Our services include one to one counselling, walk and talk, and nature therapy sessions to local children and young people who are facing difficulties with their mental health. We also run a youth drop-in service in Winchester City Centre. We offer support to parents and carers too with parent consultations and parent workshops.

About the Role:
Based in the office, you will be the first point of contact for many children, young people and their families seeking counselling services. You will provide crucial administrative support to our team of counsellors and will work closely with the Operations Manager to create and synchronise processes for tracking clinical and non-clinical outcomes to help to evaluate and improve the performance of the charity. You will work with the Fundraising and Partnerships team to research, plan and execute effective community engagement work which will help the charity to further its mission and vision, and communicate this to more stakeholders. You will conduct research to aid the the charity as we move forwards. You will take on project-based work, including assisting the Senior Management Team with the review and update of organisational policies and other key organisational documents.

About Media Trust
At Media Trust, we believe it’s by giving everyone a voice that we’ll get to a more equal society. About the Role

This position sits within our Underrepresented Talent team (previously the Youth Media team). We deliver industry-leading training and mentoring programmes to support underrepresented talent to progress their careers in the media industry, and equip media organisations and professionals with the skills to better support diverse talent and create inclusive workplaces. Our programmes aim to particularly support talent from Global Ethnic Majority, DDN (d/Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent) and low socio-economic backgrounds (LSEBs).
This role will manage a range of training and mentoring programmes including virtual and inperson activities. Working with a broad selection of industry partners from across the media and creative industries (including major broadcasters, advertising agencies and tech companies), you will support programme participants to gain the confidence, knowledge, skills and networks to progress their careers in the media, and contribute to developing a more representative media industry.
Key Responsibilities
Programme management and delivery
- Manage all aspects of a range of training and mentoring programmes, ensuring they are high-quality and impactful
- Provide regular project updates to our funders and partners
- Manage programme budgets including monitoring expenditure, forecasting and ensuring all third-party expenses are paid and/or reimbursed appropriately
- Support the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the programmes you manage, ensuring impact is evidenced by high quality data, and produce impact reports for key stakeholders
- Work alongside the marketing team to support the production of marketing and communication materials and provide regular programme updates for the Media Trust website and social media channels, including end of programme case studies
- Maintain up-to-date programme data and reporting by inputting relevant data on a timely basis to our CRM system
Talent/participant engagement
- Lead the recruitment of participants including marketing and outreach, selection and onboarding
- Design, deliver and manage engagement and retention strategies, supporting participants to commit to the programme
- Be the first point of contact for all participants, and provide pastoral support throughout the programme, monitoring participants’ progress through 1:1 check-ins, providing additional support and access adjustments to those who require it
- Assess participants’ accessibility needs, ensuring adjustments are implemented to provide individualised support
- Work with programme participants and industry partners to develop engaging session content tailored to the cohort’s needs
- Facilitate increased understanding of industry mentors and volunteers on how best to support underrepresented talent
- Develop alumni engagement strategies and liaise with industry partners about upcoming job and work experience opportunities we can share with alumni
Industry engagement
- Manage relationships with key programme partners, providing regular updates and sharing feedback on their mentors and/or volunteers
- Source qualified industry trainers, workshop leaders, mentors and volunteers
What we are looking for in you
- A track record of effective project management and delivery
- Experience of working with diverse communities, including adjusting for accessibility needs
- Experience of designing and delivering training, with strong workshop facilitation skills
- Experience of organising and managing events, including online and face to face events, co-ordinating participants and trainers and overseeing logistics

The Role of Engagement Manager
The B Corp movement is continuing to grow at pace, the community now more than 2,200 strong in the UK. The Engagement Manager is an exciting role that will be key to facilitating and enhancing the customer journey for existing B Corps. As we transition from a small community managed in direct 1:1 relationships to a much larger community managed at scale, our understanding of how to best engage and support B Corps of all sizes will be crucial. Key Accounts
- Responsible for developing and delivering a brand new customer journey for B Corp Key Accounts. This includes:

- Building relationships with key B Corp accounts to support them in engaging with the collective action, policy and influence elements of the new B Lab UK strategy.
- Working closely with the Growth and Product team to build a new pre-certification onboarding approach.

