An excellent communications professional with experience developing social media campaigns and writing for print, web and social media, the Communications Officer (Digital) will work as part of the Development and Alumni Relations (DARO) Communications Team to deliver our overall strategy, and to champion our digital activity. You will be expected to follow a brief and produce high quality impact-driven copy, video, email newsletters and digital content, appropriate for target audiences, for print and online publication, email newsletters and individual communication and will creatively and effectively use social media platforms and the DARO web presence. In addition to the core alumni audience, you will be responsible for the student and young alumni audiences. Experience in producing content for young people and international audiences, and in fundraising communications would be highly desirable.

Specialist Support Workers within Look Ahead are required to have either an extra dimension of experience or a higher qualification level as determined relevant for the particular post. Specialist Support Workers provide information, social inclusion and vocational opportunities to support people to recover and stay well; exercise choice and control in their care and lives; and participate on an equal footing in the community. Support is also provided to develop a model of self-advocacy, self-management and empowerment, incorporating the principles and practice of recovery, co-production and peer support.
Oaklands & St Kilda is a pair of 6 unit supported accommodation mental health rehab services working with young people between the ages of 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health related hospital admission to gain and develop skills for future independent living. The service will support individuals transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
The rota will include early shifts (08:00 - 16:00), late shifts (14:00 - 22:00), and weekends.

Building supportive, trusting relationships with young people and creating a positive atmosphere
Carrying out holistic assessments which incorporate relevant statutory referral information

Create support plans for providing appropriate services based on on-going assessment and reflecting the services and resources available to support young people in their journey
Ensuring ongoing assessment and management of risks within an attitude of 'positive risk taking

The Experience Cloud Developer - TrustLaw will help to transform the TrustLaw Members’ Portal – developing features to take it from a simple platform, through which we connect high-impact NGOs and social enterprises with leading law firms and corporate legal teams, to an interactive ecosystem that also offers opportunities for learning, knowledge-sharing, innovation, networking and collaboration.
The person in this role will design and develop the member-facing features housed in the TrustLaw Members’ Portal, including tools for members to apply, connect with each other, track the progress of their projects, view and engage with learning resources and reports, and easily access pro bono projects and support.
The person in this role will largely work independently to develop features, with some support/input from the Salesforce Administrator (who handles the TRF’s team-facing Salesforce instance) and Head of Design (who will provide design guidance and wireframes, as needed).
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about using technology to improve a successful, global pro bono legal service that helps NGOs, social enterprises and lawyers drive social change.
About the Role
As an Experience Cloud Developer at Thomson Reuters Foundation, you will:

Work with the Head of Programmes, Portal Project Manager, and TrustLaw team to understand priorities and deliver on a road map for refining existing Members’ Portal features and developing new features.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that meet the needs of TrustLaw’s members.

Lead on all coding, integrations, and development work.

Leverage out-of-the box Experience Cloud components and develop custom solutions for the TrustLaw Members’ Portal. Advise on how business requirements can be met with either point-and-click configuration or code and customization.

Write and execute test plans, engage the TrustLaw team in testing, and ensure a high-quality solution is delivered.

Work with the Head of Design, Head of UX and TrustLaw team to ensure the design, look, and feel of the Members’ Portal align with TRF brand standards and enable a positive user experience.

Manage feature requests end-to-end from design to prototyping to QA to implementation

Follow and understand new Experience Cloud product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.

Engage with TRF’s Product and Technology team to ensure development aligns with their technical standards and approaches, and that work is properly documented.

Report to the Head of Technology in the Product and Technology team; have a dotted line to the Portal Project Manager in the TrustLaw team and work exclusively on the TrustLaw Portal project.

About You
To be our Experience Cloud Developer, you will likely have:

Have experience engaging with programmatic teams to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions

Have experience building and refining community portals or features, ideally in the charity sector

Be an experienced Salesforce developer with demonstrable skills and experience with Apex, Aura, JavaScript, Flows, Experience Cloud, and declarative Salesforce Lightning.

Be comfortable with modern software development lifecycle standard methodologies including iterative and incremental development, delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence.

Be familiar with advanced Apex programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, asynchronous operations and effective unit testing

Have experience working on web apps, desktop apps, or mobile apps that require some design and UI work

We are searching for a Support Worker in Manchester to provide housing and property management related support to young vulnerable individuals (aged 16-65), together with the aim of achieving a successful move-on and other measurable outcomes.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support with initial assessments for service users.• Interview any new referrals and conduct the initial assessment before we house

Who are we looking for?

Knowledge and application of Charity governance, legal and compliance processes, including UK GAAP and Charity Commission regulations is essential for the role. With strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial reporting standards, budgeting and forecasting methods, and laws and regulations , you will be able to ensure the charity has robust systems and processes in place. Ideally you will have at least ten years of progressive experience in financial management, including at Director/CFO level preferably in the non-profit sector. Knowledge of the Muslim charity sector and Zakat giving would be a distinctive advantage.

We are seeking a Reserves Officer (North Hampshire) to join our cause.
Reporting to the Senior Nature Recovery Manager (North Hampshire) and functioning as a key member of the North Hampshire Area Team, this post is responsible for the habitat management of five MoD sites in the northeast of the County which form part of the Thames Basin Heaths, and the nationally important Greywell Moors near Hook. This portfolio of sites includes a diverse mixture of heathland and Fen habitats; all of which are being managed or restored to favourable condition with support from the team and in partnership with organisations such as the MoD, NE, EA, external graziers and our inhouse grazing team.
The suite of sites includes a significant acreage of the MOD training estate, which is comprised of internationally important lowland heath; there are also an exciting range of fen, woodland, wood pasture, also neutral and acid grasslands within the wider Northern estate.
The Reserve Officer (North Hampshire) will deliver Countryside Stewardship Scheme and other work plan objectives, working with fellow staff, volunteers, contractors, project partners and the grazing team to implement habitat management activities. Estate management will also include the maintenance of reserve infrastructure and gathering ecological data through working with partners and carrying out surveying when required.
Alongside the practical and administrative delivery associated with reserve management and general estate management tasks; this role will also be working closely with the wider team to ensure the northern estate and its staff are being as effective as possible, while maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our grazing team.
