How we work with Employers and Higher Education Institutions
At Unifrog, we partner with universities and employers to help them connect with our global network of highly engaged students, teachers and careers leaders.
Our partnerships allow universities and employers to co-create content which can be accessed on the Unifrog platform (including online subject taster courses and day-in-the-life videos), share upcoming events and opportunities with relevant Unifrog students and teachers, and take part in a series of events throughout the year aimed at providing students at Unifrog schools with all the information they need to make the best decisions for their futures, and create the strongest applications.
The Employer and HE teams exist to support each of Unifrog's university and employer partners to make the most of their partnership with Unifrog, and to secure new partnerships with universities and employers who could benefit from a relationship with Unifrog.
The role and responsibilities
As New Business Lead for Employer and HE Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving Unifrog’s growth in our employer and higher education markets. You’ll need to be target driven to help create a wider network of universities and employers to support Unifrog students from around the world to find their best next step.
You will be given support by both the HE and Employer teams but will also have the autonomy to lead your own campaigns and projects.

Your key responsibilities:

Design tailored campaigns involving emails, phone calls, webinars and social media, to target employers and higher education institutions in a smart and engaging way.

Communicate with interested employers and higher education institutions to explain the work we do at Unifrog and the partnerships we offer in a compelling manner to secure online demonstrations for our Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers.

Attend conferences (sometimes overseas) to promote the work we do at Unifrog and network with relevant stakeholders in the employer and higher education sectors.

Be the first port of call for partnership/collaboration enquiries from employers and higher education institutions.

Analyse data from the Unifrog platform to inform your research around suitable higher education institutions and employers that we don’t work with but who would benefit from a partnership with us.

Working together
You’ll be working with the HE and Employer teams, alongside the Partnerships Director for International Schools and HE (who will be your line manager), the Partnerships Director for UK Schools and Employers, the Head of Employer Partnerships, and the Head of HE Partnerships. Your projects will also see you collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

The Individual Giving Manager will contribute towards Ex Cathedra’s ongoing sustainability and success by maximising philanthropic income:
Strategy and research
• build, maintain and continually seek to expand a pipeline of prospects capable of making gifts at a high 4-, 5- and 6-figure level, making sure that all progress is tracked, monitored and reviewed on a routine basis
• explore our existing data to identify major gift prospects, working in line with data protection law and fundraising regulations
Individual giving
• work closely with the General Manager and Individual Giving Officer to further develop and implement strategies that will increase major gifts and legacy donations to Ex Cathedra, dovetailing with the Trusts and Foundations consultant where appropriate

We have received funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to deliver an exciting new programme, aiming to improve the experience and continuity of hospice care for young people with life-limiting conditions transitioning from children's to adult services.
You will provide clinical leadership of this UK-wide programme, empowering young people, hospices and system partners to overcome the inequities of care experienced by patients and families throughout this transition.
You will become a crucial part of the Programmes Directorate at Hospice UK. This team is responsible for areas of real relevance and importance to our hospices’ membership, including: commissioning support; data, research and evidence; clinical and non-clinical projects; learning platforms: sharing good practice; and a well-regarded and commercially successful portfolio of conferences, including our flagship national conference.
You will bring the clinical leadership needed to deliver this exciting new programme. You will lead our young person’s forum and provide invaluable mentorship to hospices. Supported throughout by our Senior Programme Manager and Team Administrator, you will further develop our Transition Community of Practice and help us collate and share programme data across the sector. You will lead on partnerships and strategic relationships, with Together for Short Lives and other decision-makers across our sector. When representing Hospice UK and our programme externally, you will offer clinical expertise leadership within the field of Transition.
You will have senior palliative care experience, working in the field of transition. You will have led clinical programmes across systems and/or regions, and experience supporting organisations with Quality Improvement projects. You will be an excellent and influential communicator, who embraces working with data while maintaining a strategic overview.

