Job description

An exceptional opportunity to play a key strategic role in a purpose-driven charity that is making a real difference in young lives. We’re seeking an innovative and passionate Head of Fundraising and Communications to lead our efforts in building strong, sustainable financial foundations and amplifying our voice on a national scale.

As the Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will spearhead our efforts to secure the vital resources needed to expand our impact. Leading a talented team of both fundraising and communications professionals, you will develop and execute strategies that resonate with our supporters and stakeholders. Your expertise will guide the team in crafting compelling narratives, securing major gifts and developing diverse income streams, all while ensuring that our messaging aligns with the core values of Jamie’s Farm.

Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our communications strategy, ensuring that Jamie’s Farm continues growing its national presence and influence. By managing and mentoring the communications team, you will help us share our powerful stories of transformation, engage with a broader audience, and strengthen our brand identity. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure our messaging is cohesive, impactful and aligned with our mission to provide young people with the support they need to thrive.

At Jamie’s Farm, our values guide everything we do, from how we support each other as a team to how we engage with our young people. We are committed to creating a nurturing environment where everyone can flourish, and we’re looking for a leader who shares our vision of purposeful work, generosity of spirit, and reflective practice. In return, we offer a unique working environment, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to be part of a team that is passionate about making a real difference.

If you are a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in fundraising and communications, and if you’re driven by a desire to create meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you. This role is your chance to combine your professional expertise with a cause that truly matters. Apply now and be part of something extraordinary.

What we can offer you:

Competitive salary;

A beautiful and unique working environment;

All lunches provided and enjoyed with the team when working on-site;

An optional mobile phone provided for work use;

35 days annual leave (including bank holidays);

A generous Pension Contribution;

Opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and supportive team culture.

How to Apply:

Please apply via the Jamie’s Farm website, click on “Apply on Website” below. Read through the full recruitment pack and return both a completed application and equal opportunities form to the email address stated. We look forward to hearing from you.
