Location of Work: Flexible, this post holder can be based at home, our London office or a hybrid approach working from home with office visits as required, we continue to seek to enable flexible and remote working. The role may involve some irregular travel throughout England and Scotland.
Contract Type: Ideally full-time, 35 hours per week, although part time / flexible hours may be considered. The role may require occasional evening and weekend work.

BACKGROUND
Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. Over 200,000 children and young people are on roll at Primary, Secondary, ASL / Special Educational Needs Schools and Pupil Referral Units that the charity works with, in disadvantaged areas of Scotland and England. Providing breakfast ensures that children start their school day with the energy and nutrition they need to be able to make the most of their morning lessons. Magic Breakfast also undertakes research, and campaigns for long-term solutions to end hunger as a barrier to learning.

JOB PURPOSE
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The biggest team within the Fundraising and Development department, Corporate Partnerships are responsible for building and unlocking multi-layered and mutually beneficial relationships that go beyond, and include, critical financial support.
The Head of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for leading, empowering and enabling a dynamic, growing and ambitious team to maximise the potential of both cash and gift-in-kind income streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, mission-led focus and alignment across new partnership development and management whilst also playing a critical role as part of the wider Fundraising & Development leadership and Magic Breakfast core management group.
In recent years, our existing corporate fundraising programme has developed and grown and includes a volunteering programme that engages with over 200 volunteers a year. Our portfolio includes long-term strategic relationships with companies including Heinz, Amazon and New York Bakery Company as well as newer partnerships with companies such as Marriot Hotels. As the Head of the team, you will provide senior and strategic support to help deepen the impact of our many multi-faceted relationships whilst championing innovation and creativity throughout. You will also oversee the development of a targeted pipeline to ensure there are clear strategies for identification, cultivation, and stewardship and that partners are aligned with Magic Breakfast values and our Ethical Fundraising Policy.
To enable the success of the partnerships team, the successful candidate will work closely with other departments across the organisation to build effective relationships and identify and deliver opportunities for partners to deliver on and engage with our strategic objectives and campaigns.
As a member of the Senior Fundraising Leads and Core Management Group, the post holder will also show exceptional leadership, role model our core values, and support the development and delivery of the major giving and wider fundraising strategy, and the in-year management of our organisational objectives and KPIs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Leadership

Support the development and delivery of a new Fundraising & Development strategy, identifying and contributing specifically to sustainable and ambitious growth from corporate partners in line with the charity’s financial ambitions and strategic objectives

Lead in convening colleagues to ensure the organisation can make empowered decisions and continue to grow in an informed and sustainable manner.
Income Generation and Donor Stewardship

Manage a high-performing corporate fundraising team, providing leadership and support to set and implement an effective corporate fundraising strategy raising £3,400,000 in cash and £1,500,000 from GIK in 2024/25 with a focus on multi-year investment.

Increase cash and gift-in-kind income from corporate partners by:

Building the capacity of the new business function to grow a robust and diverse multi-year pipeline of prospects and support them in on-boarding new high value partnerships

Building the capacity of the account management function to effectively steward, uplift and retain our existing partners, maximising added value opportunities for mutual benefit.
Reporting, Budgets and Financial Management

Manage all aspects of the Corporate Partnerships team budget.

Lead on the data capture and reporting on all corporate management cash and gift income via our Salesforce data base, reporting as necessary on opportunities, risk and any changes to forecast or projected income received.

Conduct effective annual planning and budgeting in close collaboration with colleagues from across the organisation, setting, measuring, and reporting against agreed budget, KPIs and objectives
Core Management Group

Lead the Corporate Partnerships team in line with Magic Breakfast’s values, supporting and managing them in line with Magic Breakfast’s policies and procedures.

Develop the team’s collective capability through career development plans, which identify training opportunities (formal external training as well as via project allocation and involvement with external partners)

Take an active role in setting, delivering, and evaluating progress against Corporate Partnerships team strategy and goals

The role
We are seeking a fundraiser or an experienced account manager who relishes the excitement of exceeding income targets and developing strong relationships. You will identify opportunities to increase the value of your partnership portfolio and work closely with the Corporate Development Team to ensure the transition between new business and account management is seamless for both FareShare and our partners.
You will manage a portfolio of partners: designing and delivering tailored partnership plans and an innovative and personalised suite of partnership activity. You will work with colleagues across fundraising to ensure we maximise the value of our partnerships. We currently have partnerships with a large variety of exciting brands from Tesco to Oliver Bonas, McDonalds to Subway, Kellogg’s to Pink Lady apples and Bloomberg to Burberry – our partners support us in a variety of ways including cause related marketing campaigns, staff and customer fundraising, corporate donations and wider sponsorships and partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of excellent partnership/relationship management and ideally have experience of delivering a variety of fundraising partnerships including commercial brand licensing. You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable negotiating bespoke deals and benefits packages and will lead renewal plans to secure and grow the support of current partners.
Cross team collaboration is crucial to the role and you will be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and influencing skills.
Main areas of responsibility
1. Deliver first rate account management of corporate partnerships and promotions with existing corporate partners to achieve objectives and build excellent relationships that facilitate future growth.
- Provide a high standard of professional relationship and account management to a portfolio of partners, delivering a mix of partnership types including; Charity of the Year, commercial brand partnerships/campaigns and retail partnerships
- Working with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider team to implement bespoke cultivation and stewardship strategies for each corporate partner, that encourage development of strategic, multi-faceted partnerships thinking creatively and entrepreneurially to maximise the value of each partnership and meet agreed targets and KPIs
- Ensure FareShare’s strategic priorities are addressed through our partnerships and that the brand is protected and appropriately valued
- Prepare and deliver engaging and confident presentations (both at one-to-one level and at a much larger scale)
- Establish, agree and monitor key milestones for each relationship
- Ensure that benefits are fulfilled and delivered on time
- Monitor and maintain systems and processes; including Salesforce database, financial accounting, pipeline, contracts and due diligence.
2. Work closely with internal project teams to maximise the potential for fundraising
- Work with the Corporate New Business function on the development of new partnerships and to ensure a smooth transition from new business to account management
- Work with other areas of Fundraising, the Food Team and Operations Team to maximise possibilities for partners and FareShare and to report to partners in a timely manner
- Work with Marketing and Communications Team to promote partnerships across FareShare and partner channels.
3. Legal, Compliance & Policies
- Efficient and effective management of commercial income activity ensuring compliance with GDPR, legal and charity regulation and FareShare’s own Ethical Gift Policy
- Manage all legal and financial aspects of partnership agreements
- Manage and work within FareShare’s IT systems and data guidelines
- Represent Fundraising where required on internal working groups

