Summary of Role

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection, Management and Analysis:

Maintain and oversee all Choose Love data, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date and clean.

Work with the digital strategist and head of communications to scope and assess the most effective and efficient ways for Choose Love to collect, process, analyse, and report on data, feeding it into the mid and long-term strategy.

Work closely with external suppliers, leading on data management and systems.

Support finance team and digital strategist in tracking donations to key fundraising appeals, including emergency fundraisers and winter fundraising campaigns.

Manage data flows across our different platforms and support the implementation of automation processes where appropriate.

Work closely with departments across the organisations, specifically Comms & Marketing, Partnerships and Programmes and respond to internal requests for fundraising data analysis and reporting.

Create monthly reports on fundraising performance across comms activities to share with the team and embed best practices in future fundraising content.
Fundraising and Donor Optimisation:

Work with digital strategists to optimise fundraising communications and reporting.

Integrate data analysis into digital fundraising strategy.

Analyse the performance of fundraising campaigns and recommend improvements.

Segment audiences for fundraising campaigns based on various criteria (e.g., donation history, demographics) through managing datasets.

Essential Criteria:

Extensive experience with different database systems and knowledge of data maintenance

Be Kind to Your Mind (BK2YM) is a non-clinical, mental health and wellbeing offer delivered by HFEH MIND Youth Services. BK2YM’s non-clinical interventions and psychoeducation programme (Learn Well) offers a multitiered level of support:
- Preventative and early intervention for children and young people aged 5 – 25 through HFEH Mind Psychoeducation Workshops and assemblies.
- Training for school staff and other professionals.

About the Bar Human Rights Committee
BHRC is the international human rights arm of the Bar of England and Wales, working to protect the rights of advocates, judges and human rights defenders around the world. BHRC is concerned with defending the rule of law and internationally recognised legal standards relating to human rights and the right to a fair trial. It is independent of the Bar Council. BHRC’s mission is to protect and promote international human rights through the rule of law, by using the international human rights law expertise of some of the UK’s most experienced and talented human rights barristers, who work pro bono.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who is proactive and efficient with an eye for detail, who has experience working with smaller organisations, and who has a flexible and can-do attitude. The primary responsibilities would be to assist with BHRC communications, events organisation, and project administration. An interest in human rights issues or international development would be of benefit. The position will be directly supervised by the Project Team, with oversight from the Vice Chair and respective office holders as required. The position will be based in part remotely and in part in the London office, including for meetings and events. Working arrangements will be agreed with the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the setting up of meetings, calls (Zoom / telephone / other virtual platforms), appointments and travel arrangements for BHRC-related business, and minute-taking for internal and external meetings on request, including the monthly BHRC Executive Committee meeting (which the Assistant must be available to attend in person unless held on Teams at the discretion of the BHRC Chair).
- Support with follow ups to email communications, meeting requests, and other routine correspondence either received by BHRC or outgoing from BHRC.
- Support the Project Team with the administration and planning of international project work.
- Assist in the organisation and administration of events and other initiatives and programmes that BHRC may host or adopt.
- Support with social media management across multiple platforms (proficiency with Twitter and LinkedIn is essential).
- Ability to draft social media posts, organisation announcements, website content, and other materials as required.
- Efficient inputting of new contacts and member data on a daily basis into BHRC membership systems as well as ongoing maintenance of contact information to ensure accuracy and integrity of information (updating contact job changes, new email addresses, renewal dates, etc).
- Support the project team with regular upload of new content and general updates to BHRC website.
- Support the project team with the creation and circulation of a monthly email newsletter sent to BHRC members and contacts via MailerLite.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Digital Experience Lead will help to make a mark on the transformation and future proofing of all Stroke Association websites and microsites whilst helping the digital marketing team to maximise income, supporter recruitment and retention too.

We are now recruiting for a new role in the Resources Team, Crisis at Christmas to support with coordinating the material donations needed to set up and run Crisis at Christmas centres and services. Every year, Crisis at Christmas opens its doors to people who need our support, offering warmth, accommodation, healthcare, food, and specialist advice. Last Christmas we worked with over 6,600 people facing homelessness through our day centres and hotels in London, and Crisis Skylight centres across Britain.

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week. Core working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, but due to the nature of the project some weekend and evening work may be required.

As a Project Coordinator – Resources your role will involve building relationships with current and new corporate donors to ensure we can resource all the required material donations we need to run the Crisis at Christmas centres in London. We are looking for a training and development lead who will design and implement our training and conference programmes. You will work with legal and community organisations to understand their legal needs and tailor the training to give lawyers and advisers the tools they need to help their communities. You will develop resources and training that are practical, holistic and comprehensive and delivered through a range of online and in person methods.
We already have established conferences and a training programme, working with partner organisations to deliver excellent resources but there is a need to develop this further. You will be supported in the role by the Events and Communications Coordinator.
You will be passionate and enthusiastic about access to justice with a training and development background. You will lead on the development of a new range of resources for the wider access to justice community with a focus on housing issues. You will also work closely with other staff to re-imagine and represent existing content in new ways. As LAG is at the heart of the social justice lawyering community, the successful candidate will work closely with our partner organisations.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and manage a comprehensive training and conference programme.
- Identify and utilise the most appropriate platforms for delivery of different activity (e.g. in person, e-learning, webinar, podcasts) to make the most effective use of resources and meet customer need.
- · Work with subject matter experts, curating and creating content as needed.
- · Work with and develop relationships with lawyers and advice organisations and community groups to understand their learning needs.
