LSE’s Philanthropy and Global Engagement (PAGE) division engages with alumni, supporters and friends, volunteers, organisations and the wider community to support their lifelong relationship with LSE, to further the strategic aims of the School and to increase philanthropic income for agreed School priorities. Within PAGE, the Regular Giving team coordinates, plans and delivers a program of activity to encourage gifts to the School in support of strategic priority areas.

The Regular Giving Officer will help deliver a diverse, multi-channel regular giving programme, with a particular focus on implementing donor journeys for key audiences. They will also play a key role in creating stewardship content and ensuring an excellent donor experience for all donors to the regular giving programme.

The Regular Giving Officer will have proven experience of:

• Planning, gathering and creating content for regular giving and/or stewardship collateral demonstrating the impact of philanthropy, such as direct mail appeals, impact reports and donor e-newsletters.

• Coordinating and writing thank you letters and other bespoke communications.

• Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.

• Collaborative working and building effective relationships with internal and external colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers to meet objectives.

• Using data and systems effectively to record, track and plan their work.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Associate to provide programmatic support to a portfolio of Internews’ projects in the Europe & Eurasia (E&E) region. The role will be part of the Internews’ headquarters E&E Project Management

Unit (PMU) and report to the London-based Senior Programme Officer. The role will support the project teams in the E&E region as they conduct their project activities and help ensure.

Effective programme implementation, particularly related to project reporting, work planning, and monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL). The role will contribute to development opportunities that support E&E media and journalists to safely provide good quality information. The role may also be asked to represent Internews at partner and donor meetings. The role will also contribute to Internews’ knowledge management and improvement of Internews systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the project teams across all programmatic and operational aspects of European-funded grant programmes to implement high-quality projects on time and budget, and to the highest technical standards, and in a way that positions projects within a broader regional or thematic portfolio and contributes to organisational impact.
• Assist PMU management with project oversight and progress towards programme deliverables.
• Support project start-up, implementation, and closeout.
• Support with hiring key project personnel.
• Serve as an HQ point of contact for programmatic inquiries for assigned projects within the organisation and externally.
• Guide the project teams on rules and requirements of European donors and Internews’ internal policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the E&E Business team on business aspects of project delivery, including budget management and financial tracking.
• Review and revise donor narrative reports and workplans and ensure their high quality.
• Review and provide feedback on relevant programmatic and monitoring aspects, including MERL reporting, external project evaluation, and other research and studies; 
• Support internal and external communication for projects, identifying newsworthy, impactful stories and preparing content or briefings which tell those stories; undertake external representation and policy engagement where necessary.
• As assigned, support the design and development of concept notes and proposals for European donors.
• Support meetings, webinars, and other events across time zones with international partners and fellow colleagues, including coordinating agendas and travel logistics.
• Attend relevant events (panels, presentations, etc.) upon request, and share notes with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience of project support and donor reporting for large projects with major institutional donors, including the European Commission and SIDA.
• University degree in a related field.
• Fluency in English with excellent English-language writing and proven text-editing skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills and relevant experience.
• Strong time management and organisational skills; ability to effectively manage a dynamic workload and shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, and the ability to negotiate.

Join the National Portrait's Gallery’s Development team as Fundraising Manager, Grants. You'll work closely with the Senior Fundraising Manager, Grants and Legacy Giving to support the delivery of an ambitious and exciting fundraising programme and raise income through grant-giving bodies, including Trusts and Foundations, statutory funders, and corporate foundations.

The postholder will seek to secure critical support for budget-relieving activity taking place across the Gallery, including learning and engagement and exhibitions, as well as support for acquisitions, special projects, and capital works. They will make a significant contribution to ensuring exemplary relationships with grant-makers and their representatives, and actively cultivate prospects to increase support for the Gallery.

The Fundraising Manager, Grants will work with the Senior Fundraising Manager, Grants and Legacy Giving to develop and implement a strategy for grants fundraising and support ongoing stewardship of funder relationships.

