· Strong digital skills; the ability to learn and feel comfortable with new systems including digital marketing tools and social media management tools. The post holder will work across many systems including  Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and Meta Ad Manager.

The Eve Appeal is the UK’s leading charity working on prevention of the five gynaecological cancers – womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal. Our aim is to prevent gynaecological cancers and save lives by raising awareness and funding ground-breaking research focused on risk prediction, earlier detection and developing screening for all of the five gynae cancers.

What's this role about?

This exciting position is responsible for delivering our fundraising programme to the public, with support from our Deputy Head of Fundraising.

You will focus on delivering key fundraising activities and an exceptional experience to a wide range of supporters, ensuring that you deepen relationships and maximise value. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced social and digital media professional to join the leading international horse charity World Horse Welfare. 

The Social and Digital Media Officer plans, creates and publishes the charity’s social media and digital communications, ensuring accurate content and the right brand look, feel and messaging.  Working to the Head of Communications and with the wider team, you will organise and proactively seek out stories and other content from across the charity to engage audiences through our digital media channels, including social platforms, the website and email. As our Fundraising Lead you will work with the Fundraising Manager to increase the number of supporters and income by: 

• Developing and organising fundraising events, campaigns and community support 

• building relationships with existing and new supporters 

• recruiting, organising and inspiring volunteers 

• managing information and communications on our CRM 

• Preparing and delivering presentations 

• Spotting fundraising opportunities and raising awareness of the charity 

You will also be managing our Digital Fundraising Officer, Fundraising Coordinator and Fundraising Partnerships Officers, and Volunteer Fundraising Assistants providing direction, guidance and training in order to achieve the fundraising team’s objectives within the operational plan.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the St Mungo’s Digital Fundraising team as a Digital Fundraising Manager. You will be joining our small and dedicated team, working as part of the wider fundraising directorate to contribute towards the growth and success of St Mungo’s Digital Fundraising Strategy, which ultimately supports people experiencing homelessness and our aim to end rough sleeping for good.

You will work with our Digital Fundraising Officers to develop and deliver our programme of digital marketing and content development across paid and owned channels to raise income for St Mungo’s. We have ambitious plans to grow our digital fundraising, and this role will be key in developing our programme over the coming years. Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Providing line management, support and supervision to team members, overseeing their delivery of paid and organic social media activity, our email programme, search activity and website UX development.
• Leading on content strategies and content production.
• Monitoring and analysing the performance of our digital channels and making recommendations to feed into our digital strategy. 

About you

We think this role will suit an ambitious individual who wants to lead a high performing team and develop their skills and experience while working for a leading homelessness charity.

• You will be a creative and proactive person, able to lead a team delivering digital marketing and content across a range of channels.
• You should have experience of using a range of digital channels such as social, email and search, and be experienced in developing content for digital channels including website content, and optimising supporter journeys.
• You will have experience of monitoring and analysing performance data and audience insights to improve digital campaigns and programmes.   

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Professional, to plan, deliver and evaluate our paid digital campaigns which will help shape digital marketing at our organisation.
