About you

This role is a lovely mix of account management and new business. We are looking for a creative, pro-active, and outgoing New Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team who can build on our successful corporate partnership programme. This is an exciting role that combines new business and account management, implementing Orchid’s corporate fundraising strategy with the aim of maximising income from corporate partnerships.

Corporate Partnerships Manager Responsibilities:

As a key member of our Fundraising Team, you will be responsible for researching prospective corporate partners for specific industry sectors and building a pipeline of potential sources of income, identifying new opportunities and growing our partnership base as well as maximising income from current partners.

You will be a natural communicator who has the ability to persuade, influence and inspire, with the confidence to build relationships at a senior level, across various departments and industries.

Corporate Partnerships Manager Requirements:

About Orchid Cancer Appeal 
Over 55,000 men are diagnosed every year in the UK with testicular, prostate, or penile cancer.  Orchid is the UK’s leading charity working in the area of male-specific cancers.

Established in 1996 by testicular cancer patient Colin Osborne, and the oncologist who saved his life, Professor Tim Oliver, the charity exists to saves lives through funding a world-class research programme, awareness and education campaigns and a range of vital Nurse-led support services. About the Role

The Corporate Fundraiser will work closely with the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager to secure new relationships across the Fylde Coat, developing a pipeline of sustainable income. You'll maintain a donor-centric approach to fundraising, ensuring that current supporters feel appreciated and building long-term holistic relationships.

About You

This role would suit someone who is a natural relationship builder with a talent for finding creative ways to connect with corporate supporters while attracting new businesses opportunities. You'll have worked in a fundraising or business development environment before and will have a track record of meeting financial targets and balancing a demanding workload with competing deadlines.

As Head of Fundraising & Engagement, you will play a key role in developing a cohesive fundraising, communications, and engagement strategy to secure sustainable income and elevate our profile. This role will see you working closely with the Chief Executive and the Fundraising Committee to lead initiatives with trusts and foundations, the National Lottery, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners.

You’ll oversee a dynamic team of four:

• Philanthropy and Partnerships Lead: Managing a portfolio of trusts and assisting with corporate and high-net-worth fundraising.

We’re excited to welcome a Fundraising & Grants Officer to our team! You’ll support the Head of Business Development & Partnerships in securing essential funding for Action for Family Carers, keeping our fundraising efforts running smoothly.

While previous fundraising experience is a plus, it’s not essential—if you bring transferable skills from business development, marketing, or similar fields, we’d love to hear from you. With strong communication skills and a knack for using data to build compelling cases, you’ll manage smaller bids independently and assist with larger applications and proposals. Your main role will be coordinating funding applications and reports and researching new funding opportunities like corporate partnerships. You will also support our community fundraisers.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head of Fundraising, the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager will lead on the development and implementation of a focused Corporate and Community fundraising strategy. You’ll secure a pipeline of sustainable income whilst line managing the Corporate Fundraiser, two Community Engagement Officers and Fundraising Officer. You’ll discover and creative and innovative ways to engage with new and existing corporate partners. You’ll ensure that current supporters feel appreciated through creating and implementing a tailored stewardship strategy, while attracting new donors through building the hospice’s profile across the community.

About You

We are looking for a fundraising pro who is looking to take that step up into a leadership role. You’ll be coming into an established pipeline with loads to go at. You’ll be supported by a brilliant Head of Fundraising as well as a wider organisation that really invests in and believes in its people. There are loads of exciting things in the pipeline with some big anniversaries coming up for both Trinity and Brian House in 2025.  You’ll have a track record of meeting and surpassing financial targets, and of developing and delivering new and innovative ideas and activities that will generate income. As a Fundraising team lead, you’ll be comfortable managing a demanding workload, ensuring you meet tight deadlines.

This role requires a full driving licence, with access to own car and appropriate business insurance.

Main Purpose of Job:

We are seeking an experienced fundraiser with excellent relationship management skills to help build resilient and profitable income streams for the Somerset Cricket Foundation (SCF) and extend the reach of the charity’s profile. This will include working with existing and new corporate relationships, individuals and Trusts & Foundations.

You will develop and use stewardship tools to guide donors and partnerships through their giving journey; including cultivation plans, proposals, and reports. You will be involved in sourcing and presenting tailored information, making appropriate financial and non-financial requests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Agree an annual high-value fundraising strategy for SCF, in collaboration with the Somerset Cricket Foundation Fundraising Committee and Managing Director.
• Take overall responsibility for the development, growth, and implementation high-value relationships.
• Develop and create new fundraising opportunities that raise the profile of SCF and attract new partners and donors.
• Nurture and maintain long-lasting positive relationships with corporate contacts and individual supporters to build a loyal supporter base.
• Collaborate proactively with the SCCC Commercial team and associated fundraising partners, to broaden the reach and impact of the work of SCF and promote the wider club.
• Promote the work of the SCF at networking events, through associated media and literature.
• Input into the creation of the annual SCF Impact Report, ensuring it is shared with new and existing supporters.
• Monitor and evaluate the annual impact that fundraising is bringing to the Foundation through effective reporting.
• Work collaboratively with the SCF Programme leads to identify opportunities in raising awareness and essential additional revenues.

As Fundraising Assistant, you will report to, and work closely with, the Grants and Philanthropy Manager, under the overall leadership of the Director of Development and Partnerships. You will also work with the Senior Philanthropy Officer, Corporate Partnerships Manager, Supporter Development Manager, Corporate Fundraising Officer, Grants Officer, Fundraising Officer (Claims) and Fundraising Officer (Legacies).

You will be joining the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Fundraising team – a supportive, innovative and welcoming team, responsible for Individual Giving, Major Donors, Grants and Trusts, Legacies, Community Fundraising as well as Corporate Supporters. This team is tasked with providing, maintaining and growing the income of the Trust. We have a particularly exciting and challenging period ahead as the Trust seeks to source funding for its ambitious new strategy 'A Wilder Norfolk for All'. With responsibility for the administration of the efforts of the Fundraising Team, you will work closely with colleagues in Nature Conservation, Nature Recovery, our Visitor Centres, PR and Comms and Engagement.

You will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of NWT's fundraising systems and effective recording of the Team's communications and income details on the Trust's CRM system.

Norfolk Wildlife Trust prides itself in having an excellent reputation for managing its relationships with donors, sponsors, funders and potential funders sensitively at all times. You will play an important role in assisting with the stewardship of our supporters by coordinating our regular contact strategy with donors and provide administrative support to the Director of Development and Partnerships, Grants and Philanthropy Manager and Senior Philanthropy Officer.

Working closely with other fundraising officers, you will make a direct contribution to the work of the team through supporting the Fundraising Officers in delivering supporter stewardship events, co-ordinating collection boxes, online giving schemes and small-scale community giving.

You will be responsible for drafting and co-ordinating communications acknowledging supporter donations and Donations in Memory.

Being at the front-line of communication, you will maintain a positive, pleasant and 'can-do' attitude in dealings with all those inside and outside the organisation. You will have demonstrable administrative and customer facing experience. The role would be ideal for someone interested in progressing a career in fundraising.

The role is 5 days (35 hours) per week, however part-time hours or a variation to this working pattern will be considered for the right candidate.