- Working with Impact and Data team members to ensure examples of impact are identified, and a plan developed for communicating this best practice through the wider B Corp Community.

We work in partnership with Age UK Buckinghamshire to deliver the Hospital Discharge Support Service. The service covers the county of Buckinghamshire and aims to improve the experience of people leaving hospital, at what can be a very difficult time for them. Our teams work with patients to make this experience more manageable and to minimise the risk of readmission. This service supports people aged 18 who are leaving hospital after a stay. Older people are highly represented in this client group.
The purpose of the role is to manage and deliver the day-to-day operation of the service. Operating across Buckinghamshire, our discharge staff are based at both Stoke Mandeville and Wexham Park hospitals. Our community team are based in the Age UK Buckinghamshire offices in Aylesbury but reach out to serve residents across the county. Additionally, a team of volunteers provide additional capacity and reach. The post holder will be based at the office in Aylesbury but will be expected to travel across the two hospital sites when required.
The hospital teams operate 7 days a week supporting patients on discharge. Over a year more than a thousand patients will be taken home by our teams and helped to settle in safely. The community team will support residents post discharge, liaising with any other services, offering practical support to settle in at home such as shopping, light housework or picking up prescriptions and offering a regular call to ensure all is well.

Programme Overview
The Refugee Employability Programme is a new initiative that offers enhanced support to defined cohorts of legally recognised refugees in the UK. Starting in September 2023, the programme will provide tailored support for each participant focussed on gaining sustainable employment. Palladium will work with employers, local government, and other community partners to ensure that individuals are fully supported with their journey back to employment and integration into UK society. The programme includes delivery of employability- focussed English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) tuition for some of the defined cohorts.

Primary Duties and responsibilities:
As Case Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the front-line support to customers on the Home Office Refugee Employability Programme, ensuring that they receive excellent service which is compliant with all Home Office requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Take responsibility for engaging with potential customers, explaining eligibility and bringing in referrals to the programme as part of a coordinated team approach.
· Be accountable for your caseload of assigned customers and working with them to address their learning, integration and employment needs in line with both contractual requirements and the individual’s needs. This will include:
o Building rapport and a positive working relationship with each customer.
o Assessing the customer’s starting position to decide how to best meet their needs.
o Creating and following through with individual Personal Development Plans, ensuring appropriate and effective activity is undertaken by each customer.

Location and compensation
You will primarily working on an outreach basis within the community and you will have a base location of either Crawley/Redhill area or Dartford area. Any travel to meet customers outside the base location will be reimbursed in line with the travel policy.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Dementia Support & Partnerships Directorate at Alzheimer’s Society supporting the Senior Leadership Team and its Executive Director
You will be integral in delivering and measuring the success of its ambitious plans as part of our Help and Hope strategy, ensuring that we are there for everyone affected by dementia. The successful individual will lead a team of two Officers who support the business requirements of the directorate to ensure that annual planning, objectives setting, and performance indicators are firmly established and deliver against the Society-wide strategic priorities; as well as ensuring that the directorate is regularly reviewing its performance and assurance activities relating to internal policies and external legislative and regulatory requirements. You will be experienced in monitoring strategic plans and able to translate your findings to senior leaders in relation to risk and resource to enable problem-solving and decision-making. This role sits within Dementia Support & Partnerships which is a
complex and multi-faceted directorate of over 1100 employees and 2000 volunteers. About the Role
Community Connectors work as part of an integrated, blended mental health offer to support people with emotional, social and practical needs to access a range of local, non-medical and non-clinical services, to improve confidence, social inclusion and independence.
This role will involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with statutory, third sector and NHS colleagues to support clients who are suffering from moderate to severe mental health difficulties. You will need to have experience working with those suffering with mental health illness as well as being able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of the services, support networks and local resources that may assist in improved outcomes for those dealing with complex and enduring mental health issues. The ability to be adaptable, work independently and the resilience to work in some challenging environments are key attributes for this role.
Service Delivery
- Assess suitability for community connection support as part of a blended team approach and support individuals to access the service by utilising in depth knowledge of local voluntary and community services and networks in your respective area
