Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Power Apps Studio, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power BI to automate processes and improve data insights
• Working closely with teachers, school leaders, head office staff, consultants and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solutions meet their needs
• Integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems used by the Harris Federation, ensuring security, seamless data flow and functionality.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the developed solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as required
• Creating technical documentation and providing training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the developed solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve existing solutions

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• A good general education demonstrating numeracy and literacy
• Operational experience of developing AI tools and processes, ideally within a large education environment or similarly large organisation
• Familiarity with educational data, recognising the sensitivities of this data as well as understanding what quality and accurate data means for educational institutions
• Awareness of potential impacts if data is inaccurate, particularly in educational settings
• Confidence with the management of educational data across a complex organisation
• Familiarity with operating within an integrated/complex educational data system
• Experience of reporting and analysis of educational workforce data
• Understanding of relevant employment legislation, the Data Protection Act, Information Governance issues, GDPR and the principles of equality and diversity, especially as they pertain to educational environments
• Knowledge of the rules, guidance, and laws governing the secure handling of personally identifiable data within educational institutions
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot 365, Power automate, Power Bi, Sharepoint, Power Apps and other Microsoft products

Overview of the International Chief Outreach Officer

The International Chief Outreach Officer (ICOO) will assume responsibility for all international communications, outreach and emerging countries and reports to the International Chief Executive Officer
This position will ensure that the ministry is maximising its potential and impact in raising prayers, awareness and donations for Barnabas Aid, whilst upholding its distinct Christian identity.

We are offering an opportunity for a qualified Technical Specialist in Conservation Design & Impact to play a central role in delivering and supporting Fauna & Flora’s work to strengthen project design and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) to understand impact at project and organisational levels and strengthen conservation practice.

Your experience will include theory-based project design and MEL, and you will have knowledge of a breath of MEL approaches relevant to conservation work – including social, ecological, behavioural and capacity building. More practically, working closely with targeted project teams and other technical specialists, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing context-appropriate, pragmatic project MEL systems. This will include supporting project teams in the design of impact focused MEL based on the project’s Theory of Change, creation of holistic MEL framework and establishment of protocols for the collection, analysis and evaluation of data, and potentially conducting (or facilitating self-) evaluations of project data where relevant. These will all be considerate of the context of the project, ensuring that the time, skills, and funding investment needed is practical. Your skills will be grounded in practical experience of delivering conservation initiatives, and you will have direct experience of delivering MEL from design through to analysis, interpretation and management and use of gathered data.

You will also be experienced at building the capacity of others operating within varied resource constraints and contexts. This could include formal training, accompaniment and coaching. You will be able to think holistically and work collaboratively with project staff, partners, and other technical specialists from diverse disciplines to effectively embed enhanced MEL into conservation projects and to document and share learning. This will include the production of guidance materials, active participation in Communities of Practice, and facilitating peer learning and training.

This position is based in Cambridge. Some local and international travel may be required. Overview of the International Chief Projects Officer

The International Chief Projects Officer (ICPO) will lead and oversee the Projects Department, and reports to the International Chief Executive Officer.

The ICPO will drive the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of Barnabas’ projects around the world. The ICPO will work closely with the International CEO, senior leadership team, and local project partners to identify opportunities, ensure effective and efficient resource allocation, and deliver impactful results that align with Barnabas’ mission to support persecuted and suffering Christians.

The ICPO will ensure that Barnabas’ projects are strategically aligned with the organisation’s goals, operationally effective, and financially sustainable, while maintaining the highest standards of accountability and impact measurement.

About the role

We are delighted to have received three-year funding from the Aviva Foundation to fund this brand-new Grants Officer role based in London.

You’ll be part of our Programmes team supporting kinship carers in London to access grants which will help reduce financial stress. This could be grants to buy things like white goods and uniforms or accessing Buttle grants to support children growing up in kinship care.

As Grants Officer you’ll talk to kinship carers, discuss their needs, their priorities and then write charitable grant applications on their and their family’s behalf. 

You will oversee and deliver the grants process, including co-ordinating the purchase of items (such as children’s clothes, beds or washing machines), collecting receipts for items as required by the funders and liaising with all teams to ensure timely receipt of funds within the charity and to the kinship carers.

Building relationships with funders is core, sharing the impact of the grants and insight about the lives of kinship families in London. You’ll work closely with Programmes, Peer Support, Training and Advice colleagues who work with kinship families in London.

You will also create and run online and face-to-face workshops and clinics, helping kinship carers to understand how to apply for other grants, thereby encouraging resilience and confidence to apply for grants themselves.

You will be a proactive and persuasive relationship builder, able to create partnerships with a range of organisations and peer support groups that support kinship families.

You’ll build trusting and respectful relationships with kinship carers who you will work one-to-one with in community settings. And you’ll build relationships with a range of grant giving organisations across London.

We’re looking for someone who can really deliver impact and demonstrate how embedding this role into the community helps to unlock funding and support for kinship carers at a local level.

The type of person we’re looking for

Kinship carers are at the heart of all we do. This role could be the difference between a kinship carer being able to dress their child for school properly, being able to buy a fridge, take a first holiday to the seaside… or going without.

We are looking for someone who is really organised and who is able to capture and present information clearly in a persuasive grant application. The successful applicant will be compassionate, empathetic, and organised. We are looking for someone who understands the needs of kinship families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering our new grants service across London.
• Meeting performance targets and KPIs as directed.
• Working with kinship carers and their families across London to gather information to complete and submit grant applications.
• Administering grants we secure for our kinship carers and carry out all the necessary administration related to grants.
• Undertaking research to identify funders and build excellent relationships with local grant making charities in order to increase support for kinship families.
• Delivering grant workshops at peer support groups sharing information about locally available grants and providing advice and support on making a successful application.
• Running face-to-face grant clinics within peer support groups or community venues in London, working directly with kinship carers to write and submit requests for grants.

Essential criteria includes:

• Experience of speaking to vulnerable people on the telephone, face-to-face and online, and gathering information with empathy and understanding.
• Experience of working with socially excluded or marginalised people and their families in face-to-face and community settings.
• Experience of running online and face-to-face workshops. 
• An understanding of budgeting, managing money, income and expenditure.
• Proven understanding of the importance of confidentiality and a non-judgmental approach.
• Evidence of awareness of safeguarding issues and good practice. 
• Experience of organising and prioritising a busy workload without close supervision.
• Proven clear understanding of the need to keep grants records and communication with kinship carers and funders up to date.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

Overall job purpose

This is a fundamental role within our North regional team, internally the role is known as Local Community Officer. The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on communities supporting their local CCT church with funds, events, inspiring interpretation, visitor services and preventive conservation. The Local Community Officer will engage and support communities and volunteers to care for 23 historic churches across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, W. Yorkshire, N. Yorkshire (part), ensuring each site achieves agreed standards.

You will work closely with the Lead Local Community Officer (North), regional and national colleagues, volunteers, community groups and other local stakeholders.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic planner to join RABI as our new Head of Finance & Operations. This is a critical role at the heart of our organisation, ensuring that our financial management, operational governance, HR practices and estates oversight are robust and future-focused. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a central role in planning and delivering the strategic priorities of the charity.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, you will lead and develop high-performing teams across Finance, HR, and Estates & Operations. You will bring strong strategic planning insight, ensuring sound financial planning and performance, operational excellence, and compliance with governance frameworks and regulations. You’ll also manage relationships with investment and estate advisors to ensure we are making the best use of our resources in line with our strategic goals.

What we are looking for

You will be a CCAB-qualified finance professional with substantial experience of working at a senior level, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector. Your background will include leading finance, HR and operations functions, and developing and implementing strategic financial and operational plans. We’re looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, who brings a collaborative and open approach to building strong relationships across teams and with external partners. Experience of investment portfolio oversight, estate management, and working through organisational change will be key to your success in this role.

