About the role
The Network Rail Outreach team, will be providing vital outreach support to individuals who are currently rough sleeping in a number of key stations across Westminster. The team will work alongside the Street outreach team with the objective of supporting those rough sleeping to find a suitable and sustainable route away from the street.
You will be leading the team that offers street-based or duty assessments to those who are rough sleeping, with the objective of finding accommodation and engaging individuals with relevant services linked to all areas of health, immigration support needs, substance or alcohol misuse, access to benefits or employment and relevant statutory services.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with partner agencies to engage with individuals sleeping rough in the stations. You will work to assess their needs and aspirations and support them on their journey away from rough sleeping.
- As well as rapid interventions, you will lead a small team to engage and support clients on their journey
- Work a shift pattern to include lates and earlies as well as mid shifts with some weekend work required.

- Ideally you will have experience of outreach services but we also welcome applications from those who have other management experience

We are seeking a creative and confident communicator who will support our Fundraising Team to engage and inspire current and prospective funders through case studies, events, photos, videos, and the Trust’s newsletter, with the ultimate goal of increasing income in line with our new 2025-2027 Business Plan.
What will I be doing?
Creating high-quality collateral and delivering tailored promotion for funders through our social media channels, website, CYT newsletter, and impact reports.
Day to day, you will take photos and videos at CYT events, write social media posts, write case studies and success stories, support the organisation and delivery of internal and external events – all with the aim of increasing engagement with key CYT funders and in-kind supporters.
What knowledge and experience are we looking for?
· Experience of creating engaging visual media including photography and videography etc.
· Experience in digital communications and confidence with managing social media
· Working knowledge of design software (e.g. InDesign, Canva)
NOTE: prior knowledge of the construction and built environment sector is not an essential requirement of this role.
What abilities/skills are we looking for?
· Excellent communication skills including a high level of writing skill and the ability to tailor content to different audiences
· Highly organised with an ability to pay close attention to detail
· Creative flair with a good eye for visual design
· High level of IT literacy including Microsoft office

Purpose of the role
The aim of this exciting role is to contribute to the delivery of Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge (MITHNR) and East London Foundation NHS Trust’s (ELFT) Talking Therapies Employment Advice Service.
This role will provide employment advice to patients accessing ELFT NHS Talking Therapies, supporting patients to gain and/or retain employment via one to one information, advice and guidance sessions. This role is part of the national Employment Advice in NHS Talking Therapies programme and has been accredited by the Matrix standards for information, advice and guidance.
Key responsibilities of the role
This role will complete assessments and provide 1:1 information, advice, and guidance to a caseload of patients. Support will be based around enabling patients to find and/or retain employment, using a patient-led approach and SMART goals. Specific examples of support include CV writing, interview preparation, and broader job search techniques and approaches.
The post-holder will also be required to maintain appropriate patient records and ensure their Caseload Management Tool is continuously updated.
The post-holder will be flexible in their approach, working a hybrid model with some time spent in the office, some time spent co-locating in external premises, and some time spent working from home.

Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of a 3-year Train the Trainer pilot programme in the chosen pilot locations in England or Scotland.

You will be responsible for managing a number of key donor relationships, while leading a dynamic and collaborative team to deliver against income targets across trusts, statutory, high value donors (HVD), events, awards and corporate sources. With at least five years fundraising experience, you will bring specialist expertise in at least one of the following areas: trusts and foundations, statutory or high value donors.
This is a pivotal moment for fundraising at Reprieve. The fundraising landscape in the UK has been affected by the economic crisis, and Reprieve is responding to this new context by remaining agile and proactively seeking new opportunities and funding sources. Our aim for the next 1 – 3 years is to maintain our current income and ensure Reprieve can resource our critical work at the same level. Reporting to the DDF, you will manage three Development Officers, ensuring they have the guidance, support, and infrastructure they need to fundraise effectively. You will work with the Head of Finance, the DDF and the Joint Executive Director (JED) to monitor and feed into organisational, programme and project budgets and income projections. You will also collaborate with the wider fundraising team, including the Head of Mass Engagement, who leads our public fundraising (digital, emails, challenge events, regular giving); the finance team; the casework team, and Reprieve’s network of partners and fellows.

Contract, Location and Salary
This is a one year, fixed term contract from May 2025 covering parental leave. The salary is £61,003 per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 40% per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK currently and for the duration of the contract, which will be checked prior to interview.
Reprieve works across a number of jurisdictions; as such, this is a role that may require work outside of core office hours from time to time. This role also requires availability for face-to-face meetings with donors and other staff members in London on a regular basis.

Main purpose and scope of the role
This is a pivotal leadership role within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at Medical Detection Dogs (MDD), combining strategic oversight with hands-on operational involvement.