You will be workingfor a top university with a modern campus that specialises in design and digital media in a buzzypart of London. My client is seeking someone with Higher Education management experience in admissions and is offering a role with work-life balance! This is a busy period of clearing and enrolments so you will be required for a minimum 2-month period. As an Admissions Manager, you'll provide vital support to the Head of Admissions, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the Admissions team, and ensuring all processes are efficient, fair, and customer-focused. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders, manage applicant communications, and ensure compliance with UCAS regulations.
Your new role
- To provide management support to the Head of Admissions around the admissions business process, and in the development and documentation of agreed processes, procedures and policies.
- To take operational management responsibility for student admissions in relation to all applications across the University (FE, UG & PGT & PGR), including the provision of training to admissions practitioners.
- To act as line manager to Admissions Officers.
- To ensure all admissions processes, policies and procedures are being followed throughout the University within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- To have responsibility for the liaison with Programme Directors and Deputy Deans to resolve the legitimacy of rejects, alternative course offers and APEL decisions.
- To regularly generate reports and analysis to inform the progression and development of the admissions team, and to provide ad-hoc statistical analysis when requested from the Head of Admissions or other stakeholders.
- To work closely with the Student Recruitment & Engagement team to ensure a seamless student journey from application to enrolment.
- To develop, manage, monitor and report on applicant communications using the SITS student record system and the CRM system.
- Liaise with colleagues in the Marketing, Communications & Content team to ensure non-entry requirement UCAS Entry Profile information is accurate and reviewed annually.
- To be responsible for monitoring application statistics to ensure that they match application data held in the SITS student record system
- Be responsible for fee status assessment and ensure that the Admissions Team are kept informed on changes to fee status classification and UKVI requirements.
- To act as the main point of contact for the application process with key stakeholders both internally and externally, particularly with feeder schools and colleges with external progression agreements in place (in collaboration with the Partnerships & Engagement Manager, who has responsibility for maintaining feeder school relationships).
- In addition, the Admissions Manager will be responsible for maintaining successful operational relationships between Academic Staff, Registry, Student Services and Finance.
- To act as an ambassador during Open Days and external Marketing & Student Recruitment events on behalf of the university, both within the UK and overseas when required.
- To manage the day-to-day delivery of the admissions process, developing a culture of excellent customer service.

Role Responsibilities
Strategy and planning
• Deliver the existing Community and Events strategy and maximise opportunities for income growth
• Identify and develop new income generating opportunities across Community and Events Fundraising, devising new events and engagement opportunities
• Develop, implement and monitor against KPIs, annual plans, and income and expenditure budgets, ensuring targets are met with robust analysis and reporting
Income growth, event and supporter management
• Proactively manage all aspects of Community & Events Fundraising to increase our supporter base and maximise income, supported by the Events and Community Officer

• Develop and deliver supporter journeys that raise average fundraising per head, decreases drop-outs and increases repeat entry
• Implement new digital and value exchange fundraising streams
• Optimise the Family Fund programme to strengthen commitment and fundraising potential of existing Family Funds, and enable recruitment of new Funds
• Deliver excellent support to fundraising groups and recruit new volunteers to fundraise and advocate on behalf of the charity

Fundraising events management
• Manage delivery of the event portfolio to achieve financial and sign-up targets, delivering effective on the-day support for event participants. This includes ensuring our events are accessible for visually impaired participants
• Deliver excellent supporter care to ensure supporters are motivated to achieve (and exceed) their fundraising targets, feel valued and build engagement with us
• Key point of contact for high level event participants and community fundraisers via face-to-face meetings, phone calls and emails – providing timely and personalised support
• Support the Events and Community Officer with enquiries, applications and registrations for challenge events, ensuring high levels of conversion, and capturing relevant supporter data
• Support the Head of Community and Engagement, or other teams within Fight for Sight with the successful delivery of key special events, including fundraising gala dinners or receptions, virtual events and mini conferences, and third party or established supporter events.
• When required, support the Events and Community Officer in managing guest lists, enquiries, and ticket sales for special/major donor events and receptions, delivering a seamless guest experience and timely follow-ups supporter care and relationship management
Marketing
• Oversee all paid Facebook advertising activity for events, updating web listings, and utilising our networks
• Work with the Marketing & Communications team to raise awareness/increase recruitment across all activities, highlighting case studies and media stories
• Develop and deliver effective and engaging content, and materials for supporters to increase recruitment, retention, and average fundraising amounts
• Oversee the creation and delivery of quarterly events e-newsletter, plus additional e-blasts
Managing information and reporting
• Work with the Database Manger to ensure accurate records within our CRM system (ThankQ) and management of income from online and offline giving
• Carry out post-event evaluations, analysing supporter data help facilitate greater levels of income
• Support other areas by attending events, exhibitions etc. as required by a small team with varied responsibilities

• Minimum five years of experience of events and community fundraising, in particular with developing overseas or large-scale mass participant events.

The ideal candidate understands what an excellent data platform looks like and how to continually evolve this to keep up with trends and developments. Attention to detail and ability to horizon-scan is key in overseeing the Trust’s projects and key work streams and ensuring good governance.
