About You
Do you live and breathe social media? Are you an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a flair for
creativity? We are seeking a Social Media Manager to take the lead in driving our online presence across
various platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
Your proactive approach will be instrumental in developing and implementing a dynamic social media

As Social Media Manager, you will be integral in developing and delivering UK Coaching’s communications activities through social media channels with the aim of increasing engagement with our target audience and building the UK Coaching brand.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications your duties and responsibilities will include to:
• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and awareness among our B2C and B2B target audiences – coaches, the coaching workforce and sector partners.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with customers, partners, and complementary brands to foster meaningful connections.
• Create and manage social content calendars, scheduling and posting content across all platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Take ownership of each social media channel, providing innovative ideas, recommendations, and learnings to drive engagement and growth.
• Report and track social media KPIs, working with the Head of Marketing to set and achieve targets.• Analyse long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and provide quarterly reports and recommendations to optimise performance.
• Create an analytics dashboard and use it to present performance against target updates on a monthly basis.
• Produce engaging and compelling content that aligns with our brand and encourages audience interaction.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful social media content.
• Build engagement within our existing community to drive user generated content and highlight the impact our learning and development has on inspiring communities and changing lives through sport and physical activity.
• Stay updated on social media best practices, technologies, and trends to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and influencers to expand our network and enhance brand visibility.
• Attend sector and organisational events and capture content for social media.
• Collaborate closely with our digital marketing consultant to ensure a cohesive approach to paid media campaign activities.
• Liaise with other departments and key stakeholders, such as Sport England and UK Sport, to create integrated online marketing strategies that drive results.

Requirements

Rainbow Migration, the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system, is recruiting a Legal Officer to advise and help improve the representation of LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum and help change the asylum and immigration system to one that treats everyone with compassion, dignity and respect.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor or barrister with valid practising certificate, or already accredited to Level 3 OISC, with two years’ experience in providing advice and representation in asylum including working in legal aid.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the legal advice service. Under the guidance of our Legal Service Manager, you will also build capacity amongst legal representatives by designing and delivering training, giving second tier advice and developing and coordinating a network of practitioners working in this area. You will use the knowledge you gain in this role to help deliver Rainbow Migration’s policy work, such as inputting into policy papers and meeting with partner organisations when required.
We will also consider applications from people who do not want to do the policy elements of the job, but to instead focus on first and second tier advice. Please mention in your covering letter if you are applying for this option.
This is a unique opportunity to build on your experience as a lawyer to improve representation across the sector and create change in government policy and practice. You will be supported to develop as a specialist lawyer and in your policy skills.
Responsibilities will include:
· Deliver one-off advice to adult LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum and work with colleagues to refer them to quality legal aid and pro bono lawyers
· Provide casework assistance e.g. helping to prepare witness statements, making referrals to other specialist organisations and taking other urgent steps (whilst not representing service users or maintaining a caseload)
· Provide occasional advice (within competence) on other issues affecting asylum and partnership service users such as asylum support, legal aid, trafficking, family reunion or community care
· Deliver second tier advice to the legal representatives of LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum and other charities and professionals
· Work with the Legal Service Manager to design and deliver training to lawyers, NGOs and other professionals
· Write blogs and articles on asylum and immigration policy and legislation as they apply to LGBTQI+ people
· Contribute to policy and briefing papers
· Assist with preparing guidelines and briefings for legal services and pro bono lawyers
The Legal Officer will not be providing direct legal representation of service users. However, the role includes substantive advice and casework within the scope of legal support and referrals for our service users, as well as merits testing and second tier advice.

About the Role
We are looking for an EDI Committee Chair to provide direction to the organisation’s EDI-BIIDE Work and to lead the EDI-BIIDE Committee, ensuring alignment between the organisation’s EDI-BIIDE Action Plan and the organisation’s three-year strategy and resources.
You will ensure EDI-BIIDE is consolidated into all aspects of our work – for our members, our staff and, crucially, for the public with whom we and our members interact professionally. - Lead the EDI-BIIDE Committee and ensure the Committee’s business is conducted collaboratively and methodically and that the Committee takes decisions within its authorised powers (as delegated by the Board of Trustees).
- Liaise with the organisation’s Board of Trustees, staff, and other committee chairs on the Committee’s work.
- Ensure decisions taken by the Committee are clear and unambiguous, and that responsibility for taking forward action points is properly allocated.
- Attend events and other external events as required, acting as an ambassador for the organisation’s work on EDI-BIIDE.
- Report to the Board of Trustees on a quarterly basis on the Committee’s activities, highlighting achievements, and escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
- Draft briefing notes and communications pieces for internal and external audiences as required.

