Campaign Against Arms Trade is seeking an experienced IT manager on a part-time basis (21 hours per week) on a monthly rolling contract starting in May.
This role is hands-on with a broad responsibility of providing subject matter expertise along with general IT support, systems administration and project management. About the Role:
This role is based in Bedfordshire with consideration given to hybrid working. As an Non DA Related Independent Stalking Advocate you will be:
- providing a high quality support & advocacy service to victims of stalking
- working closely with our IDVA services within Bedfordshire
- managing a caseload; identifying and assessing risks and needs, providing a tailored crisis intervention service through individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support
- working with other agencies and advocating on behalf of service users in order to help them access services to keep them safe
- working within a multi-agency framework consisting of voluntary and statutory partners to build local partnerships, in order to offer a coordinated response to stalking
- promoting the service and raise awareness of stalking through regular training of local partners.
You will need:
- Experience of working in support and advocacy with victims of stalking would be advantageous
- To be able to prioritise work & deal with competing demands
- Ideally you will hold a ISAC or SafeLives IDVA accreditation, relevant degree, vocational qualification or relevant experience of delivering a service and working with victims of stalking and/or domestic abuse

About the role:
This role is based in our offices located in Shipley and Wakefield.
As a part-time Helpline Advisor (Triage ISVA) you will provide initial advice and information to clients accessing our service. You will ensure the referral meets our criteria and where this is not the case you have the ability to build strong links with referral pathways across the region. You will be required to provide continuity, advocacy and impartial advice and information about all options, such as reporting to the police, accessing Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) services, and specialist support such as pre-trial therapy and sexual violence counselling.
You will undertake risk assessments and support needs analysis with clients and address initial needs and risk.
To provide non-therapeutic emotional and practical support to victims/survivors. This will be delivered via telephone, text and/or email based on the preferences and need of the client. To build links with services across West Yorkshire to ensure wrap around support is available.
Provide information and advocacy to enable clients to navigate and understand the criminal justice process and ensure their rights are upheld in accordance with the Victims Code of Practice. Explain criminal, legal and if relevant, civil remedies to clients.

Prepare invoice authorisation and payment process, ensuring invoices and expenses are recorded and approved appropriately, and payments made to suppliers in a timely manner.

Administer the corporate credit card scheme to ensure statements and transactions are approved, reconciled and accurate.
Issue and update membership invoices using CRM.

About the role:
You will lead and support a team of Homicide Family Caseworkers to meet VS and Homicide Service standards and contractual requirements. The family caseworkers provide in person support to families who have experienced the sudden and traumatic death by Homicide (Murder/Manslaughter/Corporate manslaughter/Gross Negligence manslaughter). The Family Caseworkers also offer specialist support to direct Eyewitnesses of Homicide. They provide a systematic, trauma informed approach to care and undertake a comprehensive needs assessment which will create a bespoke support plan for each person they support. The caseworkers are responsible for ensuring the needs identified are met, that each person being supported receives guidance, advise and practical support as well as emotional support and advocacy. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills essential to managing a diverse workload, and be committed to supporting the caseworkers to deliver support.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional trauma informed advocacy and support to all and you will have an understanding of the impact that trauma and bereavement can have on individuals. We support staff to keep them safe within their role and you will lead on the importance of personal and professional resilience and wellbeing for the team.
You will have excellent communication skills and will support the Operation Managers to maintain the highest standards of service delivery, across a widely geographically dispersed team. You will be prepared to travel across the geographical area including occasional overnight stays to ensure you can meet team members in person as well as online. We value our teams and their welfare

The Head of Mass Participation Fundraising is responsible for overseeing our mass fundraising team. Leadership
- To lead and inspire the Mass Participation team fostering a collaborative and high performing culture that delivers against income and objectives

Strategy, Planning and reporting

Collaboration
- In collaboration with the Marketing Communications team, oversee the development of compelling integrated fundraising acquisition and engagement plans
- Liaise with trustees’ internal stakeholders to develop Mass fundraising activity, and contribute to reporting for trustees and SLT as required

About the role:
We are looking for an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA). This is a full time role on fixed term contract. Hybrid working would be available for this role. The aim of this role is to support victims of domestic abuse who live in Central Bedfordshire. This role will be part of our other wider specialist services covering Bedfordshire.
As an IDVA you will be:
- Providing a high quality support and advocacy service to victims of domestic abuse.
- Managing a caseload; identifying and assessing risks and needs, providing a tailored crisis intervention service trough individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
- Working with other agencies and advocating on behalf of service users in order to help them access services to keep them safe.
- Working within a multi-agency framework consisting of partners as well as MARAC and other local partnerships to offer a coordinated response to domestic abuse.
- Promoting the service and raise awareness of domestic abuse through the delivery of training
- Supporting the Daily Domestic Abuse meeting in the IFD (Integrated Front Door), which discusses all medium/standard risk referrals that have come in over the previous 24 hours and agrees on the most appropriate source of advice and support for the family.
- Attending the BRiF meetings weekly where community partners bring concerns about family's they are working with including concerns about standard/medium domestic abuse.
- Professional point of contact for the IFD and Adult Safeguarding teams (also based at Priory House).
- Point of contact for any concerns staff have about their own relationships and dynamics of domestic abuse they need support with
You will need:
- Experience of working in support and advocacy with victims of domestic abuse is advantageous
- To be able to prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands/needs and interests and promote organisation interests and values.
- To ideally hold a SafeLives IDVA accreditation, relevant degree, vocational qualification or relevant experience of delivering a service and working with domestic abuse victim's/service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting.

About the role:
This role is based in Rochdale Police station along with some hybrid working, you must be prepared to travel across the borough of Rochdale.
As a CYP IDVA you will deliver specialist and enhanced support to Children and Young People aged 4-17 who have experienced Domestic Violence Abuse in the home. You will be responsible for providing high quality interventions to children & young people affected by DVA through the development of individually tailored & risk assessed support and safety plans. You will offer support through one-to-one sessions to address issues of self-esteem, manage emotions and feelings of blame and responsibility with the aim to improve understanding of abusive behaviour, healthy relationships and conflict resolution.
You will need:
To conduct comprehensive needs and risk assessments and ensure each CYP receives an individual tailored support package that fully meets their identified needs, including safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
To advocate on behalf of children and young people with experience of domestic abuse to ensure the diverse needs of children and young people using the service are met.
Provide one to one support to children and young people living in families affected by domestic abuse.
The ability to review the assessment of risk on an ongoing basis, ensuring appropriate and immediate action is taken in respect of any CYP facing significant harm, making the necessary referrals to MARAC and local safeguarding processes as required given the legal framework relating to the protection of children and the policy and procedures of the Local Safeguarding Children's Board.
To establish links with relevant statutory partners in Social Care, Education, Health, Police and Housing, with the intention of supporting children and young people who have been impacted by domestic abuse. Attend meetings as required.
Ideally a background in Social Worker, Domestic Abuse or Children & Young People services would be advantageous.

About the role:
This role is based at either our Preston or Accrington Office. After six months probation you will be eligible to apply for hybrid working. All travel costs to and from appointments from your office base will be reimbursed.
As a Triage & early Intervention worker you will be:

About the role:
This is a hybrid working role with the working hours split between our office in Plymouth and working from home, therefore, residence in the Devon & Cornwall area and a confidential home work space is required. There will also be occasional travel throughout Devon & Cornwall.

The West London Service Delivery Executive will play a key part in the Service Delivery Team across London supporting with the smooth running of our service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, volunteers and visitors.