We support families across London, Surrey and Sussex whose children are facing cancer or a life-challenging condition. We’re there whatever the outcome, for as long as needed, so that no family has to cope alone.
The charity was founded in 2004 by our now Chief Executive and has grown enormously over that time. We currently have partnerships with 9 hospitals who refer families to us for our support, which ranges from therapies and counselling, to respite holidays and special family experiences.

Position: Corporate Fundraiser

Main Purpose of the Role
Momentum Children’s Charity’s fundraising team is highly ambitious, driven by our goal to help families of seriously ill children in London, Surrey and Sussex to keep moving forward. Corporate income currently comprises circa 18% of the overall income. But with our expansion in hospital partnership geography, and aspiration to provide support to more families in the future, the expansion of this income stream will be key to this growth.
Working with the Corporate Partnerships Lead, this person will enjoy helping to develop all facets of the corporate fundraising area, working with and forging relationships with businesses to develop opportunities, fundraising and charitable giving, provide outstanding stewardship and relationship management, as well as helping to research and grow a healthy, robust pipeline of new opportunities.

Corporate New Business Lead (fundraising) Place of work: Hybrid/Flexible with a requirement to attend our offices in Hatfield, Herts, at least once a month.

The role:
We believe Street Child has a huge opportunity to achieve even more growth in the Corporate Partnerships sector by diversifying our coverage and relationships into new industries and growth markets. The New Business Manager role will play a key role in leading our New Business activity outside of our existing portfolio. Reporting to our recently appointed Senior Manager for Partnership and New Business, your role will involve:
1. Core New Business activity: Researching and development of prospect lists for priority industries to implement New Business campaigns capable of securing multi-year high value partnerships. Ways of working

This role sits within the Corporate Partnerships team that provides high quality account management and supporter experience to retain, renew and grow partners towards Centrepoint’s strategic goal. The team manages a diverse portfolio of partnerships, from long-term strategic partnerships, Charity of the Year relationships and Cause Related Marketing campaigns.
The post holder will manage our corporate partnerships worth between £10,000-50,000, providing excellent and innovative stewardship and impact reporting. This role will work alongside our New Business Officer to seamlessly on-board new partners and will also be integral to recruiting and fundraising for the Centrepoint Corporate Sleep Out event.
Outside of the accounts this post holder will manage, they will also hold responsibility for developing the Corporate Volunteering project alongside their manager.
The Corporate Partnerships Officer role sits within an eight person Corporate Partnerships team, and within a broader 11 person Corporate Fundraising team inclusive of New Business.
In particular, the post holder will take responsibility for:
- Account Management of accounts worth between £10,000 and £50,000, promotion of key engagement products, events and sponsorship opportunities;
- Corporate Trust applications up to £50,000 from within current accounts;
- Corporate focussed event recruitment and stewardship lead for our Flagship Corporate SLEEP OUT event
- Delivery and development of the Corporate Volunteering programme at Centrepoint, working across multiple teams to deliver volunteering opportunities for our partners.
- Support on Principle and Leadership partnerships, in excess of £50,000
- Collaborating within Relationship Fundraising and the wider Fundraising department on supporter communications, experience and cross-team projects.

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. We now have a need for an Officer to work closely with the Development Director and CEO in developing our corporate income stream, building on strong, established corporate partnerships and developing new ones, to generate both earned income and corporate donations. You will also work closely with our Corporate Advisory Board, which includes a diverse, ambitious group of professionals who are supporting us to maximise our corporate income stream. This role will involve a diverse range of work, from identifying prospects, creating compelling funding approaches and workforce training pitches, through to successfully managing relationships with corporate partners.
The main purposes of the Development Officer role are:
- Working with the Development team to collectively achieve annual fundraising targets exceeding £2m per year
- Selling workplace training and donation opportunities to corporate partners across a range of industries, but in particular the legal and financial services sectors
- Supporting the CEO and Development Director to increase Tender’s workplace training delivery in order to achieve income targets through sales
- Contributing to applications and events in support of fundraising from other sources