The postholder will also support the Gallery’s ambition to grow legacy giving as part of the wider team objectives.

Key Experience, Skills and Criteria:

Essential

• Proven track record of soliciting donations from Trusts and Foundations, and statutory funders.
• Experience of engaging a wide range of stakeholders and excellent relationship management skills.
• High level of proficiency working with standard business software including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of CRM databases such as Tessitura.

Desirable

• Experience of working within an arts/heritage environment.
• Experience of working on/knowledge of an acquisition campaign and/or National Lottery Heritage Fund application.

The Chartered Institute for Library and Information Professionals (CILIP) is a London-based charity with a friendly, hardworking team supporting our members in the UK and internationally.

We have an excellent opportunity for a permanent Training and Partnerships Officer to make a major contribution to the success of the leading professional body for librarians and information professionals.

This is a fantastic role working with a small team supporting the planning and delivery of a sector-leading training offer, CILIP Learn.  CILIP Learn is an exciting new platform under development for CILIP’s learning and CPD offer to members and the sector.

CILIP prides itself on presenting high quality training events, often in partnership with external training providers. Training sessions are specifically designed for those working across the information, knowledge and library professions. Sessions are currently half-day, online training programmes: making them affordable and flexible to fit in around work commitments, and with the attention to detail to gain valuable skills. All our training events are delivered by experienced trainers, with specialist subject knowledge. This role directly supports the delivery of CILIP training, specifically training contracted by employers, and training delivered through partnerships.

The role

Reporting to the Director of Sector Development and working closely with the CILIP Learn Development Manager the Training and Partnerships Officer will support in the delivery of CILIPs training offer. 

The ideal candidate will have a broad experience in delivering or overseeing training delivery, online events and webinars, managing successful relationships with stakeholders and have strong IT skills.  The main responsibilities of the role include:

• To work with the Director of Sector Development and the CILIP Learn Development Manager to deliver a market-leading training offer for CILIP within CILIP Learn. To deliver and evaluate a portfolio of training events, building effective relationships with training providers.
• To support successful contract and stakeholder management related to the training partnerships and training contracts.
• To develop and maintain systems and processes which ensure that the development of the CILIP Learn offer is based on data, evidence and market intelligence.

It is not essential for the candidate to possess prior knowledge of the sector but they will have the right level of knowledge and enthusiasm to learn rapidly and bring their transferable skills to the role.

The role is 28 hours per week, ideally worked over 4 days but we are open to discussions around the working pattern for delivery of this role.

o Support of our paid search efforts in accordance with our agency’s directions.

o Support on the TV appeals, OOH, events and more as needed.

· You will support the Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

· You will take part in campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions, showcasing a confidence to share ideas on how we can fundraise and communicate with our donors successfully.

· Engage with key followers of our social media accounts including influencer management, strategy and reporting.

The creative services lead is an instrumental role in our Brand and Marketing team, working with colleagues across the organisation to deliver best in class, inclusive creative work, championing efficiency and collaboration. Look Good Feel Better is a national cancer charity devoted to delivering workshops that help people living with a cancer diagnosis to cope with the physical and emotional side effects of their treatment. About the role
The NextGen Community Producer will play an integral role at Youth Music shaping and developing our support for young adults, particularly helping them to close the gap between learning and earning in music.

Building on the foundations established in phase 1 between 2021-2024, your focus will be on increasing participation, and fostering a more cohesive and active community. Day-to-day you’ll be programming national events, workshops and networking opportunities; brokering progression opportunities though Youth Music’s industry partners, and recruiting to paid freelance creative roles. Key responsibilities
Programme Development

• Act as the day-to-day lead and point of contact for the Youth Music NextGen Community, representing their voice internally and externally.
• Devise and implement a clear strategy for the continued growth and development of the NextGen Community, with support from the Engagement team.
• Deliver impactful programmes of activities and support that will progress young people into creative careers, broaden their networks, increase their confidence and create access to new opportunities.

Events

NextGen Fund
