LSCft Charitable Fund is the charity linked to the Trust which covers donations for patients, service users, carers and colleague’s wellbeing.
The post is an important link between the Trust and the local community, facilitating fundraising across corporate and public initiatives, stakeholder and corporate giving and launch our corporate and sponsorship opportunities to local businesses as part of our fundraising plan.
Due to our expansive geography, many of our colleagues who work here are also residents, families of service users and patients, carers for their loved ones and may be service users themselves. Their wellbeing is essential. Raising funds for the Charity will include looking after and enhancing their wellbeing.
You will require experience of fundraising, bid writing and charity law and display considerable energy and enthusiasm to inspire colleagues, patients, service users, families, visitors and the local community to choose LSCft as their preferred charity in Lancashire and South Cumbria.
You will also work with local businesses, colleagues and volunteer networks to develop fundraising initiatives, activities and events. You will ensure that fundraising ideas and high profile events are in place to generate funds to desired targets in the first year of launch.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, extensive fundraising experience and proven ability to create plans, strategies and income across different platforms. You will be a keen people person, be good at motivating, influencing and encouraging charity activities and be confident in your approach and able to work with minimal supervision, taking ownership in this role as our expert in the field of fundraising.

Overview
The Green Team was founded in 1995 to support young people to succeed in achieving the Duke of Edinburgh award. Since then, the team has grown significantly and now offers nine programmes along with corporate volunteering days and holiday activities. From one member of staff and a few volunteers, we now have 10 staff and over 50 volunteers.
The growth of the team since 1995 has been primarily driven by our current CEO, Penny Radway. The size of the organisation and number of programmes run mean that we believe the time is right to introduce a dual CEO approach. Penny will focus on CEO responsibilities for delivering our programmes.
The role
To co-lead the charity promoting the mission, aims, values and objectives, be directly responsible for specific agreed areas of the charity’s corporate operations while overseeing and ensuring the success of these operations. To increase income generation, specifically unrestricted funds, enhance existing financial controls, and impact reporting. To also ensure there are clear and impactful communications, partnerships and marketing approaches for the development of the Green Team.
Work in partnership with the Co-CEO Programmes to advise the Trustees on the strategic direction of the organisation and to implement Board decisions. To ensure the sustainability of the Green Team, with a focus on increasing unrestricted funds to achieve longevity of the organisation.

Young Enterprise is looking for a new Educational Partnerships Manager in Tees Valley with some work in North Yorkshire and County Durham. To succeed in the role it is vital that you can travel extensively across the region and into North Yorkshire so the candidate will ideally live in the area.
Young Enterprise is a national charity working directly with young people, teachers, and volunteers, helping young people prepare for their future. This role supports the continued development of YE’s impact by providing young people with opportunities to engage in YE’s enterprise and financial education programmes building vital skills, developing an enterprising mindset, supporting them to build their future and enabling them to make a positive contribution to their community and society.
As Educational Partnerships Manager you will be a key contributor to the regional educational partnerships team, supporting the team to achieve shared KPIs for the region and the wider organisation. The role of Educational Partnerships Manager involves working directly with young people and teachers in schools that are delivering / supporting the delivery of our Young Enterprise programmes.
The Educational Partnerships Manager role will suit someone who can work with young people, build rapport and engage young people from a range of backgrounds. You will need to be confident in working within education settings and liaising with school staff, volunteers, and corporate volunteers. This can be a varied role, but a very exciting role as well as very rewarding. Your experience in relationship development and management will help with developing new schools as well as supporting existing school relationships. There is not an exhaustive list but is to provide you with a flavour of the role.

This is a home-based role, however, will require significant travel in Tees Valley and some travel to parts of North Yorkshire and County Durham so the candidate will ideally live in the area.A DBS will be required.

We want a person with a passion to fight asylum destitution and great digital and social media skills who is looking for a first paid role in communications, awareness and fundraising.
They will carry out a structured programme of activities and develop and run and develop Hopes social media. Activities will include designing and delivering an online fundraising campaign, organising events to encourage Hope supporters, linking in to national and regional campaigns and using social media to give a voice to the stories of our clients.

Job description:
- Under the supervision of the director and other Hope staff to carry out a programme of activities and events such as:
- Organising an in person event to thank Hope supporters
- Designing and carrying out a winter fundraising appeal
- Contributing to online and in person campaigns run by Hope partners such as Asylum Matters and Together with Refugees
- Managing and developing Hopes social media, currently facebook and X (twitter). This will include creating content with Hope clients and recognising occasions such as Refugee Week, World Homelessness day and United Nations Day
- Organising a sponsored fundraising event
- Accurately recording and reporting on work undertaken
- Making links with potential supporters, individual and corporate
- Be aware of and work within Hope policies and procedures, including but not restricted to Safeguarding; Health and Safety; and Equality and Diversity.
- Contribute to planning and the development of Hope Project
- Attend Team Meetings, Steering Group and other Partner meetings.
- To maintain a good relationship with other Hope staff and partners
- Engage with regular support and supervision
- Undertake training when required
- Any other tasks in line with the nature of the post
