We are looking for an experienced, driven and brilliant marketer who will help create, execute and evaluate multi-channel marketing and campaign strategies and continuously assess impact and ROI. You will be a superb campaigns manager that has a passion for excellence and delivering high quality outputs that show impact. From planning with Head of Marketing and Communications to developing and delivering alongside internal teams and external partners, you will thrive on achieving impressive results. There is a very strong focus on all aspects of digital campaigning for this role and you will be fully knowledgeable about Google ads, Google analytics, SEO, PFA, PPC, SEM, CRM, mobile, social media, website design and content creation, podcasts, blogs, vlogs and email creation. You will be at a significant advantage if you have design and WordPress experience. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Drive engagement, increase visibility, improve our course sales and fundraising targets
· Manage our national and localised digital awareness campaigns from development stage to presenting results and assessment of impact
· Manage and optimise our website and landing pages for improved user experience and conversion rates
· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
· Help develop social media engagement strategies with our social media officer
· Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis

To be successful in this role, you must be responsive, flexible, have pride in your attention to detail, be extremely organised, meet deadlines and be driven to exceeding your targets. You will need to be self-motivated and work comfortably on your own as a remote worker but enjoy working in a team (online). You will enjoy working mostly operationally as well as having a strategic approach to your work.
For this role, you will need:
- Evidence of leading and implementation of successful digital campaigns
- Project management of campaigns and communicating tasks to project teams effectively and efficiently

The Development Manager (Individual Giving) will focus on increasing donations from individual supporters. - Working closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team, lead the translation of People’s Economy’s strategy into a programme of work in Birmingham
- Working closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team, identify the resources People’s Economy needs to deliver its strategy in Birmingham and contribute to fundraising for the organisation’s programme of work in Birmingham
- Working closely with Programme Director lead outreach and relationship building with community and civil society partners, including members of the Economic Justice Brum

We are recruiting a Policy and Campaigns Manager to take forward our work on household debt. This role plays a key part in our campaign to end the UK’s household debt crisis.
Over ten million people in the UK are now ‘overindebted’, meaning they are behind on bills or are finding their debt repayments a heavy financial burden. The crisis has been growing over the last decade but has increased dramatically because of the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis. More and more people are now borrowing to cover bills and essentials.
Our campaign combines community organising with national level campaigning and advocacy work to bring the voices of those most affected by the debt crisis to the fore in debates on policy solutions. You will use your policy and campaigning expertise to help ensure the people most impacted by problem household debt have a say in influencing the policies that affect them. You will work on issues such as the growth in council tax debt and bailiff use, the huge build up in energy debt as a result of the cost of living crisis and making insolvency policy and practice fairer and more accessible so more people can get out of debt.
You will be a key member of our household debt project team, working alongside the Head of Campaigns, Head of Policy and Advocacy, Digital Campaigner and Lead Organiser.
We are looking for someone with great policy analysis and advocacy skills, a strong campaigning mindset, and a passion for social justice. We are not expecting you to already be an expert in all aspects of the role or in household debt policy but are looking for someone with the potential to develop quickly. Crucially, you will also need to appreciate why taking a community organising approach and building the power of people affected by debt is important, though you do not need to have experience in community organising.
This role will require some evening and weekend working, though this will be infrequent.

This will be a residential support service for young people aged 16-24 years at risk of serious youth violence, who are already caught up in the criminal justice system and at high risk of remaining part of the system. You will be working across three London properties alongside a large multi-agency staff team made up of experts by experience/profession in psychology and therapy; youth work; offending; education, training, and employment (ETE) and housing. The service will work creatively and holistically to enable young people to exit environments involving youth violence, identify and reach their goals and aspirations, move on successfully to appropriate independent living, and importantly to sustain this life. As the Story Garden Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Story Garden and our move in October 2025. You will work closely with our community engagement team, to ensure that the Story Garden legacy lives on in Somers Town. You will also manage our small Garden Team, to oversee horticultural, volunteering and community engagement activities at the Story Garden and for a short period of time, after the move, at our new site and/or in a new community hub created in Somers Town.