You will also bring strong planning and analytical skills, an eye for risk and performance indicators, and the ability to present strategic planning insight clearly to executive colleagues and Trustees. We are looking for a confident and experienced fundraiser who can draw on their previous record of success in a similar role to build relationships with a range of potential funders and secure the best opportunities to grow our non-Government project and unrestricted income. From setting up a charitable function for the White Rose Forest to developing our fundraising strategy, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape this new role. You will also be able to call on the expertise and experience within the Community Forest Trust and our England’s Community Forests network to support your work.

The Development Manager will be employed through the Community Forest Trust on behalf of the White Rose Forest and will work as part of the WRF core team. The post holder will have access to all systems available to the wider team, and training opportunities as required.

The Development Manager, as with all members of the central WRF team, will work from home without an office base. However, there is the requirement to attend monthly meetings in locations spread across North and West Yorkshire and at other times as required by the needs of the organisation. You well therefore require the ability to travel independently to such locations.

About the role

The Children's Society (TCS) has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. As our Senior Supporter Insight Analyst you will play a pivotal role in The Children's Society's transformation into an ever more audience centric and insight led organisation.

This is a pivotal time to join The Children's Society as we are about to embark on the biggest fundraising campaign in the charity's history to ensure we can meet our 2030 goal to overturn the damaging decline in children's wellbeing.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that we our able to track and automate our campaign KPIs and translate that data into robust insight for our stakeholders. We are about to migrate our data to OneLake in Fabric and you will be pivotal in gathering stakeholder requirements for tracking the performance of our major appeal and work together with the supporter insight analyst to generate a suite of live dashboards in PowerBi. You'll work together closely with stakeholders to ensure that dashboards meet requirements and help to increase data literacy by running regular sessions with stakeholders to review and interrogate the data.

Alongside delivering automated reporting you will also be responsible for delivering deep dive analysis on key fundraising activities, campaigns and supporter journeys. This is so we can continually optimise our activities and communications and ensure that we speak to our supporters about the things that they're interested in, in the right media and with the right frequency and evaluate responses so we can deepen our supporter engagement.

You will become an insight partner for colleagues across the Social Impact domain (who focus on fundraising and marketing) and will help to upskill colleagues to become confident data users to help create an insight culture at TCS. You will also look outward and keep the Audience Insight Team abreast of new development in data analytics.

To succeed in this role, you will be a skilled storyteller, with strong communication skills adept at translate data into actionable insight for your stakeholders. You will be highly technical with strong SQL skills and with the curiosity and capability to use the wealth of data TCS has access to, to help us deepen engagement with existing and new supporter audiences. You are creative yet analytically rigorous and have a stellar track record delivering Advanced Analytics. You must be go-getting and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.

This role sits within our Digital Data and Technology domain and reports into the Head of Supporter Insight. The role has line management responsibility for one role, the Supporter Insight Analyst.

Essential skills:

-Ability to tell stories through data, including strong presentation and powerpoint skills

We are recruiting for a talented Benefits and Debt Worker who has a background in supporting women or children who have experienced domestic violence to make a genuine difference to the lives of survivors. We believe in empowering women and girls to lead safe, non-violent, equal lives and you will play a key role in helping us deliver vital services to those who need them the most. As a Benefits and Debt Worker you will provide service users with advice and support on finance and debt. Carrying out comprehensive assessments, via phone and face-to-face, and you will provide advocacy and support that empowers survivors primarily during crises and in the short term. You will also proactively work with other agencies on the service users’ behalf. You will hold a caseload of survivors and work as part of our duty team on a rota basis which will involve completing intake assessments and providing crisis intervention support.

To be successful as the Benefits and Debt Worker you will need the below experience and skills:

You will have the ability to encourage user engagement with the service through proactive contact. Maintain project logs and collate data from the logs for Team Managers. Proactively assess the needs and safety of any children that women using the service may have. Bring your experience of providing benefit, and debt advice and successfully, managing high numbers of calls and/or cases and have a solid understanding (possibly experience) of supporting women who have experienced domestic violence, forced marriage or ‘honour-based violence.
