Summary

This role sits within the Research and Operations Team in the Philanthropy and Partnerships Department. The post holder will work closely with frontline fundraisers to provide insight and guidance relating to the management and identification of new prospects as well as wider reporting and data management activities. By providing effective pipeline and data management, the post holder will support sustained income generation for the charity.

Main Responsibilities

This role forms an essential part of our high-value fundraising operation by working closely with fundraisers to identify and prioritise prospects through thorough desk-based research. The post holder will also be responsible for effective administration of the charity's partnership approvals process and will be instrumental to the effective rollout and adoption of the new CRM in the Philanthropy and Partnerships Department.

The Salesforce Admin will be key for the successful operation of Anna Freud’s Salesforce environment which is at the heart of the current digital transformation. We have developed a bespoke salesforce product that truly benefits the user, in a mental health environment. Working within the IT Department this role is essential to ensure that Salesforce operates effectively for internal and external stakeholders.

The Salesforce Administrator is expected to administer the system, aid in designing solutions, and assist in supporting the developments already in place.

The post-holder will work within the IT department in Central Support Team but they will also be working with teams across the organisation as the first line of support for any issues.

The successful candidate will join a small and supportive team of 7 people within a fast paced and busy environment as there is a lot to do, with a mixture of team working but also having the initiative to problem solve independently.

As  Data and Impact Officer you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making through insightful data analysis.

Working closely with the Director of Programmes and Impact, you'll be responsible for overseeing the processing and analysis of our data and helping to ensure the learning from this data is understood and embedded by our delivery team so that our programme is constantly refined.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead on data quality and cleanliness across our programmes, identifying and resolving any gaps, errors, or delays, and troubleshooting where necessary.

• Manage and oversee data entry and storage practices in Envision’s Salesforce system, ensuring compliance with Envision’s data protection policy. 

• Regularly review data collection methods and tools to maintain high standards. 

• Support the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, including feedback from young people, volunteers and partners, to identify any learning that can be fed back into bi-annual programme reviews.

• Support an impact culture which ensures data is used for continuous reflection and learning.

We are looking for a part time Supporter Data Officer for a wonderful local hospice, to support the delivery of the Hospice's supporter data and income operations strategy with a focus on data selections and insight.

The role of Project Administrator is a permanent position. We will consider applications for the role on a full or part-time basis, with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.

Specific responsibilities

An applicant appointed to the role will be expected to:

• Importing batches of client information into our client management system and ensuring uploads are working correctly. Addressing errors on our client database: merging data where it is held across multiple client records, deleting incorrect enquires and deleting duplicate client records.

The Samaritans of Manchester and Salford are looking for a part-time Administrator to work in their city centre branch. Manchester and Salford Samaritans is located in Manchester City Centre and is a local branch of the national charity Samaritans.

The Manchester and Salford Branch currently has 180 active volunteers who provide a confidential, non-judgemental listening service round the clock every day of the year. Our callers can contact us on the phone or via email. The branch also supports Listeners in two local prisons.

The purpose of this job is to provide administrative support in the Branch so that the volunteers have what they need to provide the service that supports our callers.
The role will include:

· Responding to emails and enquiries. 
· Completing monthly checks of the building.
· Supporting the Leadership team.
· Managing information and records.

This is an office-based role a part-time post for 15 hours a week working 5 hours for 3 days each week. The role is a job share and is based in our office on Oxford Street in Manchester where volunteers take calls. The working hours will typically be 10am – 3pm. Typically Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to provide consistent support during the week. Approximately once a month there is a requirement to work in the evening for 2 hours to prepare and minute Leadership Meetings. The dates of these evening sessions are known well in advance. On those days any hours worked in the evening are instead of the usual hours earlier in the day.

The vision of the Schools Division is one where all schools and colleges in the UK are mentally healthy. This means the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people is prioritised alongside their academic attainment. The Schools and Colleges Early Support Service works with schools to offer direct remote support to children, young people, families and school staff across England. Our ambition is to work in up to 200 schools providing direct support for mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The Administrator will sit within a small dynamic team, the Schools and Colleges Early Support Service, supporting the ambitious partnership between The Anna Freud Centre and Mind. 

We are looking for a person who is interested in learning more about the school environment and how remote therapy interventions are delivered. The post-holder will be involved in a large project to implement and imbed a new CRM, with opportunity to become a super-user for the CRM and be involved in training to new team members. There may also be opportunities to get involved in our children and young people’s advisory group or parent/carer advisory group.

Location

Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).

NHS Providers' development programmes team delivered a range of training and development activities for NHS boards and foundation trust governors. The team delivers over 200 events annually. We are looking for an additional programme administrator to take responsibility for the efficient event and logistics administration of this work to deliver high quality training and support for our members. This activity is delivered virtually, in-person or hybrid.
