We are looking for an Accommodation Adviser for our team based in HMP Hull, to provide tailored accommodation support to men both in custody and under probation supervision within the community and helping reintegrate into a life outside the justice system.

About the team
We ensure that our clients are supported to gain and retain safe, decent and affordable accommodation. A stable home is a key factor in successful rehabilitation and breaking the cycle of re-offending. We work holistically with clients, alongside multiple agencies.
Nationally we aim to influence the Government and MOJ to bring about systemic change, so that people in the criminal justice system can access better housing. We also work with housing providers and local authorities to achieve change at a local level.
About the role
You will complete an Initial Needs Assessment (INA) with each client, having a detailed discussion with them to outline their situation and the support they need. A strengths-based approach is used to identify the positive attributes that they can build upon to achieve their goals and is reflected in the design of the INA. Working together with your client, you will map out and agree a set of interventions and the outcomes needed, encouraging and empowering them to actively contribute towards their goals.
You will carry a fluctuating case load of service users with varying levels of needs. The focus of the service is to support the desistance model, supporting individuals to achieve their full potential.
The position will be based in delivery locations across North Yorkshire, with other agreed locations and travel expected when needed across the National Probation Service Region.
About You
You have considerable experience of advocating for clients to agencies and authorities and have a track record of successful outcomes and challenging when needed. You can adapt complex information into practical plans and proactively manage your caseload. Motivating and encouraging your clients will be a key part of the role, as well the ability to build rapport, trust and actively listen to their needs. As you will be working closely with clients, a sound understanding of professional boundaries is crucial.

Digital Recovery Coordinator
Location: Lewisham, SE6 4JU
Salary: £26,250 - £34,650 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm (Please note you will be required to work one evening clinic between 5pm and 7pm, this is worked on a rota basis approx. every 9 weeks)

The Role
Are you passionate about supporting young people and experienced in digital communication? Insight Lewisham is looking for a Digital Recovery Coordinator to lead their online engagement while also providing direct support to young people in their recovery journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage their social media presence, primarily on Instagram, and help us expand to platforms like TikTok and Snapchat.
- Create engaging posts for key awareness events (e.g., Alcohol Awareness Week, Black History Month) and share psychoeducational information on topics such as drugs (e.g., cannabis, ketamine, 2CB), mental health, and sexual health (e.g., contraception, consent, STIs, and online safety).
- Develop a comprehensive digital library with resources for young people and their families on reducing substance misuse harms and promoting overall wellbeing.
- Provide 1:1 support for a small caseload of young people, helping them with recovery planning and harm reduction, including sexual health advice.
- Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team and liaise with their Senior Marketing and Communications team to ensure high-quality, impactful content.

There are 5 hostels in the cluster ranging from high, medium to low support which are all based in the borough of RBKC.
The Heaney Cluster an intensively supported housing scheme for the most challenging customers in the borough. The majority of the customers come with a history of entrenched rough sleeping; often coupled with enduring mental health difficulties. The aim is to offer a home to those who would have difficulty finding accommodation because of their lifestyle choices involving extreme drug and alcohol misuse. The high support hostel caters for eleven service users with complex needs and is staffed 24 hours a day with the minimum of three staff on duty. The medium support services are staffed from 9am to 9pm where the customers present with varying degrees of mental health issues. The Assessment Centre is staffed 24/7.
The hostels are in close proximity to each other, and staff will be expected to work across the units. Three of the hostels supports both male and female customers and one is males only.
Heaney Hub implements and promotes the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model. This is an approach to supporting people out of homelessness, particularly those who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with a personality disorder. It also considers the psychological needs of staff: developing skills and knowledge, increasing motivation, job satisfaction and resilience.
Support Workers will devise person centred support plans with customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet their needs and goals. This will include sign posting them to the local drug and alcohol services to address substance misuse issues. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.

What you'll do:
