We’re a small but ambitious arts charity on an exciting journey. We are transforming a half-acre industrial heritage site - New River Head Clerkenwell - into the national centre for illustration and a home for Quentin Blake’s archive.
We’re seeking a brilliant person - or people - to join the team as Philanthropy Manager at an exciting time for the Centre with construction about to begin on our new home.
The Philanthropy Manager will secure gifts from Individuals, Trusts and Foundations in the range of £1,000-£50,000+, and will work closely with the Head of Development, Centre Director and Board to steward gifts at the £50,000+ level.
You will be a relationship-focused fundraiser with experience of face-to-face fundraising, excited by the opportunity to play a key part in launching a major new cultural institution. You will use your experience and key moments on the way to opening to refine, refresh and grow our established giving circles. You will also identify and develop new ways that individuals can support the Centre and our programming before we open our doors in February 2026.
You will be an inspiring and committed ambassador for the Centre and its mission, in person and in writing. You will also be a great team-player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across the Centre to deliver a dynamic and creative programme of donor cultivation and stewardship. Your work will reflect our values of compassion, curiosity, equity, relevance and rigour.

The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to service users and staff in drug and alcohol, hostel and homeless services, increasing hepatitis C awareness, access to testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C.
Do you have experience of working in drug services and with volunteers? Have you been affected by hepatitis C or have you supported anyone who has hepatitis C? We are looking for a passionate and skilled peer lead who has excellent communication and organisational skills. We require a good standard of education and welcome creativity and innovation in all our work.
Working under the guidance of the West Yorks Peer Programme Manager, this post will continue the development of the project, recruiting and coordinating peers across identified areas of the West Yorkshire ODN network. Working in partnership with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services and homeless service providers, the post will coordinate delivery of educational workshops, hepatitis C testing in community settings, ensure that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care.
This post will require extensive travel across the region and the post holder is required to hold a clean driving licence and have their own vehicle for work related travel.

About the role:
We are pleased to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our advice team at Citizens Advice Richmond as a Manage Your Money Lead.
In this role you will be working alongside volunteer advisers, providing holistic advice and support to households in financial crisis and provide advice around income maximisation, managing fuel costs including leading on our Energy Advice Project, benefit take-up, applying for grants to help with costs arising from the cost-of-living crisis, reducing indebtedness and budgeting and money management to help to prevent future financial crisis.
The purpose of this role is to reduce the stigma for low-income households around needing and accessing financial support and give people confidence to seek cheaper alternatives to contract costs around, for example, telephone, tv and broadband.
The project includes support on preparing personal income and expenditure details which can be used by residents themselves when negotiating with debtors on repayment plans.
This work will have a focus on community-based outreach work, working alongside organisations such as foodbanks and community centres. It will aim to prevent future or recurring hardship.
This role is funded by City Bridge Foundation.
