Age UK are recruiting for Network Engagement & Support Managers to work closely with a regional allocation of local Age UK partners to:Establish strong relationships with local leaders in particular COs and Chairs and develop a comprehensive understanding of each allocated partner, their strategy, priorities, specialisms, and challenges acting as a sounding board for strategic development, planning and problem solving.
Facilitating effective connections and engagements that enable knowledge sharing and learning and specialist or peer support between partners, the national organisation, within regions and with outsourced support where appropriate.
To be a subject matter expert on allocated local partners, gathering intelligence and disseminating appropriately, advocating on behalf of the network by working collaboratively across the team and division to give an amplified voice to partners within the national organisation and governance.
This is a home-based role for UK based candidates only.
There is a requirement to travel to Network partners across the UK as and when required. This may include overnight stays.

Must haves:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrable experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Good influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills with senior managers and stakeholders to enable the delivery of positive solutions.

About the role
The University of London’s Development Office is responsible for delivering philanthropic support for the strategic fundraising priorities of the University. As Senior Philanthropy Operations Manager, you will act as the strategic lead for the data and information management that underpins all of the Development Office’s activities. This will include management of the Blackbaud CRM database (and all associated Blackbaud products), gift processing, reporting and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant data protection legislation. You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of the Library Transformation Programme campaign and other strategic fundraising priorities. Data literate, you will analyze and present data clearly to diverse audiences and effectively manage interactions with staff at all levels. Philanthropy Manager
Salary: £37,100 per annum, pro rata

The Role
As Philanthropy Manager, you will be responsible for researching, establishing and developing a major gifts strategy and programme for the charity, in liaison with the Head of Fundraising. The role also encompasses building relationships with an existing portfolio of Trusts and Foundations, whilst researching and engaging new funders in order to secure sustainable income.
The Candidate
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship building skills who can effectively cultivate and build relationships with prospects and donors, proving an outstanding supporter experience. You'll demonstrate your ability to develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals or high value partnerships, preferably in a charity or similar target-driven environment. You will have experience of working across an organisation to establish and/or grow a major gifts function, successfully soliciting major gifts for capital and revenue campaigns. You have proficient digital and research skills and a proven ability to analyse and evaluate data.
You will work remotely with regular attendance at DAA Head Office in Exeter. This role will involve a reasonable amount of travel around the county therefore a full driving license is essential (subject to a maximum of 3 penalty points) and access to a vehicle.

About the role
The Prospect Development and Donor Insights Manager is a new key position within the Development Office that will lead on strategic, data-driven insights to shape our fundraising strategy and maximise the University’s fundraising potential as we embark on the University’s biggest ever fundraising campaign.
You will manage the overall process of prospect development, including moves management and prospect strategy to support our fundraising campaign. You will provide strategic, data-driven guidance to frontline fundraisers ensuring optimal tracking and engagement of major gift prospect, including individuals, trusts & foundations and corporates, throughout the donor lifecycle. In addition, you will develop and strengthen a sustainable prospect pipeline in support of our fundraising campaign and fundraising priorities of the University.
Who are we looking for?
We seek someone with at least three years’ experience of prospect research and prospect management, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and strategically with individuals and teams at all levels and across functions. We need someone who has experience of writing profiles, prospect identification, media tracking and good understanding of the Data Protection Act. Experience of maintaining and developing a prospect tracking system on a fundraising database and experience of data analysis and data visualisation is also sought.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing engagement, and retaining relationships with trusts and foundations, in line with the charity’s mission and strategy, and core cost fundraising targets. To be successful in the role of Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will need:
- Proven track record of securing five and six-figure donations from trusts and foundations.
- Experience of successfully executing cultivation plans and retaining positive, key relationships with charitable trusts and foundations.
- Proven financial acumen to comfortably evaluate financial information and manage budgets, with strong attention to detail in analysing data to write coherent reports.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual with experience in project management who also loves working directly with the people we support. The ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences and deliver the project objectives will be essential for this role.
This is a ‘time-limited’ ‘test and learn’ externally funded project. The ‘Community Connections project’ – will help people living with and affected by MS to navigate support services ensuring that they have access to the support they require, at the time of their choice, and is delivered in a way that best suits their individual needs.

The main duties of the role
- To work with the Impact and Operations teams to improve programme evaluation, including designing qualitative and quantitative impact and process evaluations.
- To lead the delivery of evaluations, including data collection, analysis and reporting.
- To act as an impact expert for the charity, using data and impact reporting internally and externally to develop IntoUniversity’s strategic goals
- To play a key role in the formal data and impact reporting for the charity including the production of Impact Reports and annual university reports, and ensuring the impact microsite is kept up to date.

About You
