YMCA What is Sexual Exploitation (WiSE) works to prevent and disrupt the sexual exploitation of children and young people aged 5-25 across East Sussex, Brighton and Hove, and Surrey. We are a specialist team of passionate, dedicated professionals who support each other to work in this challenging area. We deliver trauma informed, consent-based work with young people, schools, statutory services and Sussex Police. We focus on one-to-one interventions as well as group work, training for professionals.

As a Sexual Exploitation Worker SOLAH ("safer online at home") you will provide early intervention support to children and young people 5-25 years who have been identified as being at risk of sexual or criminal exploitation. In this role you will support these young people to stay safe online and, in their communities, by providing consultation, support and guidance to other professionals working directly with children and young people who are at risk of being exploited. Exploring risk, healthy/unhealthy relationships, sex and consent, negotiation and assertiveness, protective behaviours, personal boundaries, harmful sexual behaviours, gender identities and concepts of masculinity. 

You will work in partnership with Sussex Police delivering short term interventions to young people who have been identified as having shared sexual content online. In addition, you will deliver Child Sexual Exploitation training to the wider professional workforce.

You will be primarily based in our partner Eastbourne office and travel to meet young people across East Sussex, with some opportunity to work from home. Work pattern can be discussed at interview. It is essential you hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own car for this role.

Ideally you will have experience of working within education settings and/or providing practice support or mentoring to other professionals.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for maternity cover for our current Salesforce Adviser. 

The role is responsible for the management and development of the Salesforce CRM, which is Bond’s primary source of data and is used for essential business including member administration and engagement, managing contacts, event bookings, feedback forms and lead management. This role is managed by the Membership and Marketing Manager and works across all Bond teams and CEO.

In this role, you will provide hands-on support and technical guidance to end users, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the system.

Working across the organisation, the postholder is responsible for maintaining and developing Bond’s CRM (Salesforce). This includes improving the overall structure of the system including creating new record types and fields, automations via workflows, taking responsibility for data cleansing processes, developing and adapting pipelines and updating reporting and dashboards to serve the organisation.

The role is pivotal in providing high quality data to support strategic decision-making across the organisation, with a primary focus on data to support member retention and acquisition and build stakeholder engagement. This involves supporting staff members to ensure that all activity with members and stakeholders is logged and held in Salesforce as a single source of truth. 

The role works closely with colleagues to maintain the associated Salesforce Community Cloud platform – the place where members communicate with each other through the Bond working groups and customers connect to our events, corporate partners, Bond Supplier Directory and recruitment services.

The post-holder will work with other team members to ensure that Bond’s digital infrastructure is seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, including its finance systems, e-marketing, events and other systems. 

KEY TASKS / OBJECTIVES WITHIN THE CONTRACTED PERIOD

• Manage and develop Salesforce over the course of the contract ensuring any changes made are documented in Bond’s Digital HQ
• Ensure Salesforce is enabled so that all Bond’s activities with members and key stakeholders can be accurately logged and reported on – to give us an accurate and true picture of the level of engagement of our members
• Build the data culture in the organisation and upskill staff to use Salesforce efficiently and effectively – including data collection, automated processes and reporting - to ensure cross-organisation use
• Continue the implementation of Bond’s Salesforce Data Cleaning project
• Continue supporting the Certinia Consultant and Finance team with the improvements to the Certinia Finance System. 
• Ensure the Salesforce back-up and disaster risk recovery solution is maintained and respond to any data breaches, alerts or notifications
• Set up and rollout new SF Community Cloud updates (eg: the events package)
• Troubleshoot and find solutions to any SF technical issues
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Bond’s digital strategy
• Contribute to relevant Bond/team strategies and plans and the annual planning and budgeting cycle.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Salesforce development, integration and user adoption

