The central duty team (3 duty workers) will work closely with Refuge’s 5 floating support workers and floating support manager, and each service in the partnership has dedicated management to provide support and oversight for staff, and lead on safeguarding and project management. Refuge’s floating support service manager will manage the floating support workers and duty teams, taking overall responsibility for monitoring, reporting, and meeting outcomes across the floating support service.
The duty workers posts are new and exciting roles in Refuge, with opportunities for everyone in the new service to work across the partnership (and therefore the sector) as well as with the referring agencies. It is an important aspect of this job that the post holder has experience of working collaboratively with a range of other agencies.

The Area Service Manager will be responsible for the operation of specialist services that support customers who experience severe, enduring mental health problems based across London Borough of Newham. The role will be providing line management for Team Leaders and Deputy Contract Managers ensuring that compliance with organisational, local authority and legal regulations are adhered to and the quality of services is pushed to the highest standards as possible to ensure excellent quality of life for customers and a good working environment for colleagues.

General responsibilities:
Plan, organise and prioritise operations within your contract to ensure maximum efficiencies/utilisation of all resources
Develop key business relationships with all relevant customers/carers/external parties to ensure service delivery excellence and maximise new business opportunities in own patch
Lead quality visits, using Look Ahead's local indicators to monitor quality/performance, set targets and lead action plans to ensure highly rated services that reflect requirements of local funders and local and national standards

The role of a Step Down Worker is to provide ongoing support to IDVA clients where the risk has been reduced to a safer level or where a client is referred into the service as medium/standard risk.. The post holder will provide ongoing support which is bespoke according to need and will work in a trauma informed way providing holistic support to aid client's recovery from abuse. This post will be part of the male IDVA team and will work collaboratively with the IDVAs to manage case loads.

Manage a caseload of clients who have been stepped down from high risk IDVA support

Support clients to obtain orders where needed and any other civil remedies available to them.
Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Assisting in the recording and reporting of customer incidents.
Managing any ongoing risks and creating safety plans when required.

Developing productive relationships with partner organisations to improve service outcomes.
Adhering to lone working protocols and maintaining high levels of awareness in relation to the

It is an exciting time to join Alzheimer's Society and the Group Facilitator role will ensure people affected by dementia are able to meet others in a similar situation, access the support they need whilst enjoying meaningful and often exciting activities, this is an exciting time for you to join us and make this role your own.
We aim to support everyone affected by dementia, giving an opportunity to those attending this service to access elements of information. The role requires delivery of weekly and monthly face-to-face groups for people affected by dementia, including Activity groups, Singing for the brain and a Dementia café. The successful candidate will be managing a supportive and experienced team of dedicated volunteers.
You will:
- Setup, promote, establish, organise and facilitate or deliver group(s) and ensure that all attending are supported to fully engage in the session.

- Take views and feedback of service users, taking into account the individual needs of members of the group.

Schools Coordinator
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Schools Coordinator (Impact Officer) to work as the primary link between partner schools and the CYUK programme.
This youth social action charity challenges 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time social action. As mentors, tutors and role models in schools, they support pupils growing up in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the UK.

The Role
We have a rewarding opportunity for a School Impact Officer to train, support and develop volunteers, monitor the programme through effective administration, data management and to build a deep partnership between the school and the charity.
The Impact Officer is based predominantly in a school and is the primary link between the partner schools and the programme and is the enabler of the programme delivery. You will support a team of volunteer mentors, who support school activities by coordinating, managing and evaluating the programme.

BEfriend is seeking a Befriending Coordinator to join our Befriending Project aimed at combatting isolation across the London Borough of Ealing.
We have been operating in Ealing since 1994, and are proud to celebrate our 30th anniversary this year! Our Befriending Project supports people who are isolated and experiencing chronic loneliness. Oaklands & St Kilda is a pair of 6-unit supported accommodation mental health rehab services working with young people between the ages of 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health related hospital admission to gain and develop skills for future independent living. The service will support individuals transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
The service forms part of a pair of services supporting up to 12 individuals at any one time across the sites, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for young people across London on a spot purchase basis.
