• Support the documentation of processes and mapping exercises for the CRM project and any other administrative support associated with the project.

Programme management.

Annually set the priority target areas for VCSE grant funding budgets, by facilitating discussion with the partnership and the Cornwall VSF team.

The Manager will:

Reporting to the Director of Finance, Operations and Governance, you will:

• Write organisational policies and lead the policy workflow process on Sharepoint, driving policies through the amendment, approval and employee attestation phases.
• Manage the relationship with Blue Marine’s external IT Support consultancy, including communicating changes to cyber security and leading asset management processes.

Personal specification

Job Purpose
With 10 years to achieve Agenda 2030, the SDG 6 targets on clean water, decent sanitation and good hygiene are among the furthest behind. Achieving universal, sustainable WASH will require a major mobilisation of resources, public demand and political will. Reporting to the Global Campaigns Director, this pivotal role works across the WaterAid federation to achieve the political and policy changes needed to ensure universal access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene.

The Global Head of Campaigns will lead WaterAid's campaigning on one of our two global advocacy priorities (currently climate). They will drive our strategic direction and, create the campaigns plan to embed WASH in the climate change agenda, building up political momentum, broadening out our campaign alliances and influential champions. Team Description

CAFOD’s Major Donor Executive will play a key role in delivering our fundraising programme. They will help develop and implement operational plans, manage a portfolio of existing donors and work to identify prospective new donors and their networks. Key Responsibilities

Donor relationship management 

• Develop lasting relationships with existing donors and new prospects, building and managing a portfolio of donors giving £5,000 upwards

• With the Philanthropy Manager and Major Donor Team, devise and implement online and offline communication plans with a clear focus on securing funds for CAFOD’s core programmes 

• Steward donors effectively, to ensure satisfaction and long-term commitment. Communicate, thank and report back on the work of CAFOD using donors preferred channels, ensuring the highest standards of donor care 

• Ensure systematic data input and management so that key information, donor interactions and communications are appropriately recorded  in line with organisational systems and processes, and in compliance with GDPR and fundraising best practice 

• Work with the Philanthropy Manager, the Research and Information Team, Senior Management colleagues and Trustees to carry out donor research, identify new prospects and grow the pipeline of donors.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small but mighty team in a strategically important position as manager of our flagship Fair Water Footprints Programme.  Over the past 15 years Water Witness has carved out a key role in holding governments, business, and investors to account for sustainable water management.  In 2021 this work triggered the Glasgow Declaration for Fair Water Footprints - a breakthrough moment at COP26, when twenty-eight founding Signatories committed to end the abuse of water in our supply chains and establish water stewardship as the global business norm by 2030.  With our partners we have secured significant funds to take forward and scale up this groundbreaking work which will harness trade, enterprise, and civic engagement to drive water justice and climate resilience as part of the UK’s Just Transition for Water Security.

The Programme Manager will be accountable for coordinating and delivering our contributions to the Fair Water Footprint Programme. These will include: the production and dissemination of influential water footprint assessments; pioneering new research and on-the-ground investigations; participatory planning, technical support and training with diverse partners; development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of action plans, advocacy and communication campaigns to secure improved water security for millions of people and systemic change at a sectoral and global scale.   

The successful candidate will use their exceptional organisational and communication skills, technical know-how and experience of multi-stakeholder engagement and policy influence to shape this world-changing initiative and ensure impact.  They will represent Water Witness at the highest levels, to convene and work constructively with leaders from public, private and financial sectors, civil society, and academia, to co-lead a partner coordination unit, and ensure value for money and impact through sub-contracts and grants. 

This new position will play a central role in delivery of our wider 2030 Strategy, will support our country teams and line manage a Programme Officer. Once established they will take on a wider remit for effective delivery across our portfolio of exciting programmes.  The post will suit a high-calibre professional seeking the next step in their career as an influential leader for social justice and sustainable development.