• Lead the ongoing strategic and operational development of Salesforce to ensure it continues to meet Bond’s business needs. 
• Design and implement new processes where needed, trialling different approaches and suggesting improvements to enhance data capturing for future reporting needs.
• Work collaboratively across teams within Bond to ensure Salesforce meets their needs, including researching and implementing additional add-ons where required. 
• Ensure Salesforce is maintained, developed and improved and integrated with other Bond systems as required.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to ensure they are resolved.
• Be the main point of contact for all Salesforce queries and issues within Bond.
• Provide training, support and advice to enable Bond staff to confidently use Salesforce on a daily basis. This includes setting up and inducting new Bond staff and the development of clear and consistent processes and procedures.
• Create, update and maintain documentation around digital processes and systems. 
• Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce developments and use this knowledge to make improvements to Bond’s Salesforce architecture and features.
• Work alongside Digital Projects Adviser to develop and implement Bond’s digital strategy

Data gathering, analysis and reporting

• Implement a standard approach to data capture and reporting to ensure that the information contributes to Bond’s overall perspective on member, customer and stakeholder engagement.
• Implement Bond’s Data Cleansing project, ensuring old data is removed from the system, working with Bond’s Business and Operations manager/Data Protection Officer to ensure that data is held in accordance with Bond’s data protection policy.
• Monitor and maintain Bond’s data back-up and disaster recovery solution and processes
• Set up reports and dashboards to enable staff to monitor, analyse and report on their work and activity and gain insights to inform business and service development.

Member experience and community website

• Maintain, develop and improve Salesforce Community Cloud
• Work alongside the Digital Projects Adviser to test and update custom-built packages where required
• Update and maintain the digital projects tracker, ensuring projects are prioritised as per the business requirements
• Work with external suppliers as required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

1. Certified Salesforce Administrator Credential OR extensive Salesforce Administrator experience at an international development or third sector organisation.
2. Demonstrable experience and proactive approach to improving CRM functionality to meet business need.
3. Demonstrable understanding of process automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flows.
4. Experience of using Salesforce to create reports and dashboards and extract data in order to develop customer/stakeholder insight.
5. Experience of integrating Salesforce add-ons.
6. Experience of managing a complex data cleaning project.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, also showing a technical competence when liaising with developers.
8. Good organisational skills: ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritise resources where necessary and work on own initiative to deadlines.

RASASC Guildford - Making a difference to the lives of those affected by rape and sexual abuse

Position: Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA)

This is a new opportunity to join our Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) team.

RASASC is a registered charity which has been providing support to survivors of rape and sexual abuse of all genders (both recent and non-recent) and young people aged over 13, from across Surrey since 1992.

We provide an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Service. ISVAs support survivors to help them overcome the abuse they have suffered and to rebuild their lives. This service also includes supporting the survivor to seek justice through the judicial system, should the survivor wish.

We also provide one-to-one counselling, group work, youth counselling and a family support programme, and a national telephone helpline and live chat service.

Volunteers are an important part of the work we do. Volunteers staff our Helpline and many of our qualified counsellors work on a voluntary basis with survivors of rape and sexual abuse.

ISVA

ISVAs are survivor-focused advocates, who support survivors of recent and non-recent rape and sexual abuse to enable them to access the services they need in the aftermath of the abuse they have experienced. An ISVA provides individual support and this will vary from client to client.  

This role is based at the RASASC Guildford office and will work across Surrey. The ISVA must have a full driving licence and use of a car that can be used for work purposes.

You will be part of a dedicated, experienced, and friendly team consisting of nine ISVAs. The ISVAs meet fortnightly for peer support and work collaboratively with each other to share knowledge. Each ISVA has a lead area of responsibility in addition to your caseload supporting a range of clients.

You will be provided with monthly clinical supervision and attend monthly one-to-one meetings with the ISVA team leader.

Job Description

• To support survivors of rape and sexual abuse.
• It is the responsibility of the ISVA to impartially advise the client on all options open to them, such as the Criminal Justice System, SARC, GUM clinic and other local services.
• The ISVAs are expected to balance a caseload that includes survivors progressing through the criminal justice process as well as survivors that have decided not to report, or who are no longer in the criminal justice process.
• The ISVA will be based at Guildford RASASC but will be expected to travel throughout Surrey.
• The ISVA is expected to carry out other duties from time to time which are broadly consistent with those in this document, as the job description cannot cover every issue which may arise within the post.

Key Tasks

· The ISVA will provide a survivor-focused, independent service, distinct from the role of a crisis worker or counsellor.

· Undertake risk assessment and support needs analysis with survivor and develop a support plan for the survivor.

· To provide advice and support across a wide range of issues, such as housing, health and education, that will help to support the survivor and ensure their ongoing safety in the aftermath of the abuse.

· Manage caseload and maintain necessary case files and records including monitoring information as required under funding conditions and by RASASC.

· To provide expert advice and support in relation to issues and the impact of rape and sexual abuse on this client group to other members of the ISVA team as well as the wider RASASC team. 

· The ISVA will be required to undertake accredited training specifically designed to support them in delivering this service. This training is held in Manchester and is delivered over six module. Each module is taught over two consecutive days to minimise the amount of time ISVAs are away. Currently this training is delivered virtually although this may change.

• Fulfil relevant monitoring processes as requested by the ISVA Team Leader or the Fundraising Manager.
• To attend monthly one to one supervision with team leader and fortnightly clinical supervision.

ENN is looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and skilled Project Manager to support with the project management, development, and delivery of our technical portfolios alongside our Project Technical Leads. You will be comfortable supporting complex projects and working with dispersed technical teams. You will have a sound knowledge of project management and budget management, donor compliance and reporting and monitoring and evaluation. Relevant third sector experience would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

•  Manage a portfolio of projects, working closely with the Project Technical Lead and in collaboration with other Project Manager(s), to ensure project activities and deliverables are clear, appropriately planned, and resourced and delivered on time and in budget. Developing and maintaining appropriate project management tools e.g. Gantt chart, workplans, phased budget tracker etc.
• Support Project Technical Leads with annual budget planning, and quarterly budget reforecasting exercises, prepare and provide regular budget information, spend tracking and analysis to the Project Technical Lead and Project Coordinator Lead to inform decision making.
• Coordinate the preparation, development and submission of donor finance and narrative reports for the portfolio of projects you manage, ensuring compliance with and adherence to donor and governance requirements.
• Work with Project Technical Leads to identify and plan project resource requirements and undertake procurement/recruitment of resources as needed, aligned with project budget, and ensuring procurement and due diligence requirements are met.
• Support the facilitation of internal and external project/network meetings, events, conferences, and webinars (in-person and online) including undertaking Travel Risk Assessments for all project related travel for staff and consultants, within UK and internationally, in line with ENN’s Travel and Expenses policies.
• Coordinate the production and dissemination of ENN’s publications (such as our flagship publication Field Exchange) and project outputs, including liaison with copyeditors, designers, printers, and translators.
• Support Project Technical Leads to identify, mitigate, and maintain a record of project related risks (operational and strategic).

 Fundraising and Business Development

• Coordinate the development and submission of new grant proposals on time and ensuring completeness of applications. Support Project Technical Leads on developing proposal budgets and ensuring sufficient resource capacity.
• Carry out due diligence on new funders/partner capacity assessments.
• Coordinate seeking extensions/modifications of existing grants as required.
• Support the development and maintenance of ENN’s funding pipeline, identifying and securing relevant project funding opportunities, and forecasting project funding gaps.

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Work with the Project Technical Leads to articulate project strategies, identify appropriate indicators and means of verification as part of project design and proposal development.
• Ensure project strategies, targets and indicators are clearly documented and accessible.
• Collate and share information/monitoring data on project performance on a regular basis with Project Technical Leads and wider Project team to track performance against project strategies, targets, and indicators.
• Compile internal project monitoring and evaluation reports and prepare monitoring and evaluation data for inclusion in donor reports.
• Support Project Technical Leads to regularly analyse and review project performance (short and long term), identifying trends and implementing learnings.
• Undertake other monitoring and evaluation activities including baseline reports, citation surveys, stories of change, external project evaluations and Strategy mid-term and end evaluations.

Purpose of The role

Habitat GB is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Advocacy to lead our efforts in advocating for policy change within the UK government (in particular targeting the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) to prioritise housing in international development. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in supporting Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy agenda which aims to promote equitable access to adequate housing worldwide, focusing on informal settlements in the Global South. The Head of Advocacy will be instrumental in building Habitat GB's profile and influence, establishing strong relationships and coalitions with stakeholders in the UK, identifying lobbying opportunities, providing strategic political insight, and ensuring systematic monitoring and analysis of the international development political landscape. · Delivery of Advocacy Strategy: Deliver activities to implement the advocacy strategy, working closely with Habitat GB’s senior leadership team and Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy team. Our client Peter Bedford Housing Association (PBHA) is a housing association with charitable aims that create positive change in people’s lives. As well as homes and support, PBHA empowers people to learn, access work and discover their creative talents. Based in Hackney, Islington and Newham, PBHA work with people who are homeless, have mental ill health, learning difficulties and multiple needs. PBHA’s work enables people to move on and lead independent lives.

The role:

The postholder will work in partnership with the support service provider to deliver a quality housing management service to 11 tenants with learning disabilities. Post holders will work from a purpose new build service in Islington. The postholder will have access to PBHA local offices where appropriate. The post holder will be issued the IT equipment necessary to facilitate mobile working.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• To be responsible for working a caseload of tenants at this service.

• Identifying individual tenancy needs through assessment and an identified Housing Plan detailing risks, needs and move on plans.

• Provide a weekly housing management drop in.

• Ensure that tenants apply for benefits where eligible, and signpost tenants to information on how to maximise income.

• Record and monitor any breaches of tenancy agreement and work proactively and within procedures to resolve them.

• Liaise with support officers, the Income officer, and the finance department to provide effective prevention and management of rent issues.

• Liaise with colleagues to ensure void targets are met and properties are let within agreed timescale.

• Assist in the moving in/out process.

• Deal with complaints, nuisance and tenancy disputes as they arise. Work with tenants to promote self-help and mediation approaches to dispute resolution and address and escalate in line with procedure.

• Carry out regular building inspections, reporting repairs.

• Enforce the conditions of tenancy that enable PBHA to undertake urgent works such as electrical testing.

• Carry out H&S and fire checks and assessment, liaising closely with others to ensure that follow up actions are completed.

• Report safeguarding concerns as appropriate.

Customer Focused Services:

• Promote and support tenants to access participation and co-production opportunities.

Main Conditions of Service:

This is a part-time position. The post is for 15 hours per week. Duties will occasionally be carried out over evenings and some public holidays. Overtime is not paid but in line with Agile working, hours can be averaged out over a 2-week period. PBHA implements Agile working practices which are to be negotiated with the line manager.

Background
Evolve is a Cambridgeshire-based charity (a CIO), founded in 1978, which provides affordable mental health counselling to adults in Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties. We deliver talking therapies to adults – online and in person. The Evolve counselling community is made up of around 50 qualified practitioners working part-time at donated or subsidised rates. Our service delivers around 500 counselling sessions per month to a broad range of individuals, many of whom would not otherwise be able to access counselling support. Evolve also provides supervision, reflective practice, critical incident support and mental health awareness and related training to organisations.

Main purpose of the job
The Head of Counselling works with our counsellor members and executive team to ensure that Evolve is the local counselling charity of choice - managing existing client relationships and service contracts, as well as seeking and securing new business. They are responsible for the clinical leadership of our counselling and related services to clients, and for supporting, motivating, and managing our counsellor members.

About the candidate
The successful candidate will be an appropriately qualified and experienced individual who has leadership expertise, with the ability to engage with colleagues, trustees, counselling clients, organisational contacts and other stakeholders. • Liaise with the CEO as Designated Safeguarding Lead, taking responsibility as the Counselling Safeguarding Lead. This includes ensuring that Evolve adheres to local and national guidelines for safeguarding and that issues relating to client risk are appropriately dealt with.
• Oversee counselling members’ health and safety including lone working and risk assessment.
• Manage and respond to complaints in line with Evolve’s procedures.
• Monitor, implement and ensure clinical service compliance with GDPR standards.
• Report on clinical service performance and attend Trustee Board meetings as required.

