Job Purpose: The role holder will ensure that business systems, infrastructure and processes are functioning as effectively and efficiently as possible. They will support colleagues to improve their knowledge and use Microsoft Office 365 (O365) and SharePoint/Teams and support with identifying new technologies that will enhance service delivery to YMCA customers.
To review and replace business systems as YMCA East Surrey enters the next phase of digital transformation of integration of systems, cloud telephony and a business intelligence tool. This role will be an integral part of the transformation and onboarding new systems.
Hours of work:Part time 28 hours per week. Working pattern will usually be between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Location: YMCA Sports and Community Centre, Princes Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6JJ.
Annual leave:Five weeks plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time workers) Holidays increase after two years’ service to a maximum of six weeks after six years’ service.(pro-rata for part time workers)
The holiday year runs from 1April to 31 March each year.

Main Responsibilities:
· Colleague support and triage of O365 and SharePoint issues.
· Train and support colleagues to maintain the SharePoint Intranet.
· Train and support superusers across the different O365 business systems
· Assist and lead the efficient delivery of ICT driven projects across the business through collaboration with internal and external partners/stakeholders.
· Lead on the specific project of procuring and rolling out a new VoIP system across the whole organisation.
· Assist in the analysis of existing systems, identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
· Working closely together with the Senior Management Team and our IT Support Provider to ensure the technical viability of solutions.
· Designing and overseeing test specifications and conducting rigorous testing before rolling out live systems

· Take responsibility for drafting and reviewing relevant IT policies.
· Put in place the required systems and processes to achieve and maintain Cyber Essentials accreditation.
· Manage all relevant software licences including O365 licences.
· To produce monthly reports for senior management and to prepare proposals for new software where required.
· Use Office applications such as Forms and Power BI to produce tools to help managers collect data and monitor and report on performance.
· To undertake such other tasks as may be allocated from time to time within your capabilities by the HoCS and CEO.

Job summary
The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a Society of over 1,700 members from 100 countries, who work in, or are interested in tropical medicine and global health.
RSTMH organises and participates in events as a crucial way of showcasing, discussing, and debating key areas of tropical medicine and global health research and practice. Our range of events are wide. We deliver conferences and webinars, social events, research meetings for early career professionals, and high-profile debates and discussions. They happen across the UK and around the world, both online and in person. Our events add to the impact of our work in tropical medicine and global health, but also raise funds to allow us to continue our work as a charity.
The Meetings and Events Manager would lead on the delivery of the RSTMH meeting and events strategy. The role requires a self-starter who is excited by the prospect of working on such a broad range of meetings and events. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and to be organised, flexible with a great attention to detail. They should be comfortable liaising with venues for meetings space, developing budgets for events, managing logistical aspects of the events programme and setting up new events online and in person.
Main responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the meetings and events programme meeting its financial and other goals and KPIs under the existing strategy
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of the events with a focus on expanding global reach, supporting careers, and improving the financial position

Purpose of the role
The Senior Technical Associate role is a key member of the Senior Technical Team at ENN. The post holder will bring extensive skills, expertise and capacity to deliver on a portfolio of our projects, provide strategic and technical direction and leadership, and manage their teams.
Terms and Conditions
· Hours of work: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) for a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). We will consider appointing two part-time positions to secure the right technical fit and skillsets.

The Senior Technical Associate will manage a portfolio of projects, lead on, and support, project delivery and develop content of technical outputs. This will involve being accountable for quality and timely delivery. The priority areas for this position are:
· Portfolio lead for ENN’s Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) and Management of small and at-risk infants under 6 months and their mothers (MAMI) projects

About the role:

Position Summary/ Objective
A new role within our European region, the Paid Social Media Specialist will be working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Lead (UK) to deliver world-class paid media campaigns on multiple digital platforms in multiple countries.
This role will work across IFAW’s four fundraising markets in Europe: France, Germany, Netherlands and the UK to grow our paid media revenue. The role will focus on Social and Search advertising but also to experiment with new emerging platforms.
Directly reporting to the Senior Digital Marking Lead in the UK, this role will coordinate and plan new paid social campaigns and content, working closely with the Digital Leads, and the Senior Fundraising and Marketing Manager, to roll these out across our markets. You will work across a variety of channels such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Bing, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Spotify and more.
Role and Responsibilities
Working with the Digital Marketing Lead in each country (France, Germany, Netherlands and UK), the role will:
- Coordinate, develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns from conception to launch and completion across EU fundraising markets.
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media to support each market.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Leads to agree on campaigns, budget allocation and spend, ad grouping and audience targeting.
- Support and contribute to the creative process of building advertising campaigns. Including video creation specifically for advertising.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, and suggest landing pages optimization.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
- Working cross-departmentally, specifically with the Content team.
- Identify and suggest new emerging platforms and avenues for digital outreach.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with digital paid media, specifically with Meta and Google advertising.
- Excellent understanding of creating and implementing paid media campaigns with prior campaign examples (across multiple countries/markets a plus).
- Ideally completed advertising certifications (for example, Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, Google Analytics 4).
- Extensive experience in creating digital ad assets and copy, including video.
- Video creation skills specifically for advertising, experience working with Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Fluency in working with analytics platforms, for example Looker Studio.
- Goal driven, extremely analytical, with the ability to make data-based decisions and conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills to present the results of campaign performance verbally, as well as provide clear and concise reports.
- Fluent English (spoken French, German or Dutch is a plus).
- Interest in IFAW’s programmatic work and global wildlife conservation issues.
- Self-starter with ability to jump into a hectic situation to provide support.
- Highly organised and self-motivated; able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, desire and capability to work in agile, fast-paced and demanding environment.
