This Senior Digital Officer role supports the ongoing strategic development of the organisation in key digital marketing areas, including website, analysis and evaluation, audio-visual outputs, eMarketing, and social media. The role will also support wider membership communications activities.
A substantial part of this maternity cover role will be supporting the senior digital manager deliver the organisation’s new website. This will entail project managing the website redevelopment work and launch, working closely with our digital agency as well as with colleagues withing NHS Providers. Alongside this, you’ll be supporting work on our new content strategy, ensuring our digital channels reflect the outcomes and working on development of analysis and evaluation across the organisation.

- Establish clear ways of working and guidelines, where appropriate, and ensure best practice is followed by staff and contributors.
Managing and monitoring our digital channels
- Monitor our social media channels, identifying opportunities and risks. Where appropriate, escalate risks to Head of Communications and agree mitigation.
- Regularly respond to comments and posts on our social media channels
- Ensure channel analytics are recorded and analysed, and learnings applied. Provide data and analysis for quarterly board reports, as well as monthly communications briefings.
- Monitor search engine performance and look for opportunities to create SEO-friendly content.

About the role
As our Senior Digital Experience Manager (Website) will play a leadership role in setting and driving cutting-edge standards for digital content, copywriting assets, and experiences across all owned digital channels. As our digital communications and engagement manager, you’ll take an editorial role in ensuring our website is accessible and regularly updated with relevant and engaging content. Our all team meetings mostly run 10-1pm and smaller team meetings are usually in the afternoon.

The Finance Manager role is a newly created role which is being introduced to strengthen the organisation’s financial management and control systems. The postholder will work across the breadth of the finance function preparing internal management accounts and external annual accounts.
In 2024, Cord changed its finance system to use Business Central. The Finance Manager will become the organisation’s main ‘admin’ user of the finance system. In the near-term, there will be a particular focus on rolling out further functionality of the system.

Our client is looking for a new digital manager to oversee a major digital transformation project and assist with strategic decision for a charity. The project includes a new CRM and website.
The successful candidate will have full project management responsibility for a Dynamics CRM implementation, a new website, Quartz, Exchequer and associated platforms. The internal team, and a specialist consultant, have taken the project to a stage where it needs full-time nourishment. It is well prepared for someone to take over the day-to-day of the project, plus inputting long-term insight / strategic ideas forward that will benefit the organisation as it goes through an expected period of growth.
The future ambition is for this person to oversee digital infrastructure within the organisation (currently 45 members of staff), including cybersecurity, digital strategy, main contact to all suppliers. APIs and AI integration are to be created in future business projects, so someone who will know the system inside out by then will be highly beneficial for future proofing.
Our client has good providers in place with highly technical staff who collaborate with each other and do regular testing of their systems. The Senior Digital Manager will oversee the delivery of the ambitious growth strategy for National Theatre at Home, having responsibility for driving acquisition, engagement and retention strategies across marketing and product, to drive audience and brand growth.

As our Digital Product Manager, you'll oversee the Blue Cross website, collaborating closely with the Senior Digital Product Manager and the digital content team to create an exceptional platform for our supporters and service users.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the product owner for the Blue Cross website and content management system (CMS), optimising to improve accessibility, drive engagement and generate income.
- Managing website requests and issues, working with people from across the charity to understand their challenges and advise on potential solutions.
- Coordinating our Agile product management process, liaising with developers to implement our website roadmap using backlog refinement, story writing, sprint planning, UAT, etc.
- Owning and developing the product lifecycle including testing ideas in a user centric and insight driven way.
- Working with the wider digital team to deliver our search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy, with a specific focus on technical SEO.
- Managing our third-party web development partner alongside the Senior Digital Product Manager and Head of Digital Marketing.
About you
We’re searching for someone who’s passionate about using their digital skills to help animals. You’ll have a proven track record in digital product management and a deep understanding of web development. You’re a problem solver, with a knack for finding innovative solutions.
You’ll be confident working with different teams, communicating complex ideas clearly, and always putting the user first. You’ll have demonstrated ability to manage complex digital projects using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Trello. Proven experience of optimising websites through content management systems such as Drupal is essential.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience in digital product management
- Strong understanding of web development and content management systems (CMS), ideally Drupal
- Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello)

Digital Fundraising Officer
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the digital marketing team.
This is a remote working role, offering flexible working.
Position: CE317 Digital Fundraising Officer
Location: Homebased, UK, Nationwide, however, occasional travel will be required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work related meetings)

The Role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Fundraising Officer will help to maximise income through fundraising appeals, provide beneficiary support and increase supporter retention through digital channels