Training and development

• Ensure that all counsellors have the appropriate training, experience, and specialist knowledge required to support Evolve clients, including identifying training and development needs.

Recruitment

• Lead the recruitment of new counsellors, including interviewing potential new members as well as clinical induction and training of new counsellors.
• Oversee the annual membership renewal process, ensuring all members are compliant with Evolve requirements.

Monitoring and impact analysis

• Take responsibility for client feedback, ensuring comments are reviewed and acted on as appropriate.
• Compile reports and impact analysis as required, for internal and external stakeholders.

Business Development and General requirements

• Work alongside the CEO and executive team to represent Evolve and promote awareness of Evolve’s services along with the importance of mental health awareness and support. Provide clinical and commercial input to funding proposals and/or new service developments.
• Participate in Evolve’s committees, support work with the Trustee Board, and through events for the membership, to shape the future development growth and sustainability of Evolve Counselling CIO.
• Build and maintain effective external professional networks within Evolve’s operational areas.
• Work closely with the Administrator to ensure all data regarding members and clients is up to date, appropriately recorded and in line with Data Protection guidelines.
• Provide input to Evolve’s website and social media presence and other marketing channels, suggesting and writing content for posts and resources as required.
• Ensure effective partnership working with those charities and other organisations with whom Evolve collaborates.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Education, Qualification and Training

• Degree level or minimum level 4 Diploma qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy.
• Diploma in Clinical Supervision (or equivalent professional qualification).
• BACP accreditation, or equivalent professional status.

Essential requirements

• A minimum of five years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Extensive experience of recruiting, leading, and motivating a diverse team of counselling practitioners, including providing clinical support, reviewing performance, and project/change management.
• Significant experience Clinical Supervisor, supervising qualified counsellors on a group, or individual, basis.
• Extensive knowledge of the legal and ethical frameworks that relate to the counselling profession.
• Considerable experience in safeguarding individuals and management of clinical risk.
• Strong professional and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a diverse team, whilst retaining the flexibility  to work independently and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including presentation skills as well as the provision of executive level reports.
• Ability to convene and lead committee work, preparing and running to agendas and guiding groups to positive outcomes and consensual decisions.
• Demonstrable understanding of the charity or voluntary sector.
• Experience of costing, pricing, and monitoring financial performance of services, including knowledge or experience in forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent IT skills including use of MS Office. 
• Experience in the use of a clinical case management system, including analysis and presentation of clinical data, and accurate client billings.
• Experience in the planning and successful delivery of service improvement/development initiatives.
• The ability to be flexible and respond reasonably to the needs of the CIO.

Desirable qualities

• Knowledge/experience of statutory mental health services.
• Clinical leadership experience in more than one organisation and across modalities/specialities.

You will help your Line Manager (Marketing Specialist in the Marketing and Digital team) to devise and deliver quality, audience-focused campaigns and materials that recruit teachers and school leaders to our programmes.

We would like you to:

• Create and support the Marketing and Digital team to devise and deliver creative and compelling strategies and plans that help to promote our programmes and help us reach more teachers and school leaders. 
• Help to develop and create materials that will generate leads and applicants for our programmes, and support our Partnerships teams to make sales (including email marketing, social media, promotional flyers, landing pages and bespoke content). 
• Project-manage the delivery of selected large-scale marketing production briefs. You will work with stakeholders, including our advertising agency and other external digital or creative suppliers to provide innovative solutions and deliver work which meets objectives and timelines. 
• Advise on the creative production of selected campaigns and materials, ensuring tasks and projects are commissioned internally or externally where appropriate, to get the job done effectively and efficiently.

Working in a hybrid way, you’ll be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and will report to Marketing and Digital Specialist.  In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days and this may be reviewed by Ambition. 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, putting audience needs front and centre of visuals and messaging. You'll need to be a strong copywriter, with experience and understanding in the use of social media, email marketing and other digital platforms, including CRM and Google, as well as offline channels with a proactive interest in using these channels well.  

You will use your initiative and resilience to work independently as well as seeking feedback to continually improve your performance.