About You
You will need to have the following skills and experience:
- An extensive understanding of legal and social EDI-BIIDE matters (including the contextual, political, climatic and social changing landscapes, to advance equity for stakeholders, the public and UKCP).
- Well-developed communication skills with attention to language meanings across different populations and audiences that promote equity, further collaboration, and uphold respect and dignity for all.
- Experience in embedding EDI-BIIDE principles and practices in an organisational context, understanding how to align EDI-BIIDE with wider business objectives, and working within resource constraints
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with experience working in an influential role and driving cultural changes for individuals, groups, communities, boards, training and teams.
- Proven success in leading and chairing a committee in similar environments
- Ability to navigate complex and sensitive issues with tact, diplomacy, and empathy, and seek advice, guidance and support when necessary.

Our mission is to help children and young people have a fair chance to be who they want to be. We do this by providing a safe home, increasing life skills and self-confidence, and improving emotional wellbeing and mental health
Our Brighton & Hove Services provide supported accommodation for 50 young people at risk of homelessness across two sites. Lansworth House is one of our 24-hour supported housing projects offering high and medium levels of housing-related support for young people aged of 16- 25, with 20 bedspaces and shared communal facilities. We provide support to our residents to help them build essential life skills, identify their goals and work towards aspirations so that they can move on to enjoy fully independent futures. Each Support Worker holds a caseload of residents and meets with them weekly to build a support plan and help them achieve their goals.
In delivering the role, you will work on a rota shift pattern, ensuring young people at the service have non-judgemental, objective, and supportive staff during the day. You will work with the Managers and the wider housing team to provide effective day to day management of our accommodation project. This includes delivering one to one sessions and group work sessions to assist residents to develop personally and socially in order that they grow in confidence and move towards independence. You will help to contribute to a great working environment, with a calm, yet assertive manner, being able to handle potentially difficult situations. You will also support young people to safeguard themselves against abuse and risk.
Based on site, this role is on a seven-day rolling rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. There is a small amount of lone working, but you will get to know the team and project, along with extensive training prior to starting on a rota.

About the role:
Communicating what the charity does is critical to their success, and this role will lead on this for three specific audiences: current and prospective donors; the local community; and the press. You will work closely with the Fundraising team to ensure that collateral is high-quality and donors are regularly hearing about the work of the charity. You will also devise new, innovative digital fundraising strategies, as well as having overall responsibility for the website.
Managing and working with the Marketing/Comms Officer, who will be hired soon after you start, you will also be responsible for marketing and communications aimed at young people and parents. At RBL we’re looking for an experienced marketing manager to join our Fundraising directorate and lead a brilliant team to develop and implement a range of supporter acquisition marketing programmes to achieve the growth ambitions of our Fundraising strategy.
The Supporter Acquisition team is responsible for all marketing to attract new supporters across a large portfolio of appeals/products and media. We are looking for someone to join us who has significant expertise with a wide range of marketing channels and can really add value to large well-established programmes with their experience, knowledge and drive to continually improve, identify appropriate new opportunities and shape supporter acquisition programmes.
The role involves leading an experienced team of two managers and two co-ordinators, and leading relationships with key suppliers. The Downs Malvern are looking to recruit multiple Nursery Practitioners to be part of our brand new Mini Malvern Nursery for children aged 6 months and up.
The nursery comprises three bright, modern classrooms and two outdoor gardens with adventure play areas, in addition to accessing The Downs Malvern’s beautiful 55-acre site, including a Forest School and a smallholding with pigs, quail, chickens, and sheep.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our youngest children and will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the Nursery provision remains at a consistently high standard. You will have a deep knowledge of Early Years Education and a willingness to nurture and support children in their early development.
This role is on a full time basis, 40 hours per week. Mini Malvern is open from 8 am to 6 pm, 49 weeks a year. We close for bank holidays, as well as one week at Easter, one week in August, and one week at Christmas.
